Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the back cover assembly structure of the air purifier of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the air purifier rear cover assembly structure 100 includes: a housing 10, a back cover 20, a fastening mechanism 30 and a magnetic connecting mechanism 40. The housing 10 and the rear cover 20 are disposed opposite to each other, and the fastening mechanism 30 and the magnetic connecting mechanism 40 are disposed between the housing 10 and the rear cover 20. In addition, the fastening mechanism 30 includes a groove 32 and a separate rotating shaft 34, the groove 32 is located on the housing 10, and the separate rotating shaft 34 is located on the rear cover 20. That is, the groove 32 is provided on the bottom plate 14 of the housing 10, and the separate type rotation shaft 34 is provided on the bottom of the rear cover 20. In addition, the fastening mechanism 30 is operated to connect the rear cover 20 and the housing 10 by disposing the separable spindle 34 in the groove 32. Furthermore, when the separated rotating shaft 34 rotates in the groove 32, the rear cover 20 is pivoted to the bottom plate 14 of the housing 10 and is opened and closed with respect to the housing 10. When the separating type rotating shaft 34 is disengaged from the groove 32, the rear cover 20 is detached from the housing 10.

Further, the magnetic assembly 42 and the metal sheet 44 of the magnetic connecting mechanism 40 are respectively disposed between the first upper end portion 101 and the second upper end portion 201. When the magnetic assembly 42 is disposed at the first upper end 101, the metal sheet 44 is disposed at the second upper end 201. On the contrary, when the magnetic assembly 42 is disposed at the second upper end 201, the metal sheet 44 is disposed at the first upper end 101. In this embodiment, the magnetic member 42 is provided at the second upper end portion 201, and the metal piece 44 is provided at the first upper end portion 101. That is, the magnet assembly 42 is provided at the upper end of the rear cover 20, and the metal sheet 44 is provided on the screen frame 12 of the housing 10. The back cover 20 is detached and assembled on the housing 10 by the attraction and separation between the magnetic member 42 and the metal plate 44. It should be noted that the magnetic component 42 is a magnet module, and the metal sheet 44 is an iron sheet. The magnet module is an assembly with a permanent magnet and can be directly fixed. However, the iron piece needs to be set by a fixing structure, and a general fixing structure includes: screwing, locking, ultrasonic welding, insert molding and the like. To solve this problem, the metal sheet 44 of the present invention is set by the fixing member 50.

Please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic perspective view of a magnetic connecting mechanism iv of the rear cover assembly structure of the air purifier shown in fig. 1. The fixing member 50 includes a rib frame 52 and a hook 54, the rib frame 52 has an accommodating space 521 and an opening 523, the metal sheet 44 is disposed in the accommodating space 521, and the metal sheet 44 is located at the opening 523. The hook 54 is located on the outer lower edge of the opening 523, the hook 54 limits the vertical position of the metal sheet 44 at the opening 523, and the position of the metal sheet 44 at the opening 523 is fixed by the rib frame 52 and the hook 54. Specifically, the position of the hook 54 at the opening 523 is located at an outer lower edge position opposite to the outer upper edge of the opening 523, so that the vertical direction (Z direction) of the metal piece 44 is restricted by the outer upper edge of the opening 523 and the outer lower edge of the hook 54 (the lower edge of the opening 523), respectively, and the vertical direction (Z direction) of the metal piece 44 is maintained.

The accommodating space 521 of the rib frame 52 further includes a first protruding rib 525 and a second protruding rib 527, the first protruding rib 525 is located on two opposite sidewalls of the accommodating space 521, the second protruding rib 527 is located at a central position of the opening 523 of the accommodating space 521, and the metal sheet 44 is set in the accommodating space 521 through the first protruding rib 525 and the second protruding rib 527. In this embodiment, the metal sheet 44 has a concave shape, the bottom surface of the concave shape faces the opening 523 of the accommodating space 521, both sides of the concave shape are supported by the first ribs 525, and the inner side of the bottom surface of the concave shape is supported by the second ribs 527. Accordingly, the metal piece 44 is disposed in the accommodating space 521, the left and right positions of the metal piece 44 at the opening 523 are restricted by the two opposite side walls of the accommodating space 521, and the front and rear positions of the metal piece 44 at the opening 523 are restricted by the first rib 525 and the second rib 527. Specifically, the concave shape of the metal piece 44 is provided in the accommodation space 521, and is restricted by the two opposing side walls in the accommodation space 521, so that the left-right direction (X direction) of the metal piece 44 is restricted. Meanwhile, the concave shape of the metal piece 44, in which the bottom surface is supported by the second rib 527 toward the center of the inside of the opening 523, and the concave shape of the metal piece 44, in which both sides are supported by the first rib 525, regulates the position of the metal piece 44 in the front-rear direction (Y direction) and also regulates the front-rear direction (Y direction) of the metal piece 44 by the support of the first rib 525 and the second rib 527. Therefore, the metal piece 44 is limited in the left-right direction (X direction) in the accommodating space 521 by the two opposite side walls in the accommodating space 521. The front-rear direction (Y direction) is defined by the first ribs 525 and the second ribs 527. Since the metal piece 44 is provided in the housing space 521 of the rib housing 52, the metal piece 44 is limited in both the left-right direction (X direction) and the front-rear direction (Y direction). Meanwhile, the metal piece 44 is also defined in the up-down direction (Z direction). Therefore, the metal sheet 44 is defined by the rib frame 52 and the hook 54 in three directions (X, Y, Z directions), and the metal sheet 44 can be firmly fixed on the fixing member 50. Compared with the common fixing structure, the fixing structure does not need secondary processing equipment or an injection mold and injection equipment, obviously can effectively solve the problems of inconvenient implementation and high implementation cost, and has good use efficiency.

Furthermore, in the operation of detaching the rear cover 20 from the housing 10, the separable rotating shaft 34 of the fastening mechanism 30 is rotated to separate the magnetic component 42 of the magnetic connecting mechanism 40 from the metal sheet 44, and then the separable rotating shaft 34 is separated upward from the groove 32, so that the rear cover 20 is detached from the housing 10. In other words, when the rear cover 20 and the housing 10 need to be disassembled, the rear cover 20 is pulled away from the upper end, the magnetic connecting mechanism 40 is separated, and then the fastening mechanism 30 is disengaged, so that the rear cover 20 is disassembled from the housing 10. Next, when the rear cover 20 and the housing 10 need to be assembled, the separable rotating shaft 34 of the rear cover 20 is firstly fastened to the groove 32 of the housing 10, and then the fastened fastening mechanism 30 is used to rotate the rear cover 20 and the housing 10 to be closed, so that the assembly of the rear cover 20 and the housing 10 can be completed through the operation of the magnetic connecting mechanism 40. Therefore, the assembly and disassembly of the rear cover 20 and the housing 10 can be conveniently performed, and the durability can be provided.
