The invention relates to a cleaning device in the steel pipe industry, in particular to a circulating system for cleaning and purifying floating dust on the inner wall of a steel pipe.

Background

At present, the whole society is actively advocating the establishment of resource-saving, environment-friendly and innovative society, and the energy conservation and emission reduction become the main melody for the development of various large enterprises. The problem of unorganized dust pollution generated when steel pipe production enterprises carry out anticorrosion operation on the inner wall and the outer wall of a steel pipe is attracted by social attention.

When the steel pipe is processed in the back pass, the inner wall and the outer wall of the steel pipe need to be subjected to corrosion prevention operation. In order to deeply combine the anticorrosive material with the steel pipe and improve the adhesive force of the anticorrosive material to the surface of the steel pipe, the surface of the steel pipe needs to be cleaned. The outer surface of the steel pipe is exposed in the operating environment, the cleaning treatment of the surface of the steel pipe is convenient, but the cleaning treatment of the inner wall of the pipeline is very difficult. In view of this, researchers in the field of steel pipe corrosion prevention are dedicated to developing new cleaning devices to improve the traditional method for cleaning the inner wall of the steel pipe.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a circulating system integrating cleaning and purification of floating dust on the inner wall of a steel pipe, which utilizes wind energy discharged by a dust removal pipeline to push a cyclone work-doing cleaning system to carry out floating dust cleaning operation, can thoroughly remove the floating dust adhered to the inner wall of the steel pipe, strictly controls residual micro-dust on the inner wall of the pipeline, plays an active role in improving the anti-corrosion quality and discharging unorganized flying dust, and solves the problems in the prior art.

The cleaning and purifying circulating system is a main device for effectively treating floating dust and unorganized flying dust emission on the inner wall of the pipeline in the subsequent processing of the steel pipe and promoting the improvement of the anticorrosion quality, and particularly is an important technical means for effectively capturing and cleaning a large amount of floating dust adhered to the inner wall of the steel pipe in the subsequent processing of the steel pipe and enabling the cleaned floating dust to reach the standard after purification.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides a circulating system for cleaning and purifying floating dust on the inner wall of a steel pipe, which mainly comprises a support frame 1, a work-doing cleaning system 3, a purifying system 6 arranged in a cylinder, an ash discharging system 7, a gas purifying chamber, a fan 10, a circulating pipeline 11, a steel pipe 2 and a pipeline connecting device 12.

A steel pipe 2 which is transversely arranged horizontally is arranged on the support frame 1, one end of the steel pipe 2 is connected with a circulating pipeline 11 through a pipeline connecting device 12, the other end of the steel pipe 2 is connected with a cylinder through the pipeline connecting device 12, and a work-doing cleaning system 3 is arranged inside the steel pipe 2.

Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the work washing system 3 is provided with a frame, a transmission 4 and a guide 5, the transmission 4 and the guide 5 being mounted on the frame.

The transmission 4 is equipped with blades, flocculent material, a shaft with a turbine, a bearing assembly and a sector gear conversion assembly. The blades are more than three blades, can be four blades or five blades, and can also be six blades, and the specific number of the blades can be determined according to the pipe diameter of the inner wall of the steel pipe. The blades are mounted on the shaft of the band turbine, and the blades are provided with fluid passages. The flocculent material is flocculent flexible wear-resistant material, can be selected from polyester fiber or wear-resistant fabric, has a length of about 50mm, and can be determined according to the requirement. The flocculent materials are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the blade and are compressed and fixed.

The guide device 5 is provided with a worm wheel, a conversion gear, a power wheel and a supporting wheel. The air purifying chamber and the fan 10 are arranged above the purifying system 6, and the gas purified by the starting of the fan is discharged upwards through the pipeline and enters the circulating pipeline 11 for the wind energy to drive the work-doing cleaning system 3 to be recycled.

The working process of the circulating system integrating cleaning and purifying of floating dust on the inner wall of the steel pipe is as follows: the purified gas is utilized to drive the cyclone work-doing cleaning system to clean floating dust on the inner wall of the steel pipe through wind energy flowing through the circulating pipeline, and during operation, the cyclone power work-doing part throws flocculent flexible wear-resistant materials into a circular arc and washes the inner wall of the steel pipe under the action of centrifugal force, so that the function of strongly cleaning the floating dust on the inner wall of the steel pipe is achieved; meanwhile, under the action of the transmission of the turbine shaft, the advancing guide device is pushed to stably guide the power doing part to stably advance in the pipeline under the driving of the power wheel and the help of the supporting wheel according to the preset advancing speed, so that floating dust is removed.

The dust collecting and purifying integrated circulating system is characterized in that received floating dust enters a filter material device through a dust collecting system for filtering and purifying, the received dust falls into an ash bucket under the vibration of a vibrator in a cylinder and is discharged by an ash discharging system, and purified gas is transferred into an output pipeline for being driven by wind energy to a work system for recycling.

The technical means of the invention can effectively remove floating dust on the inner wall of the steel pipe, improve the adhesive force of the anticorrosive material to the surface of the steel pipe, ensure that the unorganized flying dust is effectively treated, ensure that the surface quality of the steel pipe is improved and the environment of unorganized emission is radically treated, provide a new option for the steel pipe anticorrosive cleaning industry, and have great application value.
