Optionally, after the intelligent terminal device of the target contact meets the authorization condition, the server further sends a right restriction instruction to the intelligent terminal device locked in the vehicle, where:

the right limiting instruction is used for controlling the intelligent terminal equipment to lose the operation right of the automobile.
