Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of textile dyeing and finishing, and particularly relates to a dyeing method which is suitable for dyeing by natural dyes and can improve the ultraviolet resistance of textiles.

Background

In recent decades, as the ozone layer is damaged and the amount of ultraviolet radiation is increased, the outdoor life and work of human beings are threatened, and ultraviolet protection textiles become research hotspots of vast scientists. At present, the ultraviolet-resistant textile achieves the ultraviolet protection effect mainly through coating, lamination and blended spinning treatment of an ultraviolet reflecting agent or an ultraviolet absorbing agent.

Through the treatment, the ultraviolet reflecting agent can endow textiles with ultraviolet resistance, but the textile has poor air permeability, hand feeling and fastness, and some textile can even cause anaphylactic reaction of human bodies, so the ultraviolet reflecting agent is only used for outdoor umbrellas, tents and the like. Most ultraviolet absorbers are organic compounds, which are expensive and tend to color fabrics, limiting their use in apparel.

The rare earth elements can receive exposed electron pairs of hydroxyl, carboxyl, amino and other groups to form stable coordination compounds due to the 4f and 5d empty orbits, and ultraviolet light is converted into visible light through radiation transition, so that the absorption of the ultraviolet light is realized. In recent years, natural dyes are widely concerned about ecological environment protection, and various natural dyes have abundant active groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl, amino and the like, and can perform coordination reaction with rare earth elements.

Based on the rare earth coordination natural dye, the rare earth coordination natural dye is prepared by combining the natural dye and the rare earth compound, and the coordination vacancy is combined with the textile for dyeing, so that the textile is endowed with the ultraviolet resistance, and has good hand feeling, color and dyeing fastness.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of poor hand feeling and fastness of ultraviolet-resistant textiles and provides a dyeing method for improving the dyeing fastness of rare earth coordination natural dye and endowing the textiles with ultraviolet resistance.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme that the method comprises the following steps:

a natural dye dyeing method based on rare earth coordination and having uvioresistant performance comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out oxygen bleaching treatment on the textile, then utilizing a rare earth compound and a natural dye to carry out coordination reaction to prepare a rare earth coordination natural dye, dyeing and washing the textile, and finally obtaining the natural dye dyed textile with uvioresistant performance. The method specifically comprises the following steps:

the method comprises the following steps: pretreatment of textiles

The textile (the form of the textile comprises fibers, yarns and fabrics, and the material of the textile comprises cotton, hemp, silk, wool and regenerated cellulose fibers) → oxygen bleaching (hydrogen peroxide (30%) 2-8 g/L, penetrant JFC 1-6 g/L and scouring agent 1-8 g/L, the pH is controlled to 10-12, the bath ratio is 1: 30-50, the temperature is 80-95 ℃, and the time is 40-90 min) → cold water washing → hot water washing → drying.

Step two: preparation of rare earth coordination natural dye

Dissolving a certain amount of natural dye in deionized water, and adjusting the pH value to 4-6. Adding rare earth compound (rare earth compound refers to LnX)3Wherein Ln refers to light rare earth elements Pr, La, Ce or Nd, X refers to halogen F, Cl, Br or I), stirring and heating to a proper temperature for complete dissolution, wherein the mass ratio of the rare earth compound to the natural dye is 1: 3-6. Keeping the temperature at 60-80 ℃, stirring and reacting for 1-3 h. Standing, naturally cooling, filtering and drying to obtain a primary product.

Further dissolving the primary product in a proper amount of ionized water, heating to boil, filtering while the primary product is hot, repeating the process for three times, collecting filtrate, and freeze-drying to obtain the purified rare earth coordination natural dye.

The natural dye comprises one of tea polyphenols, fructus Gardeniae yellow, alizarin red, and indigo blue.

Step three: dyeing of textiles

And (3) dissolving 1-4% (o.w.f) of the rare earth coordination natural dye prepared in the step two in deionized water, stirring and heating to 60-80 ℃ until the rare earth coordination natural dye is completely dissolved to obtain a dye solution. Weighing a proper amount of the textile treated in the step one, immersing the textile into the dye liquor, stirring the textile at a bath ratio of 1: 30-50 and at a temperature of 60-80 ℃, and reacting for 30-90 min. Taking out, washing with cold water, washing with hot water, soaping, washing with hot water, washing with cold water, and drying.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the dyeing process is simple, saves dyeing auxiliaries, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly in production process.

2. The invention utilizes the coordination chemical reaction of rare earth elements to realize the coloring of textiles (cotton, hemp, silk, wool and the like) by natural dyes. Not only endows the textile with uvioresistant performance, but also has good hand feeling, color and dyeing fastness.

3. The invention firstly prepares the coordination natural dye in the dyeing process, and can realize the commercialization of the functional natural dye.
