The invention relates to the field of accessories of wind driven generators, in particular to a fixing structure for a hanging hole cover of an engine room cover.

Background

Wind generators typically require a tower mounted at a height of more than 60m from the ground, with the generator set mounted on top of the tower. When the unit is maintained and overhauled, an operator needs to hoist required materials into a cabin. Therefore, a nacelle hanging hole is generally designed at the bottom of the nacelle cover. The object lifting hole is provided with an object lifting hole cover which is in a closed state in daily life and is opened when materials are lifted. The conventional hoisting hole cover plate is separated, i.e. can be completely removed from the hoisting hole. When the device is installed, the object hanging hole cover is placed on the object hanging hole, the C-shaped buckle is inserted into one side of the object hanging hole cover, and the other side of the object hanging hole cover is fixed by the bolt after the object hanging hole cover is properly placed.

Along with the operation of the wind turbine generator, the lifting hole cover is damaged in different degrees, and some parts of the lifting hole cover are lost. This requires reconfiguration of the manhole cover. The bottom of the cabin cover has a certain radian, radians made by different manufacturers have a certain difference, and the positions of holes are also different when the object hanging holes are opened, so that the radians of the object hanging holes of the cabin covers are different. Detailed Description

For better understanding of the objects, structure and functions of the present invention, a nacelle cover flap fixing structure according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, which illustrate a nacelle cover hanging hole cover fixing structure of the present invention, the structure includes an L-shaped bolt 1 and a sleeve 2, wherein the sleeve 2 includes an integrally formed fixing flange 21 and a cylindrical barrel 22, the fixing flange and the cylindrical barrel are fixedly disposed on an inner surface edge of a hanging hole cover 8, the cylindrical barrel 22 is disposed near an exterior of a nacelle cover, and a groove 23 is longitudinally disposed on the cylindrical barrel 22; the L-shaped bolt 1 comprises a stud and a chuck which are integrally formed, the chuck is used for fastening the cabin cover, the L-shaped bolt 1 is sleeved in the cylindrical barrel 22 of the sleeve 2, the stud of the L-shaped bolt 1 can move up and down or rotate in the cylindrical barrel 22 of the sleeve 2, and the chuck is driven to move up and down along the groove 23 of the cylindrical barrel 22 so as to be close to the outside of the cabin cover and clamp the cabin cover.

Further, a plurality of through holes (preferably, screw holes) are formed in the fixing flange 21 of the socket 2, and a plurality of fixing members (bolts matching the screw holes) are inserted through the through holes to fix the socket 2 to the edge of the inner surface of the manhole cover.

When the hanging hole cover is opened, the rotating handle 5 is pressed, so that the L-shaped bolt 1 moves out of the groove 23 and faces the inner side of the hanging hole cover, and the cabin cover can be opened.

Further, a handle 5 is arranged at the top end (the end not connected with the chuck) of the stud of the L-shaped bolt 1, so that an operator can control the tightness of the spring 3 and control the L-shaped bolt 1 to move up and down and rotate relative to the sleeve 2 by pressing and rotating the handle 5. And, the lateral width of the chuck in the L-bolt 1 is smaller than the lateral width of the groove 22.

Further, the outer surface of the lifting hole cover is provided with a bending plate 6, the bending plate 6 and the lifting hole cover are fixed together for clamping the cabin cover, and the bending plate 6 is arranged on the position, close to the machine head, of the lifting hole cover.

In the present invention, it is preferable that a plurality of nacelle cover flap fixing devices are provided at positions easy to handle according to the size of the flap and the arc trial conditions.

The working process of the nacelle cover hanging hole cover fixing structure of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

before the hanging hole cover is installed, the handle 5 and the compression spring 3 are pressed to enable the L-shaped bolt 1 to descend along the groove 23 in the sleeve 2, and after the length of the sleeve 2 is exceeded, the handle 5 is rotated to enable the L-shaped bolt 1 to face the inner side of the hanging hole cover.

When the lifting hole cover is installed, the bending plate 6 of the lifting hole cover is directed to a position close to the machine head so as to clamp the cabin cover 7. After the hoisting hole cover is placed in the hoisting hole, the rotating handle 5 is pressed to enable the L-shaped bolt 1 to rotate to the opening of the groove 23 of the sleeve 2, the handle 5 is loosened, the spring 3 bounces, and the L-shaped bolt 1 moves upwards to the sealing end of the groove 23 to clamp the cabin cover 7. Then, the nut 4 is appropriately adjusted according to the degree of tightness of the spring 3, and the L-bolt 1 is further tightened against the nacelle cover 7.

When the hanging hole cover is opened, the rotating handle 5 is pressed to move the L-shaped bolt 1 out of the groove 23 and towards the inner side of the hanging hole cover, so that the hanging hole cover can be opened.

The fixing structure of the nacelle cover hanging hole cover is simple and compact in structure, stable and reliable, and low in cost; the safety and reliability are realized, extra high-altitude installation operation is not needed, an operator does not need to extend out of the cabin cover for installation and adjustment, and the risk of the operator is reduced; the use is convenient, and the wind turbine generator cabin hanging hole cover can be conveniently and quickly opened or closed by pressing and rotating.
