The invention is provided with a feedback device 3 for returning the material from the discharge opening 2 of the dryer 1 back into the dryer 1.

The feedback device 3 comprises a feedback pipe 31 and a feedback port 32 for dropping the materials into the dryer 1; the feedback port 32 communicates with the feed port 4 of the dryer 1.

The feedback port 32 and the feed port 4 are coaxially arranged and are positioned outside the feed port 4, an annular notch is formed in the side part of the feed port 4, and materials pass through an interlayer formed by the feedback port 32 and the feed port 4 and enter the dryer 1 from the annular notch.

A smashing device for smashing the materials is arranged in the feedback pipe 31.

The drier 1 is externally provided with a heat insulation layer and a jacket for introducing a heat medium.

The dryer 1 is provided with a screw conveyor.

The working process of the invention is as follows: the material conveying uses closed screw conveying; a conveying screw is externally provided with a jacket and a heat-insulating layer, and a jacket heat source uses steam condensate water to ensure that materials enter a feeding end at high temperature, so that the phenomenon of secondary heating is avoided; and the feeding end mixing device is used for mixing dry materials and wet materials.
