The high-voltage interlocking connector is a key component of a high-voltage electrical system, is mainly used for conducting a high-voltage loop, and has wide application in new energy automobiles. The signal transmission quality is an important index of the performance of the high-voltage interlocking connector, and in order to avoid interference of a transmission signal by an external electric field, a shielding sleeve is often arranged in the high-voltage interlocking connector to shield and protect the signal.

Chinese utility model patent that the publication number of authorizing is CN207625013U, and publication date is 2018.07.17 discloses a two-core plastic tape shielded connector, and this two-core plastic tape shielded connector includes the plug, and the plug includes the shell and sets up the gluey core (being the insulator) in the shell, is equipped with the contact in the insulator, is equipped with the shield cover (being the housing) between insulator and the shell.

The shell of the two-core plastic tape shielded connector is made of plastic, and the shielding of the contact part is realized by the shielding sleeve, so that the quality of signal transmission is ensured. The plug is generally of a slender structure, the internal space of the plug is limited, the existing shielding sleeve needs to be installed from one end of the insulator when being installed, the installation is difficult, and the production efficiency is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a shielding sleeve, which aims to solve the problems that the shielding sleeve is difficult to mount and the production efficiency is influenced in the prior art; the invention also provides a plug connector using the shielding sleeve, which aims to solve the problems that the shielding sleeve of the plug connector in the prior art is difficult to mount and the production efficiency is influenced.

In order to solve the above technical problem, the plug connector of the present invention has the following technical solutions:

the plug connector comprises an insulator and a contact element arranged in the insulator, wherein a shielding sleeve is fixed outside the insulator and comprises a first sleeve body and a second sleeve body which are matched in an inserting mode, and the first sleeve body is in conductive connection with the second sleeve body.

One of the first sleeve body and the second sleeve body is provided with a salient point which is used for being in conductive contact with the other. The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, embodiment 1 of the plug connector of the present invention includes a housing 1, an insulator 2 is disposed in the housing 1, a contact 3 adapted to a receptacle connector is mounted in the insulator 2, and a shielding sleeve is disposed between the insulator 2 and the housing 1, and the shielding sleeve can shield an external electric field, so as to prevent a signal transmitted by the contact 3 from being interfered by the electric field to degrade signal transmission quality.

As shown in fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5, the shielding sleeve includes a first sleeve 4 and a second sleeve 5 which are in insertion fit, the first sleeve 4 is of a stepped structure with a variable outer diameter, a major diameter section of the first sleeve 4 forms a body section of the first sleeve 4, a minor diameter section 41 of the first sleeve 4 forms an insertion section for inserting into the second sleeve 5, and an inner hole of the second sleeve 5 forms an insertion opening for inserting the minor diameter section 41 of the first sleeve 4. The end part, far away from the second sleeve body 5, of the large-diameter section of the first sleeve body 4 is provided with first elastic cantilevers 61 which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, the first elastic cantilevers 61 are turned over towards the inside of the first sleeve body 4 and extend into the insulator 2, the overhanging ends of the first elastic cantilevers 61 incline towards the inside of the first sleeve body 4 and extend towards the small-diameter section 41, and the first elastic cantilevers 61 can be used for being in conductive contact with a shielding sleeve of a socket connector to realize full shielding.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the outer wall of the insulator 2 is a stepped outer wall, a recessed section 21 with a reduced size is formed at a position on the insulator 2 corresponding to the small-diameter section of the first sleeve 4 so as to be recessed inwards, and the recessed section 21 forms a recess for accommodating the small-diameter section 41, so that the flatness of the outer wall surfaces of the first sleeve 4 and the second sleeve 5 can be ensured; in other embodiments, a ring groove may be provided on the outer wall surface of the insulator 2, and the ring groove forms a concave portion; the recess may also be omitted.

As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the outer wall of the socket of the second sleeve body 5 is stamped, two sets of the bumps 51 are formed on the inner wall of the socket, the bumps 51 are symmetrically distributed along the center line of the second sleeve body 5, three bumps 51 are formed in each set, the bumps 51 are in interference fit with the small diameter section 41 to ensure contact with the small diameter section 41, a gap between the first sleeve body 4 and the second sleeve body 5 is avoided, and the first sleeve body 4 and the second sleeve body 5 are conductively connected. The end of the second sleeve body 5 far away from the socket is provided with second elastic cantilever arms 62 which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, and the overhanging end of the second elastic cantilever arm 62 inclines towards the inside of the second sleeve body 5 and extends towards the direction of the socket. The second resilient cantilever arms 62 may be used to make conductive contact with the shield sleeve of the receptacle connector to achieve full shielding.

When the plug connector is used, the first sleeve body 4 and the second sleeve body 5 are respectively sleeved on the insulator 2 from two ends of the insulator 2, the small-diameter section 41 of the first sleeve body 4 is inserted into the socket of the second sleeve body 5, and the salient point 51 at the socket of the second sleeve body 5 is in interference fit with the small-diameter section 41 to ensure conductive connection. The first sleeve body 4 and the second sleeve body 5 are respectively installed between the shell 1 and the insulator 2 from two ends of the insulator 2, so that the installation of the shielding sleeve is simplified, the production efficiency is improved, the electric field shielding of the contact 3 is realized through the conductive connection of the salient points 51 and the small diameter sections 41, and the signal transmission quality of the contact 3 is ensured.

Embodiment 2 of the plug connector of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that: in the embodiment 1, the salient point is arranged on the second sleeve body, and in the embodiment, the salient point is arranged on the outer wall of the small diameter section of the first sleeve body.

Embodiment 3 of the plug connector of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, the first sleeve body and the second sleeve body are matched with each other through the small-diameter section in an inserting manner, in this embodiment, the outer wall surface of the first sleeve body is a flat plane, and the inner diameter of the second sleeve body is the same as the outer diameter of the first sleeve body.

Embodiment 4 of the plug connector of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, the first sleeve body and the second sleeve body are electrically connected to the small diameter section through the protruding point, in this embodiment, an elastic piece is disposed on an inner wall of the socket of the second sleeve body, the elastic piece is in elastic press-fit with the small diameter section, and the first sleeve body and the second sleeve body are electrically connected to each other through the elastic piece and the small diameter section.

The specific structure of the shield sleeve of the embodiment of the present invention is the same as that of the shield sleeve of any embodiment of the plug connector, and is not described herein again.
