1. A vulcanization process for connecting copper bars in a bus duct is characterized by comprising the following steps:

firstly, assembling for the first time: connecting the two copper bars together through a fastening bolt, and welding and sealing the joint of the connecting surfaces by using welding materials;

secondly, sand blasting: placing the assembled copper bar in a sand blasting machine, and performing surface sand blasting treatment;

thirdly, acid washing: mounting the copper bar on a lifting appliance, integrally placing the copper bar in a pickling tank, and cleaning the surface of the copper bar by ultrasonic cleaning;

fourthly, washing with water: heating water to 50-80 ℃, atomizing, and cleaning the surface of a copper bar arranged on a lifting appliance;

fifthly, drying: drying the copper bar until the surface of the copper bar is dry;

sixthly, brush plating: arranging copper in a copper bar brush plating machine for surface brush plating;

seventhly, assembling for the second time: wrapping the two ends of the copper bar by using a heat-shrinkable sleeve;

eighthly, preheating: preheating the copper bar and thermally shrinking the heat-shrinkable sleeve;

ninthly, vulcanization: conveying the preheated copper bar into a vulcanizing chamber for vulcanizing;

tenthly, curing: and (4) conveying the vulcanized copper bar back to the drying box for heating and curing treatment.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a vulcanization process of a connecting copper bar in a bus duct.

Background

The copper bar is also called as copper busbar, is mainly made of copper material, has a round-angle rectangular cross section, is generally used in the power transmission line of large-scale commercial buildings and replaces the traditional cable for electric energy transmission.

In order to avoid the short circuit between the copper bars or the contact between people or small animals and the charged copper bars, the surface of the copper bars is usually required to be vulcanized to obtain an insulating surface,

however, the conventional vulcanization treatment is often long in processing period, the surface is seriously damaged or is easily bulged after the treatment, and the surface insulation treatment for the fastening bolt is often not involved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides a vulcanization process for connecting copper bars in a bus duct.

A vulcanization process for connecting copper bars in a bus duct comprises the following steps:

firstly, assembling for the first time: the two copper bars are connected together through the fastening bolt, the joint of the connecting surface is welded and sealed by using welding flux, and after the sealing is finished, external objects cannot enter the connecting surface from the joint;

secondly, sand blasting: placing the assembled copper bar in a sand blasting machine, and performing surface sand blasting treatment;

thirdly, acid washing: mounting the copper bar on a lifting appliance, integrally placing the copper bar in a pickling tank, and cleaning the surface of the copper bar by ultrasonic cleaning;

fourthly, washing with water: heating water to 50-80 ℃, atomizing, and cleaning the surface of a copper bar arranged on a lifting appliance;

fifthly, drying: drying the copper bar until the surface of the copper bar is dry;

sixthly, brush plating: arranging copper in a copper bar brush plating machine for surface brush plating;

seventhly, assembling for the second time: wrapping the two ends of the copper bar by using a heat-shrinkable sleeve;

eighthly, preheating: preheating the copper bar and thermally shrinking the heat-shrinkable sleeve;

ninthly, vulcanization: conveying the preheated copper bar into a vulcanizing chamber for vulcanizing;

tenthly, curing: and (4) conveying the vulcanized copper bar back to the drying box for heating and curing treatment.

Preferably, in the fourth step, the atomized water is mixed with alcohol.

Preferably, the solder in the first step is tin.

Preferably, the step one further comprises polishing and cleaning the welding seam.

Preferably, the sixth step comprises the following steps of brush plating of the electric cleaning solution, intermediate water cleaning and brush plating of the electroplating solution on the surface of the copper bar in sequence. After vulcanization, the surface of the fastening bolt simultaneously forms a vulcanized layer to prevent electric leakage at the fastening bolt. After the treatment is finished, the electric clearance and the creepage distance between the conductors with the same distance are far superior to those of the existing products.

Detailed Description

For the purpose of enhancing the understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings, which are only used for explaining the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, a vulcanization process of a connecting copper bar in a bus duct comprises the following steps:

firstly, assembling for the first time: connecting the two copper bars 1 together through a fastening bolt 2, welding and sealing the joint of the connecting surfaces by using tin, and polishing and cleaning the joint after welding;

secondly, sand blasting: placing the assembled copper bar 1 in a sand blasting machine, and performing surface sand blasting treatment;

thirdly, acid washing: the copper bar 1 is installed on a lifting appliance, then the whole copper bar is placed in a pickling tank, and the surface of the copper bar is cleaned through ultrasonic cleaning;

fourthly, washing with water: heating the mixed solution of water and alcohol to 50-80 ℃, atomizing, and cleaning the surface of the copper bar 1 arranged on the lifting appliance;

fifthly, drying: drying the copper bar 1 until the surface of the copper bar 1 is dry;

sixthly, brush plating: putting the copper bar 1 in a copper bar brush plating machine, and sequentially carrying out electric cleaning liquid brush plating, intermediate water cleaning and electroplating liquid brush plating on the surface of the copper bar 1;

seventhly, assembling for the second time: wrapping the two ends of the copper bar by using a heat-shrinkable sleeve;

eighthly, preheating: preheating the copper bar and thermally shrinking the heat-shrinkable sleeve;

ninthly, vulcanization: sending the preheated copper bar 1 into a vulcanizing chamber for vulcanizing;

tenthly, curing: and (4) conveying the vulcanized copper bar 1 back to the drying box for heating and curing treatment.
