Background

The air conditioning unit for the passenger room is constructed in a unit form in which the devices and components are arranged in a frame and covered with a cover plate. The air conditioner set is divided into a passenger compartment interior part, a passenger compartment exterior part and a control part. The outdoor part is provided with a compressor, a high-voltage switch, an outdoor heat exchanger, an outdoor fan, a refrigerant storage tank and an alternating current reactor. The interior of the passenger room adopts a sealing structure, and a passenger room heat exchanger, a passenger room air feeder, an electric heater, a direct current reactor, a drainage pump and an air filter screen are arranged in the passenger room. In addition, the control part adopts a sealing structure, and an inverter, a radiator, a power box and the like are arranged in the control part.

The existing air-conditioning power box has the following defects:

Another object of the invention is to provide a rail vehicle air conditioner applying the power box.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

the integrated power box comprises a box body, wherein a plurality of areas for separately placing various electric devices are divided into the box body, and a hinge box door capable of being opened and closed is arranged on the box body. The integrated power box integrates all devices of an air conditioner control part, adopts a mode of dividing different areas and additionally opening a door by a hinge at the back side, and separates strong current from weak current.

Further, the box body is internally divided into an upper layer area, a middle layer area and a lower layer area, the upper layer area is provided with a control device, and the middle layer area is provided with a heating component.

In order to improve the convenience of the installation, disassembly and maintenance work, the hinge box door is further provided with a radiator.

In order to solve the problems of heat dissipation and dust prevention of the device, the middle layer area is of a closed structure, and a heat dissipation fan is arranged in the middle layer area.

Furthermore, the radiator is arranged on the air return opening side of the air conditioner of the railway vehicle, and the direction of the radiator fins is the same as the air return direction of the air conditioner of the railway vehicle. The fins of the radiator are consistent with the direction of return air of the air conditioner, and the best radiating effect is achieved.

5. The top cover is designed on the top layer of the box body, and the control panel on the upper layer area is convenient to overhaul and maintain. And the partition plate between the upper layer area and the middle layer area can be pulled and detached, and the middle area can be conveniently overhauled and maintained.

6. The fins of the radiator are consistent with the direction of return air of the air conditioner, and the best radiating effect is achieved.

As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the case 1 is divided into three regions, i.e., an upper region, a middle region, and a lower region. The upper layer area is provided with a control device, and the middle layer area is provided with a heating component. Specifically, the control board 2 and the pressure increasing board 3 are provided in the upper layer area. An output inductor 4, an input electrolytic capacitor 5, an output electrolytic capacitor 6, a DC contactor, etc. 7 are provided in the middle layer region. The middle layer area is of a closed structure, isolation design is carried out, the heat radiation fan 16 is installed, and heat radiation is carried out on part of devices independently, so that the service life is prolonged, and the dustproof design of the control panel is realized.

The partition plate between the upper layer area and the middle layer area can be pushed, pulled and detached, and the middle area can be conveniently overhauled and maintained.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, two sliding rails 18 are respectively arranged on two sides of the box body 1, two mounting rails 19 are correspondingly arranged at the mounting positions of the power box of the air conditioner of the railway vehicle, and the box body 1 is assembled by sliding in and out through the matching of the sliding rails 18 and the mounting rails 19. Four bolt holes 20 are further formed in the installation position of the power box of the air conditioner of the railway vehicle, and the box body 1 is bolted and fixed through the bolt holes 20 after sliding in. Through setting up the guide rail for the box is installed easily and is dismantled.

As shown in fig. 1, one corner of the box body 1 is cut to form a notch, and the connecting terminal 22 is installed in the formed notch area, so that the space is saved, and the installation and the maintenance are convenient.

As shown in fig. 2, an air conditioner fault display panel 21 is provided at one side of the cabinet 1, and a cooling fault and an electrical fault of the air conditioner can be timely found by the air conditioner fault display panel 21 without opening the air conditioner.

As shown in figure 1, the aerial plug and the wiring terminal connected with the outside are arranged on one side, so that redundant space is not occupied, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient. All the cover plates and the radiator 12 are additionally provided with sealing rubber strips, so that good dustproof and waterproof effects are achieved.

The integrated power box of the invention is a low-voltage high-power direct-current air-conditioning variable-frequency power box, and the input voltage range is as follows: 45V-85V, output power: 3-12 kW. The alternating current variable frequency ventilator, the alternating current variable frequency condensation fan and the direct current variable frequency compressor can be driven, three-gear electric heating of direct current 74V is controlled, and the maximum electric heating power is 12 kW. And has fault display and 232 communication functions. Working temperature range: -40 ℃ to 55 ℃.

The rail vehicle air conditioner comprises an evaporation area, a condensation area and the like, and also comprises the integrated power box.
