The casting is placed in a telescopic room, and dust in the grinding process is extracted by starting the air suction pump 18.

A hydraulic cylinder 6 which is pushed transversely is arranged at the top in the installation box 1, a piston rod 7 on the left side of the hydraulic cylinder 6 extends into the telescopic cloth 2, the left side of the piston rod 7 is connected with an installation block 8, the left side of the installation block 8 is connected with a push plate 9, and the push plate 9 is in contact with the top of the door frame 3 to push the door frame to the left; the bottom of the mounting block 8 is provided with an air blower 10, the bottom of the air blower 10 is connected with a blowpipe 22, and the blowpipe 22 is opposite to the inner lower part of the telescopic cloth 2; the bottom of the push plate 9 is connected with a pull rope 12 with a hook 11, and the top in the door frame 3 is provided with a hanging ring 13. When the door frame needs to be stretched, the hydraulic cylinder 6 is pushed to the left, the push plate 9 is contacted with the top of the door frame 3, and the door frame 3 is pushed to the left, so that the telescopic cloth 2 is stretched. When the telescopic cloth 2 needs to be retracted, the hook 11 of the pull rope 12 is hooked on the hanging ring 13, the hydraulic cylinder 6 is pulled to the right, the door frame 3 is pulled to the right, and therefore the telescopic cloth 2 is retracted. When the door curtain is actually used, firstly, the door curtain 21 is rolled up by the rolling motor 19, the door frame 3 is opened, and the casting is moved into the telescopic cloth 2; according to the size of the casting, when the casting is large, the telescopic cloth 2 needs to be extended, the hydraulic cylinder 6 is pushed to the left, and the push plate 9 pushes the door frame 3 to the left so as to extend the telescopic cloth 2; when the casting is small, the telescopic cloth 2 needs to retract, the hook 11 of the pull rope 12 is hooked on the hanging ring 13, and the hydraulic cylinder 6 pulls the door frame 3 to the right, so that the telescopic cloth 2 retracts; after the telescopic cloth 2 is fixed, the hook 11 is taken down, so that the movement of the hydraulic cylinder 6 is not restricted, the hydraulic cylinder 6 drives the air blower 10 of the mounting block 8 to move at the upper part in the telescopic cloth 2, and the blowing pipe 22 blows air downwards to blow ash and cool the telescopic cloth 2. Three functions are realized by one hydraulic cylinder, the functionality is good, and the time and the labor are saved.
