The fast-assembling natural gas wellhead gas production device of the invention is described in detail by the attached drawings and the embodiments.

The rapid assembly type natural gas wellhead gas production device disclosed by the embodiment of the disclosure comprises a gas production pipeline, a liquid discharge tank 10 and a PLC (programmable logic controller), as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2; wherein A is from the gas tree gas outlet interface of natural gas production, B is the methanol to the tree of gas production and annotates the alcoholic interface, C is the natural gas and goes to the pipeline interface of gas station, D is the methanol and comes from the gas station interface of gas collection, E is the liquid discharge tank sewage goes to the gas station interface; the gas production pipeline, the liquid discharge tank 10 and the PLC are arranged on the same skid block 24; also comprises an alcohol injection pipeline; the alcohol injection pipeline comprises a methanol self-gas-collecting station interface, an alcohol injection pipeline local pressure gauge 18, a manual ball valve 19, an alcohol injection check valve 21, an alcohol injection outlet stop valve 22 and a gas production tree alcohol injection interface which are sequentially connected through pipelines; the alcohol injection line is disposed on the aforementioned pry block 24. In the embodiment of the disclosure, an oil pressure local pressure gauge 1 and an oil pressure remote transmission pressure transmitter 2 are sequentially arranged between the natural gas production interface and the angle type intelligent regulating valve 3; a pipe pressure local pressure gauge 5, a pipe pressure remote transmission pressure transmitter 6 and a temperature transmitter 7 are sequentially arranged between the emergency cut-off valve 4 and the drain tank 10 well head stop valve; a drainage electromagnetic flow meter 12 is arranged between the automatic drainage valve 11 of the drainage tank and the manual drainage stop valve 14 of the drainage tank.

The fast assembling type natural gas wellhead gas production device of the embodiment of the disclosure further comprises a bypass pipeline 25; one end of the bypass pipeline 25 is communicated with a pipeline between the temperature transmitter 7 and the wellhead stop valve of the liquid discharge tank 10; the other end of the bypass pipeline 25 is communicated with a pipeline between the filter and differential pressure transmitter 16 and the natural gas outlet valve 13 of the liquid discharge tank; both ends of the bypass pipeline are provided with control gate valves; the bypass pipeline 25 is communicated with pipelines at two sides of the liquid discharge tank 10, the main function is that the normal use of the flow is not influenced when the liquid discharge tank 10 is in failure or in maintenance engineering, and the control gate valves at two ends of the liquid discharge tank 10 are used for controlling whether the flow of the liquid discharge tank 10 is put into or cut off; the maintenance efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, a bypass pipeline flange interface 15 is arranged between the natural gas outlet valve 13 of the liquid discharge tank and the filter and differential pressure transmitter 16; the bypass line flange connection 15 is connected to the other end of the aforementioned bypass line 25. The bypass pipeline 25 is connected quickly and conveniently by arranging the bypass pipeline flange connector 15, and construction efficiency is improved.

In the embodiment of the disclosure, the angle type intelligent regulating valve 3, the emergency cut-off valve 4, the filter and differential pressure transmitter 16, the natural gas flowmeter 17 and the automatic drain valve 11 of the drain tank are all connected with the PLC controller; the oil pressure remote transmission pressure transmitter 2, the pipe pressure local pressure gauge 5, the temperature transmitter 7 and the liquid discharge electromagnetic flowmeter 12 are all connected with the PLC.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a liquid discharge tank magnetic turning plate liquid level meter 9 is arranged on the liquid discharge tank 10; and the liquid level meter 9 of the magnetic turning plate of the liquid discharge tank is connected with the PLC. The PLC is provided with a gas production tree casing pressure interface and a Modbus TCP/IP port; the PLC is connected with the solar power supply. An export manual gate valve 23 of an export pipeline is arranged between the natural gas outlet and the natural gas export manual stop valve 20; before production, the gas transmission main pipeline is closed in a manual mode through the manual gate valve 23 arranged at the outlet of the external transmission pipeline.

The specific models used for the components such as meters and valves in this embodiment are shown in table 1 below.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the PLC is a main device for data acquisition and remote transmission, and as shown in fig. 3, the PLC mainly performs detection including detection of bottom casing pressure of a natural gas production tree, detection of oil pressure of an outlet pipeline of a natural gas well, detection of pressure of a rear pipe of a natural gas shut-off valve, detection of temperature of the outlet pipeline of the natural gas well, detection of liquid level of a liquid discharge tank 10, detection of liquid discharge flow of the liquid discharge tank 10, detection of differential pressure of a filter, detection of opening of a flow regulating valve, detection of state of an emergency shut-off valve 4, and detection of state of the liquid discharge valve; the interlocking control comprises the steps of controlling a wellhead intelligent flow regulating valve, controlling an emergency cut-off valve 4 by a digital output module to achieve the interlocking cut-off function, and controlling the liquid level of a liquid discharge tank 10 by the digital output module to achieve the liquid level interlocking function of the liquid discharge tank 10; meanwhile, the Modbus TCP/IP port in the PLC is transmitted to a far-end Ethernet switch through an armored network cable, so that remote transmission is realized.

The quick assembly type natural gas wellhead gas production device disclosed by the embodiment of the disclosure adopts a skid-mounted structure, so that the structure is compact, and the space is saved; because the skid-mounted device adopts intensive arrangement, arrange compactly, this can great reduction occupation of land to the more natural gas trade that occupies of land. After the skid-mounted complete process equipment is completely installed, the electric instrument is installed and wired to the skid-mounted wiring box, and then the grounding wire and the equipotential bridging work are completed. The field devices are powered by Direct Current (DC) 24V, and then distributed in the PLC, and enough branches are reserved for supplying power to the field bus instrument devices.

When the rapid assembly type natural gas wellhead gas production device in the embodiment of the disclosure is operated, the rapid assembly type natural gas wellhead gas production device operates according to the following control logic:

1. when the pressure behind the wellhead valve is higher than 7.5MPa, alarm information is sent to a downstream user;

2. when the pressure behind the wellhead valve is higher than 7.6MPa, the emergency cut-off valve 4 is cut off in an interlocking manner;

3. when the pressure behind the wellhead valve is lower than 5.0MPa, sending alarm information to a downstream user;

4. when the pressure behind the well head valve is lower than 4.0MPa, the emergency cut-off valve 4 is cut off in an interlocking manner;

5. when the pressure in front of the wellhead valve is higher than 5.0Mpa, the pressure value needs to be adjusted after the regulating valve is set, the pressure behind the automatic control valve is not lower than a certain upper limit value and not lower than a certain lower limit value, and the upper limit value and the lower limit value need to be set by a user according to field process conditions;

6. the liquid discharge valve is opened when the liquid level of the liquid discharge tank 10 is higher than 80% (which can be set by self), and is closed when the liquid level is lower than 20% (which can be set by self);

7. and the gas flowmeter and the liquid discharge flowmeter carry out data transmission through an RS485-Modbus PLC protocol, and transmit the instantaneous flow and the accumulated flow to the PLC.
