(5) baking selenium-rich red rice, coarse pulverizing, and micronizing to obtain selenium-rich red rice powder;

(6) taking dried mulberry seeds, and carrying out coarse crushing and superfine crushing to obtain mulberry seed powder;

(7) and (3) uniformly mixing and stirring the barley seedling powder, the selenium-rich red rice powder and the mulberry seed powder which are respectively prepared in the steps (4), (5) and (6) according to the mass percentage of 80-85 percent to 11-15 percent and 4-5 percent, so as to obtain the recombined barley seedling nutrition powder.
