The turnover packaging tray for the cooling fan is characterized by comprising a tray (1) and mounting seat assemblies (2) arranged on the tray (1), wherein the tray (1) is rectangular under a overlooking angle, a plurality of groove structures (11) distributed in an array are formed in the surface of the tray (1), each groove structure (11) forms a corresponding bulge (12) in the back of the tray (1), the mounting seat assemblies (2) are fixedly arranged at the center of the surface of the tray (1), each mounting seat assembly (2) comprises a base (21) and two symmetrical supports (22), the bases (21) are fixed on the tray (1) through bolts (3), the two symmetrical supports (22) are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the base (21), and a connecting plate (23) is fixedly arranged on each support (22), and a limiting plate (24) is arranged on the connecting plate (23).

2. A cooling fan turnaround packaging tray as claimed in claim 1, wherein reinforcing plates (24) are attached to opposite ends of the connecting plate (23).

A cooling fan turnaround packaging tray as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the connection plate (23) comprises a first connection plate (231) and a second connection plate (232), the first connection plate (231) is connected perpendicularly to the second connection plate (232), and the first connection plate (231) is arranged along the length of the second connection plate (232).

The cooling fan turnover packaging tray according to claims 1-3, characterized in that one side of the limiting plate (24) is rotatably connected to the first connecting plate (231), two limiting rods (241) are arranged on the limiting plate (24), and the limiting rods (241) penetrate and extend to the bottom of the first connecting plate (231).

The plastic packaging box is produced through a plastic suction process, and the existing plastic packaging box is generally provided with a plurality of accommodating grooves, and a product is placed in each accommodating groove. After placing the product in the plastic uptake box, a plurality of plastic uptake boxes are range upon range of and are placed, in order to prevent from between the upper and lower plastic uptake box because of the damage that the extrusion led to the fact the product, usually need place a baffle or the baffle of constituteing by baffle and pearl cotton between two plastic uptake boxes to play the effect of protection product, this just needs a large amount of baffles, has not only increased manufacturing cost, forgets sometimes easily moreover and places the baffle between the plastic uptake box.

In addition, when some heavy parts are transported, the heavy parts are not firmly fixed in the trays, collision occurs in transportation, so that the parts are damaged, and the stack among the trays has the imagination of collapse and deformation, so that the products are damaged.

In view of the above, the invention provides a cooling fan turnover packaging tray, wherein the cooling fan turnover packaging tray is provided with a mounting seat assembly in the tray, and the cooling fan is reinforced by the mounting seat assembly, so that the problem that the cooling fan is not firmly fixed in the transportation process can be effectively solved.
