The twist-off type unscrewing cap with the safety structure is used for sealing the opening of a container, and comprises a cap top and a cylindrical cap wall formed by downward extending of the outer edge of the cap top, a sealing gasket is arranged on the lower surface of the cap top, a pit is formed in the cap top, the bottom surface of the pit is upwards arched to form a safety button, two convex rings which are parallel to each other and surround the cap wall are arranged on the lower portion of the cap wall, an annular groove is formed between the two convex rings, a plurality of U-shaped cutting seams are arranged at the groove bottom of the annular groove along the circumferential direction of the cap wall, the cap wall on the upper side of each U-shaped cutting seam is inwards inclined to form a stamping opening penetrating through the cap wall, the cap wall between every two adjacent stamping openings forms a bridge, the cap wall below each stamping opening forms an anti-theft ring, and the anti-theft ring is connected with the cap wall above each stamping opening through the bridge.
