4. A method for preparing a highly elastic friction material according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized by comprising the steps of:

step 1: mixing the formula materials by an internal rubber mixing mill;

step 2: crushing to obtain 2-4 mm diameter for later use;

and step 3: mixing the particles prepared from the formula materials with the prepared modified particles according to a certain proportion;

and 4, step 4: weighing the stirred material;

and 5: loading the weighed material into a mold;

step 6: pressing on a vulcanizing machine;

and 7: curing and forming;

and 8: curing in an oven;

and step 9: and (5) grinding a finished product.

Background

The second type of prior art adopts powdered nitrile rubber or rubber tire powder as a modified elastic material, and has the disadvantages of unsatisfactory high temperature resistance, heat fading caused by friction heating in the use process of the product, dust emission in the production process to pollute the working environment and harm to the body of production workers due to the powdery material.

Therefore, it is necessary to design a high elastic friction material and a preparation method thereof, which can solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a high-elasticity friction material and a preparation method thereof, fluororubber particles are used as an elasticity modifying material, and because the vulcanization system of fluororubber is different from the vulcanization system of nitrile butadiene rubber, in the vulcanization molding process of the product, the fluororubber particles can still keep the elasticity and hardness of the fluororubber particles, the hardness of the material is lower than that of the material in the formula, and the elasticity of the material is higher than that of the material in the formula, so that the two materials with different hardness and elasticity are arranged in a staggered way in the product, thereby the friction material can well absorb the impact energy during braking in work, obtain higher friction coefficient, reduce or eliminate the braking noise, because the high temperature resistance of the fluororubber is better than that of the nitrile rubber, the temperature resistance of the product is improved, and because the fluororubber is granular, the harm of dust raised in a production workshop to the bodies of workers is avoided.

a high-elasticity friction material is composed of the following raw materials in percentage: the proportion of the nitrile-butadiene rubber is 10-20%, the proportion of the phenolic resin is 5-15%, the proportion of the friction material is 30-50%, the proportion of the antifriction material is 10-20%, and the proportion of the rubber ingredient is 3-5%; wherein the rubber compounding agent comprises sulfur, a vulcanization accelerator and an anti-aging agent.

Preferably, the friction material comprises glass fiber, steel fiber, carbon fiber and graphite fiber, aramid fiber, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, boron fiber, inorganic mineral fiber and cotton fiber.

A preparation method of a high-elasticity friction material comprises the following steps: mixing the formula materials by an internal rubber mixing mill; crushing to obtain 2-4 mm diameter for later use; mixing the particles prepared from the formula materials with the prepared modified particles according to a certain proportion; weighing the stirred material; loading the weighed material into a mold; pressing on a vulcanizing machine; curing and forming; curing in an oven; and (5) grinding a finished product.

Preferably, the mixing ratio of the particles prepared from the formula materials in the step 3 to the prepared modified particles is 0.1-1: 0.2.

Preferably, the pressing is carried out on a vulcanizer at 170 ℃ in step 6 and the secondary curing is carried out in an oven at 230 ℃ for 12 to 24 hours in step 8.
