Detailed Description

The present invention provides a washing machine and a washing tub, which will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples in order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The washing water discharged through the first drain hole 111d is discharged to between the outer wall of the washing tub 100 and the inner wall of the casing of the washing machine, and is discharged out of the washing machine through the drain pipe.

When the washing tub 100 rotates, residual moisture in the laundry is thrown out by centrifugal force generated by the rotation, and is discharged out of the washing tub 100 through the first water discharge hole 111d, thereby implementing spin-drying of the laundry; because the washing barrel 100 does not need to be provided with a plurality of groups of water through holes arranged in rows and columns on the barrel wall like the traditional washing machine, the washing is very convenient, and the breeding of bacteria is greatly reduced; in addition, the inner tub and the outer tub are combined into one, so that the use of washing water between the inner tub and the outer tub is reduced and water resource is saved under the condition of the same capacity.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the tub 110 includes: the central imperforate tub wall 113, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, is cylindrical with a hollow core 113. As can be seen from the exemplary structures shown in fig. 2 and 3, the middle of the washing tub 100 provided by the present invention has no water holes arranged in rows and columns, which is different from the prior art, and the upper end diameter and the lower end diameter of the middle non-porous tub wall 113 are identical, i.e. there is no inclination in the middle of the washing tub 100.

Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the barrel 110 further includes: an adaptor ring 112 is disposed between the upper balance ring and the middle non-porous barrel wall 113 (note that, the dotted line in fig. 2 is added for the applicant to clearly illustrate the position of the adaptor ring 112, and the dotted line is not actually used), and a plurality of second drainage holes are formed in the adaptor ring 112, and the diameter of the second drainage holes is smaller than that of the first drainage holes 111 d. The discharge of the washing water is mainly performed through the first drain hole 111d, and the second drain hole is mainly used to discharge the remaining washing water when the remaining washing water in the washing tub 100 is small.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the tub 110 further includes: the upper balance ring is provided with a balance ring base body 111b and a frustum portion 111c from top to bottom, as shown in fig. 2, the diameter of the lower end of the frustum portion 111c is equal to that of the middle non-porous barrel wall 113, and the diameter of the upper end of the frustum portion is equal to that of the balance ring base body 111 b.

That is, the upper gimbal gradually shrinks from bottom to top, and the diameter gradually decreases. The position of the first drain hole 111d is further defined in cooperation with the present invention: the lower end of the first drain hole 111d is located in the frustum portion 111c, and the upper end is located in the balance ring base 111 b; so that the washing water is more easily discharged and is not easily blocked by the burrs.

Preferably, the upper end of the balance ring base 111b is extended outward by a bent edge 111a, and as shown in fig. 2, the upper end of the washing tub 100 is rounded by the bent edge 111a, thereby improving the operation safety (preventing the operator from being scratched by the metal sheet, it is understood that other materials may be used, and the present invention is not limited to the metal material).

According to another aspect of the present invention, the tub 110 further includes: the lower sealing ring 114, as shown in fig. 2, has an inverted concave lower end of the lower sealing ring 114, and the concave opening of the lower sealing ring 114 faces the bottom 120 of the barrel. In addition, a plurality of snap rings 121 are disposed on the outer edge of the upper end of the tub bottom 120, as shown in fig. 4, the snap rings 121 are adapted to the lower sealing ring 114, and the tub body 110 and the tub bottom 120 are connected to the lower sealing ring through the snap rings 121 in a roll riveting manner. The arrangement of the lower sealing ring 114 and the snap ring 121, and the selection of the roll riveting process, are all for improving the sealing performance between the barrel 110 and the barrel bottom 120 and preventing water leakage.

The washing machine provided by the invention also comprises: a support ring 300 and a cover ring 400, as shown in fig. 1, the cover ring 400 is covered and connected to the upper end of the support ring 300; the lower end of the support ring 300 is inserted into the washing tub 100, and the inner wall of the support ring 300 is attached to the washing tub 100, so that the washing water can be discharged only from the first and second drainage holes 111d and 111 d.

Preferably, the washing machine further includes: the water inlet valve and the flowmeter are integrally arranged, and a computer control board of the washing machine controls the water level by receiving water flow speed data of the flowmeter and accumulated water inlet time data.

Because no water exists between the washing barrel and the shell of the washing machine provided by the invention, a water level sensor in the traditional washing machine is not needed, and the invention adopts a flow meter which is a simpler and more convenient way to control the water inflow.

And because the drainage mode is completely different from the traditional washing machine, the centrifugal drainage method is adopted, the arrangement of a drainage valve is not needed at all, and the rotating speed of the rotating mechanism is directly controlled by the computer control panel when the drainage is needed.

In the invention, in the first preset time for starting water drainage, the computer control panel of the washing machine intermittently drains water in the washing barrel by controlling the rotating speed of the rotating mechanism; after the first preset time of water drainage, the computer control panel of the washing machine continuously drains water in the washing barrel by controlling the rotating speed of the rotating mechanism.

In addition, it should be noted that, since there is no water between the washing tub and the outer casing, the overflow port and air nozzle structure provided on the outer tub in the conventional washing machine can be omitted or closed.

The invention also provides a washing tub, which is applied to the washing machine. Thus, the washing tub may have all the features and advantages of the washing tub in the washing machine described above, and thus, will not be described herein again.

It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the examples described above, but that modifications and variations may be effected thereto by those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the foregoing description, and that all such modifications and variations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
