A novel logistics padlock comprises a lock shell, a lock core mechanism arranged in the lock shell, and a lock piece of which the end part is inserted into the lock shell and is matched with the lock core mechanism, and is characterized in that the lock core mechanism comprises a driving component, a rotating pin connected to the output end of the driving component, and a swinging component rotatably arranged in the lock shell, wherein the swinging component mainly comprises a swinging arm rotatably arranged in the lock shell and positioned on the side edge of the rotating pin, and an elastic part hooked on the swinging arm, and a locking lug is arranged at the end part of the swinging arm; a locking groove matched with the locking lug is formed at one end part of the locking piece.

The novel logistics padlock of claim 1, wherein one end of the swing arm is rotatably arranged in the lock shell through a rotating shaft, and the locking lug is formed on the other end of the swing arm; the elastic element is a torsion spring which is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and a free end of the torsion spring is hooked on one side edge of the swing arm.

3. The logistics padlock of claim 1, wherein the rotation pin is mainly composed of a base block connected to the output end of the driving assembly, and a limit boss formed on the base block and facing the side of the swing arm.

4. The logistics padlock of claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a motor housing disposed within the lock housing, and a motor disposed within the motor housing, wherein the rotation pin is connected to an output shaft end of the motor.

5. A logistics padlock as claimed in claim 1, wherein a magnet is provided at the end of the locking member and a hall sensor is provided in the housing in correspondence with the magnet.

The logistics padlock of claim 1, wherein an upper mounting groove is formed in the lock housing, an inner mounting housing is disposed in the upper mounting groove, the lock cylinder mechanism is disposed in the inner mounting housing, and a cover plate is disposed on the upper mounting groove.

7. The logistics padlock of claim 1, wherein two locking holes are formed in the lock housing, and an annular step is formed at each end of the locking member.

The novel logistics padlock of claim 1, wherein the lock case is internally provided with a PCB electrically connected to the driving assembly, a bluetooth chip arranged on the PCB, at least one indicator light arranged on the PCB and exposed outside the lock case, and a key area or a fingerprint acquisition area electrically connected to the PCB and exposed outside the lock case; meanwhile, a battery or a wireless charging receiving board electrically connected with the PCB board is arranged in the lock shell.

A novel logistics padlock as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the locking member is a locking bar having a first insertion end and a second insertion end for insertion into the lock housing respectively, wherein an annular groove is formed on the first insertion end, a stop lug is formed at the end of the first insertion end below the annular groove, and a strip-shaped chute is formed on the side edge of the first insertion end above the annular groove; a limit pin sliding in the strip-shaped sliding groove is arranged in the lock shell; the locking groove is formed on the side edge of the second insertion end.

A logistics padlock as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein the locking member is comprised of a locking rope, a fixing portion connected to one end of the locking rope and fixed to the housing, and a free portion connected to the other end of the locking rope and inserted into the housing, wherein the locking rope is overlapped at the ends and forms a bending portion passing through the free portion, and two free ends respectively retained by the fixing portion and electrically connected to the PCB board; the fixing part mainly comprises a first protection shell and a limiting block arranged at the lower end of the first protection shell, wherein a first longitudinal through hole for two free ends of the locking rope to pass through is formed in the first protection shell, two clamping grooves for the two free ends of the locking rope to be clamped into are formed on the limiting block respectively, and two first through holes for the two free ends of the locking rope to pass through are formed on the limiting block respectively; the free part mainly comprises a lock head and a second protective shell sleeved on the upper end part of the lock head, wherein a second longitudinal through hole for the bent part of the locking rope to pass through is formed in the second protective shell; a second through hole for the bending part to pass through is formed in the upper part of the lock head, and the lock groove is formed in the periphery of the lower part of the lock head.

Background

The amount of losses caused by goods theft, package loss, smuggling and the like in the logistics industry every year can hardly be calculated. The logistics transportation field pays more and more attention to the safety of goods transportation in the way. The common mechanical lockset has the characteristics of complex structure, easy damage, low safety and reliability and easy duplication of keys, and can bring great potential safety hazards to the property safety of companies and clients.

Therefore, the utilization rate of the electronic lock in the logistics industry is higher and higher, and the safety of the electronic lock relative to the common lock is greatly improved. However, the electronic padlock in the market at present has to be improved in structural stability, firmness, and sensitivity of locking and unlocking operations.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects, the invention aims to provide a novel logistics padlock which is reasonable and ingenious in structural design, and sensitive, quick and accurate in internal structure action during locking and unlocking; after locking, the locking is firm and stable, is not easy to be damaged and has high safety.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention to achieve the aim is as follows:

a novel logistics padlock comprises a lock shell, a lock core mechanism arranged in the lock shell, and a lock piece of which the end part is inserted into the lock shell and is matched with the lock core mechanism, and is characterized in that the lock core mechanism comprises a driving component, a rotating pin connected to the output end of the driving component, and a swinging component rotatably arranged in the lock shell, wherein the swinging component mainly comprises a swinging arm rotatably arranged in the lock shell and positioned on the side edge of the rotating pin, and an elastic part hooked on the swinging arm, and a locking lug is arranged at the end part of the swinging arm; a locking groove matched with the locking lug is formed at one end part of the locking piece.

As a further improvement of the invention, one end of the swing arm is rotatably arranged in the lock shell through a rotating shaft, and the locking lug is formed on the other end of the swing arm; the elastic element is a torsion spring which is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and a free end of the torsion spring is hooked on one side edge of the swing arm.

As a further improvement of the invention, the rotating pin mainly comprises a base block connected to the output end of the driving assembly and a limit boss formed on the base block and facing one side of the swinging arm.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the driving assembly includes a motor housing disposed in the lock housing, and a motor disposed in the motor housing, wherein the rotating pin is connected to an end of an output shaft of the motor.

As a further improvement of the invention, a magnet is arranged at the end of the locking piece, and a hall sensor corresponding to the magnet is arranged in the lock shell.

As a further improvement of the invention, an upper mounting groove is formed in the lock shell, an inner mounting shell is arranged in the upper mounting groove, the lock cylinder mechanism is arranged in the inner mounting shell, and a cover plate is covered on the upper mounting groove.

As a further improvement of the invention, two lock holes are arranged on the lock shell, and two annular steps positioned on the lock holes are respectively formed at two ends of the lock piece.

As a further improvement of the present invention, a PCB electrically connected to the driving assembly, a bluetooth chip disposed on the PCB, at least one indicator light disposed on the PCB and exposed outside the lock case, and a key area or a fingerprint collecting area electrically connected to the PCB and exposed outside the lock case are disposed in the lock case; meanwhile, a battery or a wireless charging receiving board electrically connected with the PCB board is arranged in the lock shell.

As a further improvement of the invention, the locking piece is a locking rod which is provided with a first insertion end and a second insertion end which are respectively inserted into the lock shell, wherein, a ring groove is formed on the first insertion end, a limit lug is formed at the end part of the first insertion end and below the ring groove, and a strip-shaped chute is formed on the side edge of the first insertion end and above the ring groove; a limit pin sliding in the strip-shaped sliding groove is arranged in the lock shell; the locking groove is formed on the side edge of the second insertion end.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the locking member mainly comprises a locking rope, a fixing portion connected to one end of the locking rope and fixed to the lock case, and a free portion connected to the other end of the locking rope and inserted into the lock case, wherein the locking rope is overlapped at the head and the tail ends thereof to form a bending portion passing through the free portion, and two free ends respectively limited on the fixing portion and electrically connected to the PCB board; the fixing part mainly comprises a first protection shell and a limiting block arranged at the lower end of the first protection shell, wherein a first longitudinal through hole for two free ends of the locking rope to pass through is formed in the first protection shell, two clamping grooves for the two free ends of the locking rope to be clamped into are formed on the limiting block respectively, and two first through holes for the two free ends of the locking rope to pass through are formed on the limiting block respectively; the free part mainly comprises a lock head and a second protective shell sleeved on the upper end part of the lock head, wherein a second longitudinal through hole for the bent part of the locking rope to pass through is formed in the second protective shell; a second through hole for the bending part to pass through is formed in the upper part of the lock head, and the lock groove is formed in the periphery of the lower part of the lock head.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the lock core mechanism with special structural design is combined with a lock piece (a lock rod or a lock rope), so that the locking and unlocking functions of the padlock can be realized, the structural design of the lock core mechanism and the lock piece is reasonable and ingenious, and the internal structure acts sensitively, quickly and accurately when the padlock is locked and unlocked; after locking, the locking is firm and stable, is not easy to be damaged and has high safety.

(2) The internal structure installation is firm compact, and whole small realizes the miniaturized design of product.

(3) The lock piece can select the lock rod or the lock rope, the lock rod and the lock rope can be used in a replaceable mode, the lock rod is high in hardness and strength, the lock rope is high in strength, and the safety of the whole padlock can be improved regardless of the use of the lock rod or the lock rope. In addition, the lock rope is used as a lock piece, and the open circuit detection function is achieved, so that the safety of the padlock is further improved.
