The working principle of the invention is as follows:

when the well mouth is required to be completely sealed, the pressure relief opening 14 is sealed, firstly, the first hand wheel 10 and the second hand wheel 11 are rotated, the first core body 2 and the second core body 3 move inwards, the sealing effect is realized by extruding the rubber core 4, at the moment, if the sealing effect is ensured, the rotary connector 18 can be driven at the same time, the upper sliding cylinder 17 is driven to move downwards in the pressure relief pipe 13, the shortest contraction length is reached by extruding the pressure spring 16, enough pressure is ensured, the lower sliding cylinder 15 is ensured to be attached to the upper end opening end face of the body 1, and the secondary sealing effect is realized.

When pressure relief work is needed, the pressure relief opening 14 is opened and a pressure relief pipeline is connected, and the rotary connector 18 of the driving motor is used for controlling the pressure relief work through the extrusion force of the pressure spring 16.
