Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of couplings, and particularly relates to an assembled elastic coupling.

Background

The equipment has high precision requirement on the positioning and installation of the components, the coaxial rotation between the equipment is transmitted by the coupler, and the coupler is called as a rigid coupler; when the output axis and the input axis of the equipment are not coaxial, the rigid coupling obviously cannot be used, so that a flexible coupling different from the rigid coupling must be used, the two half shafts of the coupling are connected by using a special elastic element, and the flexible element can transmit torque, can bend along the axis of the flexible coupling and can stretch along the axis, so that the flexible coupling has strong adaptability; for ordinary equipment, too high a precision of manufacture and installation is neither practical nor economical, so that elastic couplings have emerged which are specifically intended to compensate for manufacturing and installation errors.

The early failure of the coupler is often caused by abnormal working of the coupler or associated parts, and various abnormal phenomena are generated due to the influence of factors such as failure, deformation, impact, friction and the like in practical application, which are the main reasons for finally causing the failure of the coupler.

The elastic coupling in the prior art has the following technical defects: after the coupler is damaged, the maintenance and the replacement are quite complex, the coupler is usually replaced integrally, and the production cost is improved.

How to design an assembled elastic coupling, how to make the coupling damage the back and do not need whole change, become the problem that the solution is badly needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide an assembled elastic coupling, which is used to solve the problems that the maintenance and replacement of the coupling are complicated after the coupling is damaged, the entire coupling is often replaced, and the production cost is increased.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an assembled elastic coupling which comprises a first shaft, wherein the first shaft drives a second shaft to rotate through an adjusting structure, and manufacturing and mounting errors can be made up between the first shaft and the second shaft through the adjusting structure;

the adjusting structure comprises a first structure, the first structure is in contact with a second structure through an elastic piece, the first structure is installed on a first shaft, and the second structure is installed on a second shaft.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a disc is disposed at one end of the first shaft close to the adjusting structure, and a plurality of minor arc-shaped bosses uniformly distributed around a circumference are disposed on an end surface of the disc far from the first shaft.

In an embodiment of the invention, an outer cylindrical surface of any inferior arc-shaped boss is coplanar with an outer cylindrical surface of the disc, and an inner arc surface of any inferior arc-shaped boss is provided with an inferior arc-shaped open slot.

In an embodiment of the invention, the first structure includes a plurality of first claws, and all the first claws are respectively arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the minor arc-shaped open grooves.

In one embodiment of the invention, a first stepped hole is arranged at the center of the end surface of any one of the first clamping jaws, a first screw hole is arranged at the position, corresponding to the first stepped hole, on the end surface of the disc, a first inner hexagonal socket head cap screw is arranged in the first stepped hole,

As described above, the assembled elastic coupling provided by the invention is reasonable in structure, after the coupling is damaged, only the damaged clamping jaws need to be replaced, the two clamping jaws are universal and do not need to be integrally replaced, the production cost is reduced, and the assembled elastic coupling has good economic and social benefits in popularization and application.

In conclusion, the assembled elastic coupling provided by the invention is reasonable in structure, only the damaged clamping jaws need to be replaced after the coupling is damaged, the two clamping jaws are universal, integral replacement is not needed, and the production cost is reduced. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
