Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of fishhook connecting pieces, in particular to a durable and reliable connecting fishhook.

Background

People often use ropes when fixing and locking articles in daily life, such as fishhooks, mobile phone chains, necklaces, bracelets, even cranes, cable car chains and the like, traditionally, one or thick or thin ropes are generally used for binding the articles, and then knots are manually tied to the ropes. However, the common rope is not firm in fixation, and is easy to slip or loosen after articles are bound, and the manual knotting is not easy to untie sometimes, so that the operation is very inconvenient. To solve the above problems, a wide variety of attachment hooks have been developed and manufactured by those skilled in the related art.

The existing connecting fishhook generally adopts a fishhook main body, a barb and a spring sheet are arranged on the fishhook main body, and a corresponding rope can be hooked into the barb by pressing down the spring sheet. However, this type of coupling hook has a problem that the hook lacks protection of the striking flake and is easily deformed by impact of an external force or collision of a foreign object when the coupling hook is used; not only is the use failure rate of the connecting fishhook high, but also the service life of the connecting fishhook is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to overcoming the drawbacks of the prior art, and a primary object of the present invention is to provide a durable and reliable connecting hook capable of reducing the failure rate and prolonging the service life.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

An arc-shaped fishhook body, one end of which is provided with an inverted hook and the other end is provided with a connecting hole;

the fishhook elastic sheet comprises a fulcrum, an elastic arm and a locking arm; the fishhook elastic sheet is arranged on the fishhook main body through a fulcrum, and the locking arm can movably abut against the barb; when the locking arm naturally rebounds, the locking arm and the inverted hook enclose a lock hole;

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 11, there is shown a concrete structure of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is a durable and reliable type of connection hook that can be applied to the field of fishing tackle, however, in practice, the quick-lock connection hook may be made larger or smaller as a whole to be applied to a crane, a chain, a bracelet, a cable car sling, a safety rope, etc. as a connection member.

The connecting fishhook comprises a fishhook body 10, a fishhook spring 20 and a fishhook fixing clip 30. In this embodiment, the hook body 10 is formed in an arc shape, and one end of the hook body 10 has a barb 11 and the other end has a connecting hole 12. The fishhook body 10 is provided with a first concave 13 between the barb 11 and the connecting hole 12, and a second concave 14 between the connecting hole 12 and the first concave 13. The first recess 13 and the second recess 14 are used for installing the fishhook spring 20 or providing a relief for the fishhook spring 20. The connecting hole 12 is provided with a round chamfer 121, so that the rope can be prevented from being broken due to friction between the rope and the connecting hole 12.

The fishhook spring 20 comprises a fulcrum 21 made of a long strip metal material through bending, an elastic arm 22 and a locking arm 23. Wherein, the fishhook spring 20 is mounted on the fishhook body 10 through the fulcrum 21, the locking arm 23 can movably support against the barb 11; when the locking arm 23 naturally rebounds, the locking arm 23 and the barb 11 enclose a lock hole 40. In this embodiment, the hook spring 20 is mounted on the hook body 10 through the fulcrum 21 and the first recess 13; after the fishhook spring 20 is installed on the fishhook body 10, the elastic arm 22 abuts against the side of the second concave 14.

To further illustrate, the locking arm 23 is provided with an access portion 231 extending to the locking hole 40, and the end of the barb 11 is provided with an introduction portion 111 extending outwards; the receiving portion 231 and the barb 11 form an outlet detent 232, and the guiding portion 111 and the locking arm 23 form an inlet detent 112. The outgoing line clamping position 232 and the incoming line clamping position 112 can ensure that when a rope is hooked in or removed, the locking arm 23 does not need to be manually pressed to open the lock hole 40; for example, when the rope is hooked into the lock hole 40 (see fig. 7, 8 and 9), the rope is clamped in the line-in card position 112, and the rope can be hooked into the lock hole 40 by pulling the retractable rope to move to one end of the lock hole 40; or when the rope is removed from the lock hole 40 (see fig. 10), the rope is clamped in the outlet line clamping position 232 and then pulled to stretch and move outwards, so that the rope can be removed from the lock hole 40; therefore, during the process of hooking or removing the rope, the locking arm 23 can be moved to open the lock hole 40 only by pulling the telescopic handle. A first arc surface 233 is arranged between the locking arm 23 and the access portion 231, a second arc surface 113 is arranged between the barb 11 and the introduction portion 111, and the locking arm 23 can movably abut against the second arc surface 113 through the first arc surface 233; the cooperation of this first arc surface 233 and second arc surface 113 can increase area of contact between the two on the one hand, and on the other hand can be convenient for be qualified for the next round of competitions.

Further, the elastic arm 22 is disposed in a circular ring structure; the structure of the elastic arm 22 is improved to make it simpler and lower in manufacturing cost than the conventional hook spring 20 with a double spring structure. Specifically, the conventional double-spring structure connecting hook and the connecting hook of the present invention were tested and compared (see fig. 11), and the durability insertion and extraction forces of the two connecting hooks were respectively tested by an automatic insertion and extraction force tester to determine whether the hook springs of the two connecting hooks could be normally rebounded without breaking. The test method is that the connecting fishhooks are installed on the automatic insertion and extraction force testing machine, and the PIN of the automatic insertion and extraction force testing machine is used for periodically inserting and extracting the fishhooks in and out of the lock holes 40 so as to test the rebound state of the fishhook spring 20. In the table, it can be seen that the fishhook spring of the connecting fishhook of the invention can still rebound normally after 10000 times of plugging, while the connecting fishhook of the traditional double-spring structure can not rebound normally after 10000 times of plugging. Therefore, the fishhook spring plate 20 is ingenious in structural design, and the durability, reliability and resilience of the fishhook spring plate can be ensured under a more simplified structure only by arranging the elastic arm 22 with the circular ring-shaped structure; the fishhook spring 20 has simple structure, is easy to produce and manufacture, and reduces the production cost; and the production and the assembly are easy, the assembly and the positioning among all parts are stable, and the product quality is improved.

The fishhook fixing clip 30 comprises an upper clamping piece 31, a lower clamping piece 32 and a connecting piece 33 connected with the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece, and a protective groove 34 is formed by enclosing the upper clamping piece, the lower clamping piece and the connecting piece; the upper and lower clamp bodies 31 and 32 clamp the upper and lower surfaces of the hook body 10 and press the fulcrum 21, and the hook striking plate 20 is located in the protection groove 34. In this embodiment, the upper jaw 31 and the lower jaw 32 are provided with a limit protrusion 35, and the hook fixing clip 30 is pressed against the upper and lower surfaces of the fulcrum 21 by the limit protrusion 35. After the upper clamp body 31 and the lower clamp body 32 clamp the upper and lower surfaces of the fishhook main body 10 and tightly press the fulcrum 21, the fishhook fixing clamp 30 is arranged at a distance from the inverted hook 11, the lock hole 40 is exposed, and a clamping position 232 and an incoming line clamping position 112 appear; providing maximum protection for the hook blade 20 without interfering with the hooking or unhooking of the line.

The design of the invention is characterized in that: by installing a fishhook fixing clip 30 which can clamp the upper and lower surfaces of the fishhook body 10 and press the fishhook spring 20 on the fishhook body 10 and the fishhook spring 20, the fishhook fixing clip 30 is provided with a protection groove 34 for providing protection for the fishhook spring 20 in the protection groove 34; the fishhook elastic sheet 20 can be prevented from being deformed due to external force impact or foreign object collision when the connecting fishhook is used, so that the use failure rate of the connecting fishhook is reduced, and the service life of the connecting fishhook is prolonged;

moreover, the fishhook spring 20 has simple structure, is easy to produce and manufacture, and reduces the production cost, and particularly, the fishhook spring 20 has ingenious structural design and ensures the durability and reliability under the condition of more simplified structure; in addition, the connecting fishhook has a relatively simpler overall structure, is easy to produce and assemble, and is stable in assembly and positioning among parts, so that the product quality is improved;

in addition, the locking part is provided with an access part and the barb is provided with a lead-in part, the access part and the barb form a lead-out position, and the lead-in part and the locking arm form a lead-in position; the corresponding rope is placed in the incoming line screens or is pulled after the outgoing line screens and just can exert pressure to the closure portion and open the lockhole, then colludes the rope into the lockhole or pick off, need not press down the closure arm with the hand, and it is more convenient to use.
