The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the soot blower for a flue gas waste heat boiler includes an air supply mechanism 1, a driving mechanism 2 connected with the air supply mechanism 1, a transmission mechanism 3 connected with the driving mechanism 2 in a matching manner, and an air supply pipeline mechanism 4 connected with the air supply mechanism 1 in a matching manner with the transmission mechanism 3.

The air supply mechanism 1 provides a wind power source for the whole soot blower, ensures sufficient wind power input, and provides reliable guarantee for soot blowing operation, and comprises a fan and a pipeline connected with the fan. The driving mechanism 2 is used as a driving part of the whole device and comprises a stepping motor and a controller in communication connection with the stepping motor, the stepping motor is used for driving the air supply pipeline mechanism 4 to rotate, the controller adopts a single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer is mainly used for continuously receiving instructions, analyzing the instructions and executing the instructions according to a pre-programmed program to achieve expected results of users; the rotating speed of the stepping motor is controlled through the controller, the rotating speed of the air supply pipeline mechanism 4 and the soot blowing time are further controlled, the cost is reduced, and the soot blowing effect and efficiency are improved.

The transmission mechanism 3 is matched with the driving mechanism 2, and transmits power generated by the driving mechanism 2 to the air supply pipeline mechanism 4, so that the motion reliability of the air supply pipeline mechanism 4 is ensured. The transmission mechanism 3 comprises a transmission case 30 with a hollow structure inside and a transmission gear which is positioned in the transmission case 30 and is connected with the driving mechanism 2 in a matching way, the driving mechanism 2 is arranged on the side wall of the transmission case 30, a bearing matched with the air supply pipeline mechanism 4 is arranged on the side wall of the transmission case 30 far away from the driving mechanism 2, and the end part of the air supply pipeline mechanism 4 penetrates through the transmission case 30 and is connected with the transmission gear.

The air supply pipeline mechanism 4 comprises an air supply pipeline 40 which is in fit connection with a transmission gear, a soot blowing pipeline 41 which is connected with the air supply pipeline 40, and a pipeline connector 42 which is connected between the air supply pipeline 40 and the soot blowing pipeline 41. The driving mechanism 2 drives the transmission gear to rotate, and then drives the air supply pipeline 40 and the soot blowing pipeline 41 to rotate, so that the soot blowing pipeline 41 rotates within a range of 360 degrees, purging of each position of the hearth is guaranteed, and the soot blowing effect is improved. The pipe joint 42 is used as a connecting part between the air supply pipeline 40 and the soot blowing pipeline 41 to ensure the reliable connection between the air supply pipeline 40 and the soot blowing pipeline 41, inner threads are arranged on the inner walls of two ends of the pipe joint 42, and outer threads matched with the inner threads are arranged on the outer wall of the end part of the air supply pipeline 40 and the outer wall of the end part of the main pipeline 410. In order to improve the stable and reliable operation performance in the soot blowing process, in the invention, a supporting protective sleeve 43 is sleeved on the outer wall of the air supply pipeline 40, and the end part of the supporting protective sleeve 43 is connected to the outer wall of the transmission case 30. The support and protection sleeve 43 is bolted to the outer wall of the transmission case 30. The outer wall of the supporting protective sleeve 43 is sleeved with a supporting disk 44.
