Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that,

1. the whole design of the invention is simple and practical, and two sets of devices for detecting the film coating thickness, namely the pneumatic suspension type measuring head and the tank body testing clamp, are designed, the flat plate film coating thickness and the tank body film coating thickness can be effectively measured, and the data of the flat plate film coating thickness and the tank body film coating thickness are transmitted into the host control box, so that the film coating equipment can produce a film coating quality product with better quality, higher production efficiency, lower reject ratio and less loss.

2. When the pneumatic suspension type measuring head is in a ventilation state, the rubber pad pressing block exhausts downwards to lift the measuring head to form a suspension balance state, so that the pneumatic suspension type measuring head can be moved easily and the bottom surface can be positioned conveniently. When the measuring state is measured, the conductive colloidal particles are pressed to a material piece point to be measured under the action of gravity of the balancing weight.
