after the electric regulating valve receives a normally closed signal of an emergency full-open control button signal and changes the normally closed signal into a normally open signal, a 4-20mA analog signal output to the electric regulating valve by a monitoring unit is disconnected, and the electric regulating valve directly performs full-open action;

if any one of the two control signals fails, namely the signal is less than 4mA or more than 20 mA; or the circuit is broken, namely when the control signal is lost to be 0mA, the electric regulating valve automatically executes the full opening action;

and thirdly, when the monitoring unit breaks the line of the electric control valve drive control loop, namely the electric control valve does not receive continuous control signals.

Background

Diesel engines have been widely used as primary power devices for decades; with the development of science and technology and the requirement of novel power equipment, the special requirements for exhaust back pressure of the diesel engine are increased. Therefore, the exhaust backpressure of the diesel engine needs to be tested on a test bench, so that the product meets the requirement of the market on normal operation of the exhaust backpressure of the diesel engine under the working conditions of required pressure or fluctuation of the exhaust backpressure of the diesel engine, and the requirement of the exhaust backpressure of the diesel engine meets the requirement of normal operation of the diesel engine under the working conditions of periodic wave type pressure fluctuation in a certain pressure range within a certain time.

At present, in a diesel engine test bed, an electric control device arranged outside the test bed is used for controlling the regulation of an electric regulating valve, and the regulation of exhaust pressure is manually/automatically controlled by a control device. Similarly, the exhaust pressure reduction control also controls the electric regulating valve through the output of the electric control device.

When the diesel engine exhaust pressure reduction control is in a fault state or an emergency, the manual setting and control process has certain time delay, and even the electric regulating valve does not execute the pressure reduction condition when the control device is operated.

The invention aims to provide a protection method for controlling full-open depressurization in a diesel engine exhaust back pressure test, which can effectively control the full-open depressurization of the diesel engine exhaust back pressure in a fault state or an emergency condition during the diesel engine exhaust back pressure test.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme for achieving the purpose:

monitoring the exhaust pipeline of the diesel engine, wherein the main sensor of the exhaust back pressure of the diesel engine or the spare sensor of the exhaust back pressure of the diesel engine are mutually standby and automatically switch the monitored pressure when the monitored pressure is wrong or lost;

and thirdly, when the monitoring unit breaks the line of the electric control valve drive control loop, namely the electric control valve does not receive continuous control signals.
