a frame;

the steamed bun output unit is connected to the rack and is positioned at the tail end of the steamed bun conveying system;

the cleaning unit is arranged on the rack and is positioned above the steamed bun output unit;

the humidifying and heating unit is used for humidifying and heating steamed buns on the steamed bun trays in the rack and is positioned at the bottom of the rack.

Preferably, the steamed bun tray support frame includes: a rectangular parallelepiped frame structure; the four supporting guide rods are connected to the rack, and four corners of the rectangular frame structure are slidably sleeved on the four supporting guide rods;

the steamed bun conveying system comprises:

the first limit sensor is positioned on one side of the transmission motor and vertically faces one surface of the connecting plate;

and the second limit sensor is positioned on one side of the electric telescopic rod I and vertically faces the other side of the connecting plate.

the steamed bun scraping rod is positioned above the integral steamed bun output chain plate; the steamed bun scraping rod is a U-shaped scraping rod, and two ends of the U-shaped scraping rod are respectively and rotatably connected to the sliding tables II of the two fixed sliding rail platforms II;

and the steamed bun placing bin is connected to the rack and is positioned at the tail end of the integral steamed bun output chain disc.

the two fixed sliding rail platforms II 13 are respectively arranged at two ends of the output unit supporting frame 7, and the two fixed sliding rail platforms II 13 are respectively positioned at two ends above the integral steamed bun output chain plate 84; and the two ends of the outer splayed baffle 852 positioned at the outer side of the integral steamed bun output chain disc 84 are respectively connected to the sliding tables II (131,135) of the two fixed sliding rail platforms II 13;

a bun scraping bar 14 positioned above the integral bun output chain pan 84; the steamed bun scraping rod 14 is a U-shaped scraping rod, and two ends of the U-shaped scraping rod are respectively and rotatably connected to sliding tables II (131,135) of the two fixed sliding rail platforms II 13;

and the steamed bun placing bin 1017 is connected to the rack 1000 and is positioned at the tail end of the integral steamed bun output chain disc 84.

the chain disc cleaning rolling brush 1024 is connected to the lower portion of the U-shaped hanging plate 1019 on one side of the chain disc cleaning rolling brush 1024, a rolling shaft of the chain disc cleaning rolling brush 1024 is connected with the U-shaped hanging plate through a bearing II, and one end of the rolling shaft of the chain disc cleaning rolling brush 1024 is connected with a micro motor 1025; the micro motor 1025 is arranged on the U-shaped hanging plate 1019;

the two ends of the spiral rolling brush 1020 and the U-shaped hanging plates 1019 on the two sides are rotatably connected in the following manner: a bearing III is arranged on the U-shaped hanging plate 1019, and two ends of a rolling shaft 1026 of the spiral rolling brush are connected with the U-shaped hanging plate 1019 through the bearing III; and a spiral rolling brush driving motor 1027 is connected to the U-shaped hanging plate 1019 on one side; a motor shaft of the spiral rolling brush driving motor 1027 is connected with a main belt pulley 1028, a roller 1026 of the spiral rolling brush 1020 on the same side is connected with an auxiliary belt pulley 1029, and the main belt pulley 1028 and the auxiliary belt pulley 1029 are connected with a belt 1030.

By adopting the technical scheme, when the interior of the steamed bun making machine needs to be cleaned, cleaning water is introduced into the water spray pipe, then the two electric telescopic rods II are controlled to lift, the U-shaped hanging plate is driven to lift, the spiral rolling brush is lowered into the steamed bun output unit, the spiral rolling brush driving motor is started at the same time, the main belt pulley drives the auxiliary belt pulley to rotate, the spiral rolling brush rotates, the chain rod of the steamed bun transmission system is cleaned, the steamed bun transmission system and the supporting frame lifting unit can be controlled in the cleaning process, and the rollers and the chain rod of each layer of steamed bun transmission system are cleaned; meanwhile, the integral steamed bun output chain disc is cleaned through rotation of the chain disc cleaning rolling brush, and the integral steamed bun output chain disc can be driven to rotate in the cleaning process, so that the integral steamed bun output chain disc is completely cleaned.

In the above technical solution, as shown in fig. 15 to 16, the humidification heating unit 1007 includes:

an ultrasonic humidification generator 1031, an outlet of which is connected to the inside of the frame 1000 through a bellows 1032 to humidify the steamed bread on the steamed bread tray;

a ceramic air heater 1033, an air inlet of which is provided with a filter 1034, and an air outlet 1039 of the ceramic air heater 1033 is connected to the inside of the rack 1000 to heat the steamed bread on the steamed bread tray;

by adopting the mode, when the steamed bun placing time in the steamed bun making machine is too long, the steamed bun can be humidified through the ultrasonic humidifying generator, and the steamed bun is heated through the ceramic hot air blower, so that the freshness of the steamed bun is ensured.

In the above technical solution, a decorative closing plate (not shown), an electric cabinet 1035, and other devices are connected to the outside of the rack 1000; a lifting door panel unit is arranged at the tail end of the steamed bun output unit 1005 on the rack 1000; as shown in fig. 16 and 19, the liftable door panel unit includes:

a liftable door panel 1036 positioned at one side of the steamed bun accommodating bin 1017;

the electric telescopic rod III 1037 is connected to the bottom of the rack 1000, and the electric telescopic rod III 1037 is connected with the liftable door panel 1036 through an L-shaped plate 1038; the vertical end of the L-shaped plate 1038 is connected with the bottom of the liftable door panel 1036, the horizontal end of the L-shaped plate 1038 is connected with the electric telescopic rod III 1037,

by adopting the technical scheme, the opening or closing of the liftable door plate is realized by controlling the electric telescopic rod III, and the steamed bread on the steamed bread placing bin can be taken after the liftable door plate is opened.

The number of apparatuses and the scale of the process described herein are intended to simplify the description of the present invention. Applications, modifications and variations of the steamed bun transfer system of the steamed bun vending machine of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
