As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the operation process of the wood chip boiler with waste heat recovery function provided by this embodiment is as follows:

step 1: firstly, sawdust raw materials are pressed into samples such as wood sticks, the sawdust needs to be dried firstly, the moisture content of the sawdust is reduced to the required range for use, the sawdust needing to be dried can be poured into a drying chamber 12 through a first material inlet 8 and a second material inlet 9 which are arranged on the outer side of a boiler box body 1, the sawdust can be pushed into the drying chamber through the first material inlet 8 and the second material inlet 9, and the sawdust can be pushed into the drying chamber 12 through a thread pushing mechanism 3 connected to the bottom of the first material inlet 8, so that the working efficiency of workers is improved;

step 2: then, a drying roller 10 mechanism is arranged in the drying chamber 12, and the drying roller and a brush 36 are brushed by friction in the rotating process, so that the problems of uneven drying and poor drying effect caused by the fact that sawdust is easy to accumulate together in the drying process are solved, and the sawdust can enter a sawdust boiler for combustion through a discharge connecting pipe 13 after drying;

and step 3: at last, the sawdust can be conveyed to enter the workbench 18 of the briquetting mechanism to be briquetted through the conveying mechanism, and the sawdust briquetting mechanism 4 is arranged, so that the sawdust can be formed at one time, the sawdust can be directly sent out after being formed, convenience and fastness are realized, working procedures of work are reduced, working time is saved, consumption and waste of electric energy are reduced, energy conservation and environmental protection are realized, the structure of the sawdust briquetting mechanism is more flexible, and the practicability is high.
