a water tank;

a control module;

4. The dual-screen humidifying purifier as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising an air grid, wherein the air grid is covered on the air duct;

the first display screen is fixedly arranged on the air grid, and the second display screen is detachably arranged on the outer side wall of the box body.

Detailed Description

For a better understanding of the technical aspects of the present disclosure, reference is made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a dual-screen humidification purifier 100, wherein the dual-screen humidification purifier 100 includes a water tank 110, a humidification purification component 120, a water spray distribution device 130, a tank 140, a fan 150, a first display screen 160, a second display screen 170, and a control module (not shown).

As shown in fig. 1, the tank 140 is disposed on the water tank 110, and an air duct 141 is disposed in the tank 140, and the air duct 141 is communicated with the humidifying part 122. As an example, as shown in fig. 1, a cross-sectional dimension of the air duct 141 near the water tank 110 is smaller than a cross-sectional dimension of the air duct far from the water tank 110. Preferably, the size of the cross section of the air duct 141 increases from the side close to the water tank 110 to the side far from the water tank 110, so that the air duct 141 is beneficial to the diffusion of the humidified and purified air into the air, and as a preferred example, as shown in fig. 1, the cross section of the air duct 141 is bowl-shaped.

As shown in fig. 1, the first display screen 160 is fixedly disposed on the box body 140, the first display screen 160 is electrically connected to the control module and is configured to display current temperature and humidity parameter information of the humidification purifier, the first display screen 160 may adopt an LCD display screen or an OLED display screen, and the control module may adopt a hardware structure having data processing and control execution functions, such as an MCU or a CPU.

The second display screen 170 is detachably disposed on the box body 140 and electrically connected to the control module, and the second display screen 170 includes a display screen main body and a temperature and humidity sensor (not shown) disposed in the display screen main body. Under the action of the fan 150, indoor air firstly enters the filter element 121 through the mesh on the replacement door 190 for filtration, the water in the water tank 110 is distributed into the humidifying element 122 by the water spray and distribution device 130, the filtered air enters the humidifying element 122, the air takes away moisture through the humidifying element 122, the filtered air is humidified, the humidified air is sent into the room through the air duct 141 under the action of the fan 150, and the humidification and purification effects on the indoor air are realized.

In the humidification purification process, the first display screen 160 disposed on the box 140 can display the actual temperature and humidity parameters of the location of the humidification purifier 100 in real time. The double-screen humidifier comprises a second display screen detachably arranged on a box body, wherein the second display screen is provided with a temperature and humidity sensor, so that temperature and humidity parameters of the position of the second display screen can be independently detected, a control module on the humidification purifier controls the humidification purifier according to the temperature and humidity parameters fed back by the second display screen, and therefore the temperature and humidity parameters of different positions can meet the user setting requirements.

For example, as shown in fig. 1, the second display screen 170 further includes a wireless communication module disposed in the display screen main body, and the wireless communication module is electrically connected to the temperature and humidity sensor and the control module, respectively. The wireless communication module can adopt one or more of WiFi, Bluetooth and ZigBee.

For example, as shown in fig. 1, the second display screen 170 further includes a control key disposed on the display screen main body, the control key is electrically connected to the control module through the wireless communication module, the control key may adopt a touch key or a mechanical key structure, and the embodiment is not limited specifically. The user can control the humidification purifier by controlling the control key.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the double-screen humidification purifier 100 further includes an air grid 180, and the air grid 180 is covered on the air duct 141. The first display screen 160 is fixedly arranged on the air grid 180, and the second display screen 170 is detachably arranged on the outer side wall of the box body 140.

For example, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the air duct 141 is disposed at the top end of the box 140, that is, the humidification purifier 100 of this embodiment is in a side-inlet and top-outlet mode, in this mode, the air duct 141 may be reused as a water injection channel, and the water injection channel is communicated with the water tank 110 through the inside of the humidification element 122. In this embodiment, when the user needs to add water, the user only needs to directly add water through the air duct 141 provided in the top case 140, thereby simplifying the water injection and water replenishment modes of the humidification purifier 100.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the water spray and distribution device 130 includes a water supply pipe 131, a water pump 132, and a water separator 133. The water pump 132 is provided in the water tank 110, a first end of the water supply pipe 131 is inserted into the water tank 110 and communicates with the water pump 132, and a second end of the water supply pipe 131 communicates with the water separator 133. The water separator 133 includes a water separator body 133a and an annular water spray nozzle 133b disposed along a circumference of the water separator body 133a, the annular water spray nozzle 133b is communicated with the water supply pipe 131, and the annular water spray nozzle 133b corresponds to one end of the humidifying part 122.

The humidifying purifier of the embodiment is characterized in that a water separator of the water spraying and distributing device comprises a water separator body and annular water spraying nozzles arranged along the circumferential direction of the water separator body, and the annular water spraying nozzles are communicated with a water supply pipe. By adopting the spraying structure, the humidifying purifier can distribute water uniformly and has high water distribution efficiency.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the annular water nozzle 133b is inserted into the humidifying element 122. In a preferred embodiment, the center line of the ring-shaped water nozzle 133b is perpendicular to the center line of the water supply pipe 131. In other words, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the water spray and distribution device 130 is vertically arranged, that is, when the humidification water purifier 100 is vertically arranged, the center of the annular water spray nozzle 133b is horizontally arranged, so that the water sprayed from the annular water spray nozzle 133b can be effectively delivered into the humidification member, and the water distribution efficiency can be improved.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the annular water nozzle 133b is inserted into an end of the humidifying element 122 facing the tank 140. That is, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the ring-shaped water spray nozzle 133b is inserted at the top of the humidifying member 122. Thus, the humidification path can be greatly improved.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the water knockout vessel 133 further includes a water knockout cavity 133c disposed within the water knockout vessel body 133a, and a plurality of water knockout tubes 133d disposed circumferentially along the water knockout vessel body 133 a. The water distribution chamber 133c is respectively communicated with the plurality of water distribution pipes 133d and the water supply pipe 131, and the plurality of water distribution pipes 133d are respectively communicated with the annular water spray nozzle 133 b. As an example, the plurality of diversion pipes 133d may be disposed at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the diverter body 133a, and besides, the plurality of diversion pipes 133d may also be disposed at unequal intervals along the circumferential direction of the diverter body 133a, such as at sequentially increasing intervals or at random intervals, which is not limited in this embodiment.

The humidification purifier of this embodiment is provided with branch water cavity and a plurality of distributive pipe in the water knockout drum, and this a plurality of distributive pipes set up along the circumference of water knockout drum main part, can be so that the water distribution of annular water spout is more even, and efficiency is higher.

Illustratively, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the knock out pipe 133d includes a first sub-knock out pipe 133d1 and a second sub-knock out pipe 133d 2. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the water spray and distribution device 130 further includes a heating rod 134, and the heating rod 134 is sleeved outside the water supply pipe 131. The heating rod 134 may be a spiral heating rod.

The humidification purifier of the embodiment is provided with the heating rod outside the water supply pipe, and can heat the water flowing through the water supply pipe 131, thereby improving the humidification efficiency.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the humidifying element 122 is a humidifying mesh, and the humidifying mesh is a non-adhesive folded humidifying mesh, which facilitates rapid moisture absorption and increases the humidifying amount.

As shown in fig. 1, in an alternative embodiment, a water level detecting device may be further provided at the water pump 132 to timely perform a water replenishing operation into the water tank 110 according to feedback of the water level detecting device.

In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the fan 150 may be a centrifugal fan, which can greatly increase the air volume and the suction force.

As shown in fig. 1, in an alternative embodiment, the humidification purifier 100 further comprises a replacement door 190, the replacement door 190 is detachably disposed outside the humidification purification assembly 120, when the filter element 121 or the humidification element 122 needs to be replaced, the replacement door 190 can be removed, a new filter element 121 or a new humidification element 122 can be installed, and then the replacement door 190 can be installed outside the replaced humidification purification assembly 120 again.
