1. A humidification purifier, comprising:

a water tank;

the box body is arranged on the water tank, an air channel and a fan arranged in the air channel are arranged in the box body, and the size of the cross section of the air channel close to the water tank is smaller than that of the cross section of the air channel far away from the water tank;

the humidifying and purifying assembly is arranged on the inner side wall of the box body and comprises a filtering piece and a humidifying piece which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, and the humidifying piece is communicated with the air channel;

and the first end of the water spraying and distributing device is inserted into the water tank, and the second end of the water spraying and distributing device penetrates through the humidifying piece.

2. The humidification purifier of claim 1, wherein the air duct is disposed at a top end of the case, and the air duct is reused as a water injection channel, and the water injection channel is communicated with the water tank via an inside of the humidification member.

3. The humidification purifier as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water spray and distribution device comprises a water supply pipe, a water pump and a water separator;

the water pump is arranged in the water tank, the first end of the water supply pipe is inserted into the water tank and communicated with the water pump, and the second end of the water supply pipe is communicated with the water separator:

the water knockout drum includes the water knockout drum main part and follows the annular water spout that water knockout drum main part circumference set up, the annular water spout with the delivery pipe intercommunication, and, the annular water spout with the humidification piece is corresponding.

4. The humidification purifier of claim 3, wherein the annular water spray nozzle is inserted in the humidification member.

5. The humidification purifier of claim 4, wherein the annular water spray nozzle is inserted in an end of the humidification member facing the tank.

6. The humidification purifier of claim 3, wherein the diverter further comprises a diverter chamber disposed within the diverter body and a plurality of diverter tubes disposed circumferentially along the diverter body;

the water distribution cavity is respectively communicated with the water distribution pipes and the water supply pipe, and the water distribution pipes are communicated with the annular water spray nozzle.

7. The humidification purifier of claim 6, wherein the knock out tube comprises a first sub-knock out tube and a second sub-knock out tube;

the first sub-water distribution pipe is respectively communicated with the water distribution cavity and the second sub-water distribution pipe, and the second sub-water distribution pipe is inserted in the annular water spray nozzle.

8. The humidification purifier of claim 7, wherein the first sub-manifold communicates with a central region of the second sub-manifold along an axial direction thereof.

9. The humidification purifier as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 8, wherein a center line of the ring-shaped water spray nozzle is perpendicular to a center line of the water supply pipe; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the water spraying and distributing device further comprises a heating rod, and the heating rod is sleeved on the outer side of the water supply pipe.

10. The humidification purifier of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the humidification member is a humidification mesh, and the humidification mesh is a non-adhesive folded humidification mesh.

Technical Field

The disclosure belongs to the technical field of humidifiers, and particularly relates to a humidifying purifier.

Background

Traditionally, humidifiers have only a humidifying function, and are relatively single.

In addition, the water distributors in the traditional humidifier are of a drip irrigation type, the water distributors with the structure have poor water distribution uniformity and low water distribution efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

The present disclosure is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art and to providing a humidification purifier.

The present disclosure provides a humidification purifier, the humidification purifier includes:

a water tank;

the box body is arranged on the water tank, an air channel and a fan arranged in the air channel are arranged in the box body, and the size of the cross section of the air channel close to the water tank is smaller than that of the cross section of the air channel far away from the water tank;

the humidifying and purifying assembly is arranged on the inner side wall of the box body and comprises a filtering piece and a humidifying piece which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, and the humidifying piece is communicated with the air channel;

and the first end of the water spraying and distributing device is inserted into the water tank, and the second end of the water spraying and distributing device penetrates through the humidifying piece.

In some embodiments, the air duct is disposed at the top end of the box body, and the air duct is reused as a water injection channel which is communicated with the water tank via the interior of the humidifying part.

In some embodiments, the water spray and distribution apparatus comprises a water supply pipe, a water pump, and a water separator;

the water pump is arranged in the water tank, the first end of the water supply pipe is inserted into the water tank and communicated with the water pump, and the second end of the water supply pipe is communicated with the water separator:

the water knockout drum includes the water knockout drum main part and follows the annular water spout that water knockout drum main part circumference set up, the annular water spout with the delivery pipe intercommunication, and, the annular water spout with the humidification piece is corresponding.

In some embodiments, the annular water spout is inserted in the humidifying element.

In some embodiments, the annular water spout is inserted in an end of the humidifying element facing the tank.

In some embodiments, the diverter further comprises a diverter cavity disposed within the diverter body and a plurality of diverter tubes disposed circumferentially along the diverter body;

the water distribution cavity is respectively communicated with the water distribution pipes and the water supply pipe, and the water distribution pipes are communicated with the annular water spray nozzle.

In some embodiments, the knock out pipe comprises a first sub-knock out pipe and a second sub-knock out pipe;

the first sub-water distribution pipe is respectively communicated with the water distribution cavity and the second sub-water distribution pipe, and the second sub-water distribution pipe is inserted in the annular water spray nozzle.

In some embodiments, the first sub-manifold communicates with a central region of the second sub-manifold along an axial direction thereof.

In some embodiments, a centerline of the annular water nozzle is perpendicular to a centerline of the water supply pipe; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the water spraying and distributing device further comprises a heating rod, and the heating rod is sleeved on the outer side of the water supply pipe.

In some embodiments, the humidifying element is a humidifying mesh, and the humidifying mesh is a non-adhesive folded humidifying mesh.

Detailed Description

For a better understanding of the technical aspects of the present disclosure, reference is made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a humidification purifier 100, where the humidification purifier 100 includes a water tank 110, a humidification purification assembly 120, a water spray distribution device 130, a tank 140, and a fan 150. The box body 140 is disposed on the water tank 110, an air duct 141 is disposed in the box body 140, and the air duct 141 is communicated with the humidifying part 122. As an example, as shown in fig. 1, a cross-sectional dimension of the air duct 141 near the water tank 110 is smaller than a cross-sectional dimension of the air duct far from the water tank 110. Preferably, the size of the cross section of the air duct 141 increases from the side close to the water tank 110 to the side far from the water tank 110, so that the air duct 141 is beneficial to the diffusion of the humidified and purified air into the air, and as a preferred example, as shown in fig. 1, the cross section of the air duct 141 is bowl-shaped.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fan 150 is disposed in the air duct 141. The humidification purification assembly 120 is disposed on the inner side wall of the box 140, and the humidification purification assembly 120 includes a filter element 121 and a humidification element 122 which are sequentially disposed from outside to inside. A first end of the water spray distribution device 130 is inserted into the water tank 110, and a second end of the water spray distribution device 130 penetrates through the humidifying element 122.

The operation principle of the humidification purifier 100 of the present embodiment is as follows:

the humidification purifier 100 of the present embodiment is installed indoors as an example.

Under the action of the fan 150, indoor air firstly enters the filter element 121 to be filtered, the water in the water tank 110 is distributed into the humidifying element 122 by the water spray and distribution device 130, the filtered air enters the humidifying element 122, the air takes away moisture through the humidifying element 122 to realize humidification of the filtered air, and the humidified air is sent into the room through the air duct 141 under the action of the fan 150 to realize humidification and purification of indoor air.

The humidification clarifier of this embodiment has set gradually from the extroversion to the inside and has filtered piece and humidification piece, like this, can filter gas earlier and realize gaseous purification, afterwards, carries out the humidification to the gas after purifying again to with the gas after the humidification via the wind channel discharge, can realize filtering gas in proper order and the humidification purifies two kinds of functions in order to realize the humidification.

For example, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the air duct 141 is disposed at the top end of the box 140, that is, the humidification purifier 100 of this embodiment is in a side-inlet and top-outlet mode, in this mode, the air duct 141 may be reused as a water injection channel, and the water injection channel is communicated with the water tank 110 through the inside of the humidification element 122. In this embodiment, when the user needs to add water, the user only needs to directly add water through the air duct 141 provided in the top case 140, thereby simplifying the water injection and water replenishment modes of the humidification purifier 100.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the water spray and distribution device 130 includes a water supply pipe 131, a water pump 132, and a water separator 133. The water pump 132 is provided in the water tank 110, a first end of the water supply pipe 131 is inserted into the water tank 110 and communicates with the water pump 132, and a second end of the water supply pipe 131 communicates with the water separator 133. The water separator 133 includes a water separator body 133a and an annular water spray nozzle 133b disposed along a circumference of the water separator body 133a, the annular water spray nozzle 133b is communicated with the water supply pipe 131, and the annular water spray nozzle 133b corresponds to one end of the humidifying part 122.

The humidifying purifier of the embodiment is characterized in that a water separator of the water spraying and distributing device comprises a water separator body and annular water spraying nozzles arranged along the circumferential direction of the water separator body, and the annular water spraying nozzles are communicated with a water supply pipe. By adopting the spraying structure, the humidifying purifier can distribute water uniformly and has high water distribution efficiency.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the annular water nozzle 133b is inserted into the humidifying element 122. In a preferred embodiment, the center line of the ring-shaped water nozzle 133b is perpendicular to the center line of the water supply pipe 131. In other words, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the water spray and distribution device 130 is vertically arranged, that is, when the humidification water purifier 100 is vertically arranged, the center of the annular water spray nozzle 133b is horizontally arranged, so that the water sprayed from the annular water spray nozzle 133b can be effectively delivered into the humidification member, and the water distribution efficiency can be improved.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the annular water nozzle 133b is inserted into an end of the humidifying element 122 facing the tank 140. That is, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the ring-shaped water spray nozzle 133b is inserted at the top of the humidifying member 122. Thus, the humidification path can be greatly improved.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the water knockout vessel 133 further includes a water knockout cavity 133c disposed within the water knockout vessel body 133a, and a plurality of water knockout tubes 133d disposed circumferentially along the water knockout vessel body 133 a. The water distribution chamber 133c is respectively communicated with the plurality of water distribution pipes 133d and the water supply pipe 131, and the plurality of water distribution pipes 133d are respectively communicated with the annular water spray nozzle 133 b. As an example, the plurality of diversion pipes 133d may be disposed at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the diverter body 133a, and besides, the plurality of diversion pipes 133d may also be disposed at unequal intervals along the circumferential direction of the diverter body 133a, such as at sequentially increasing intervals or at random intervals, which is not limited in this embodiment.

The humidification purifier of this embodiment is provided with branch water cavity and a plurality of distributive pipe in the water knockout drum, and this a plurality of distributive pipes set up along the circumference of water knockout drum main part, can be so that the water distribution of annular water spout is more even, and efficiency is higher.

Illustratively, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the knock out pipe 133d includes a first sub-knock out pipe 133d1 and a second sub-knock out pipe 133d 2. The first sub water distribution pipe 133d1 is respectively communicated with the water distribution cavity 133c and the second sub water distribution pipe 133d2, and the second sub water distribution pipe 133d2 is inserted into the annular water nozzle 133 b. Preferably, the first sub-manifold 133d1 communicates with a central region of the second sub-manifold 133d2 in the axial direction thereof, that is, the manifold 133d is substantially T-shaped in cross section as shown in fig. 2 and 3.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the water spray and distribution device 130 further includes a heating rod 134, and the heating rod 134 is sleeved outside the water supply pipe 131. The heating rod 134 may be a spiral heating rod.

The humidification purifier of the embodiment is provided with the heating rod outside the water supply pipe, and can heat the water flowing through the water supply pipe 131, thereby improving the humidification efficiency.

Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the humidifying element 122 is a humidifying mesh, and the humidifying mesh is a non-adhesive folded humidifying mesh, which facilitates rapid moisture absorption and increases the humidifying amount.

As shown in fig. 1, in an alternative embodiment, a water level detecting device may be further provided at the water pump 132 to timely perform a water replenishing operation into the water tank 110 according to feedback of the water level detecting device.

In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the fan 150 may be a centrifugal fan, which can greatly increase the air volume and the suction force.

As shown in fig. 1, in an alternative embodiment, the humidification purifier 100 further includes an air inlet grid and a control panel 160, and the air inlet grid and the control panel 160 are covered on the box 140. On one hand, the humidified and purified gas can be discharged through the air duct 141 and the air grid of the air grid and control panel 160, and on the other hand, the functions of the humidification purifier 100 can be controlled through the air grid and the control panel of the control panel 160.

In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the humidification purifier 100 further comprises a replacement door 170, which is detachably disposed outside the humidification purification assembly 120, and when the filter element 121 or the humidification element 122 needs to be replaced, the replacement door 170 can be removed, a new filter element 121 or a new humidification element 122 can be installed, and then the replacement door 170 can be installed outside the replaced humidification purification assembly 120 again.

It is to be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments that are employed to illustrate the principles of the present disclosure, and that the present disclosure is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure, and these are to be considered as the scope of the disclosure.
