Background

It is known that virus droplets and virus aerosols in the environment can survive on plastic and metal surfaces for several days. Elevator buttons such as hospital, airport, station, subway, supermarket are the high-frequency public apparatus that people's trip will touch, need a large amount of special nursing personnel to clear up every day, and not only the cost of labor is high, and personnel flow peak hour festival can't accomplish in time the clearance in addition, brings very big infection risk for people's trip. The transparent soap is prepared from a soap base and functional components, and the known classic transparent soap base comprises the following main components (g/ml,%): 10, the rare coconut oil keeps the proper hardness of the soap body and has strong cleaning power; the rare palm oil 25 can keep the hardness of the soap body and is mild to the skin; 15 parts of rare olive oil, the skin is relieved, the moisture retention is good, and the foam is lasting; 7.35 parts of alkali liquor (with the concentration of 30%), 19.5 parts of alcohol, 10.5 parts of glycerol and 75 parts of rock sugar; after being cooled by hot melting saponification reaction, the soap becomes transparent water crystal-shaped soap blocks, so the brightness is an important index of the transparent soap, and the transparency L is more than 5.3 specified in the soap industry; theoretical analysis shows that the composition structure of the transparent soap comprises four crystal phases of alpha, beta, delta and omega, and is in a stable equilibrium state, wherein the beta crystal phase is stable, has high occupation ratio and is very beneficial to transparency, and the other three crystal phases are easy to be influenced by external temperature and humidity and various chemical substance factors and are unstable, so that the transparency is influenced. Along with the improvement of living standard of people, consumers do not satisfy that transparent soap is only used for cleaning and pursues cleaning and care, and particularly, various luxury transparent soaps with the functions of whitening, moistening skin, removing freckles, preventing sun and the like are produced by adding pearl powder, pine pollen, honey and milk, but the additives destroy the stability of the crystal phase of the transparent soap, so that the development of products with the function of preventing the transparent soap from losing transparency is a market hotspot of the current soap product development.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention carefully selects the additives as follows: PCMX (p-methyl dichlorophenol) is widely used for disinfection and sterilization of various cosmetics, cleaning solutions and the like, and has a strong inactivation effect on H3N2 influenza virus; borneol camphor and natural plant borneol, and can dispel mosquitoes and make people stand out; the clove plant essential oil improves the ambient air, and is suitable for men, women, old and young.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the transparent soap key isolation rubber mat is obtained by adding borneol camphor plant essential oil, clove plant essential oil, glycerin and PCMX into a transparent soap base, pouring the mixture into a PET plastic shell through hot melting, and pasting transparent double-sided adhesive tape on the outer side of the bottom of the PET plastic shell.

In the above technical solution, further, the ratio of the amount of the transparent soap base to the other components is as follows: 65g of transparent soap base, 5ml of clove essential oil, 12ml of borneol camphor essential oil, 18ml of glycerin, wherein the addition amount of the PCMX is thousands of units of the transparent soap base, and preferably 0.1-0.2%.

Furthermore, the PET plastic shell is provided with an upper cover and a lower bottom, the upper cover is sleeved on the lower bottom, a hole is formed in the upper cover and used for contacting transparent soap so as to indirectly touch the key, and a transparent double-sided adhesive sticker is arranged on the outer side of the lower bottom and used for adhering to the surface of the key.

The invention has the advantages that:

1) experiments prove that the transparency of the transparent soap base is hardly affected by the selected functional substances, the selected raw materials are appropriate, and a new way is provided for deeply developing a functional transparent soap production process.

2) The transparent soap added with PCMX is successfully used for sterilization and disinfection for the first time, and the logarithmic response index of the transparent soap to H3N2 influenza virus detected by a professional organization is greater than 4, and the sterilization effect reaches 99.99 percent and is consistent with the research result published in the 48 th year of 2020 in the United states of America journal of infection control. The transparent soap key isolation rubber pad does not affect the transparency within the validity period of 6 months, is not limited in use frequency, simple in structure, convenient to use and replace, sanitary and environment-friendly in product and harmless to people; the product also has the functions of repelling mosquitoes and improving the air environment, and opens up a new way for domestic transparent soap base in the field of epidemic prevention.

3) The specially-made transparent soap flakes with the disinfection function can effectively prevent virus cross infection hidden danger caused by high-frequency contact of public elevator keys (such as elevator keys of airports, stations, subways, supermarkets, stadiums, hospitals and the like).

Detailed Description

The transparent soap key isolation rubber mat is prepared by adding borneol camphor plant essential oil, clove plant essential oil, glycerin and PCMX into a transparent soap base, pouring the mixture into a PET plastic shell through hot melting, and sticking a transparent double-sided adhesive tape to the bottom of the PET plastic shell. The addition amount of the PCMX is 0.1-0.2% of that of the transparent soap base.

The invention is realized by the following steps:

1. optimized process formula obtained by orthogonal experiment screening

1.1 Experimental materials

Domestic transparent soap base (Qingdao Mishang daily necessities Co., Ltd.); borneol camphor essential oil (Jiangxi Ji' an chemical Co., Ltd.); PCMX (jiangsu shinxin new materials gmbh); clove plant essential oil (guangdong Yiwan cosmetics Co., Ltd.); glycerin (Zhejiang Huadong pharmaceutical reagents, ltd.);

1.2 methods

Functional materials are added in the soap base functionalization, different functional materials have different molecular structures, interaction and the like can be generated among the materials, so that the soap base crystalline phase can be changed to influence the transparency, but the quantity of the soap base crystalline phase is changed to generate the quality change, and therefore, the appropriate dosage of each material is obtained by adopting an orthogonal test method, so that the functional requirements can be met, and the transparency is not influenced. Test factors consider the influence of nine groups of experiments with four factors, three levels and different addition amounts of different functional substances on three aspects of soap base transparency, soap product hardness and product cleaning capacity, and design L9(34) The orthogonal experimental scheme is shown in table 1, and the factor A is that the main material transparent soap base has different dosages: 3, 6, 9 (g); the factor B is that the additive clove essential oil is added in different dosage: 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 (ml); the factor C is that the additive borneol camphor essential oil has different dosage: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 (ml); the factor D is that the additive glycerol is used in different amounts: 1, 2, 3 (ml).

Nine sets of experiments were obtained from the protocol in table 1 as shown in table 2, taking the first set of experiments as an example, the transparent soap base 3 g was weighed into a small glass container, melted in a 65 degree water bath and then slowly added: 0.2ml of clove essential oil; 0.5ml of borneol camphor essential oil; 1ml of glycerol; by analogy to the ninth group in that order,

Fully mixing, dissolving, cooling to obtain a finished product, and respectively carrying out product detection to mainly examine the transparency of the product from crystal brightness to opacity; secondly, checking the hardness, and pressing the product surface by a 50g weight from no indentation to deeper indentation; finally checking the cleaning degree from strong stain removing capability to weak stain removing capability; the examination results are judged to be high scores by adopting a 5-score system; each set of samples was weighed cumulatively, taking into account the product yield.

1.3 analysis and discussion of results

The results of the experiments on the formulation of the transparent soap-added functional material are shown in Table 3.

Table 3 shows that the optimized experimental combination is AK3\ BK3\ CK3\ DK3, and the formula percentages (%) are clove essential oil, borneol essential oil and glycerol 64:4:11: 21. Through the extremely poor R analysis, RA is 28.29, which shows that the dosage of the selected added functional substance in the test formula has little influence on the transparency of the soap base, and a certain adjustment space is reserved for producing different products, so that the material selection is reasonable; glycerol is beneficial to generating rich and fine foam, but is not more than 20%, and experiments show that although glycerol can be increased (transparency is not influenced), slight liquid exudation on the surface of the soap body after long-term storage affects the product quality. Therefore, the experimental formula can be properly adjusted according to actual conditions in production. The formula of the production process after repeated test and adjustment is as follows: transparent soap base is clove essential oil, borneol camphor essential oil and glycerin of 65:5:12: 18; the product has good transparency, moderate hardness, strong cleaning effect, rich foam and good hand feeling. 0.1-0.2% of PCMX is added in the formula, the influence on the transparency is ignored when the dosage is small, and the virus inactivation effect is 99.90% when the detection is carried out.

2. Preparation of transparent soap key isolation rubber pad

The PET plastic shell of the transparent soap isolation rubber mat is a PET plastic uptake round plastic shell, the PET plastic shell is divided into an upper cover 1 and a lower bottom 3, a functional transparent soap 2 is arranged in the middle, a transparent double-sided adhesive sticker 4 is arranged on the outer side of the bottom and used for adhering the transparent soap isolation rubber mat on an elevator key 5, and the integral structure is shown in figures 1-1 to 1-3. The diameter phi 1 of the middle hole of the upper cover 1 is 24mm, the diameter phi 2 of the outer edge of the upper cover is 32.6mm, and the thickness of the upper cover is 3mm (figure 2-1); the lower bottom 3 of the PET plastic shell is of a concave-convex structure, the depth of a concave part is 3mm, the inner diameter phi 3 of the concave part is 28mm, and the outer diameter phi 4 of the concave part is 32mm (figure 2-2).

The transparent soap key isolation rubber pad is prepared by firstly buckling an upper cover 1 of a PET plastic shell on a lower bottom 3, and pouring molten functional transparent soap 2 liquid into a middle concave part through an opening of the upper cover 1 until the liquid is full. After cooling, the transparent double-sided self-adhesive sticker is adhered to the outer side of the lower bottom 3 and then is adhered to the elevator key 5 to form a whole (see figure 1-1).

Example (b): transparent soap key epidemic prevention isolation rubber pad preparation method

1. Materials and equipment: domestic transparent soap base (Qingdao Mishang daily necessities Co., Ltd.); borneol camphor essential oil (Jiangxi Ji' an chemical Co., Ltd.); clove plant essential oil (guangdong Yiwan cosmetics Co., Ltd.); glycerin (Zhejiang Huadong pharmaceutical Agents Co., Ltd.); PCMX (jiangsu shinxin new materials gmbh); a small-sized movable pressure filling machine (Hangzhou micro-crown science and technology Co., Ltd.); a PET shrink round plastic shell (Hangzhou Zhijiang plastics packaging Co., Ltd.); transparent double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive (Guangdong industries Bi xing packaging materials Co., Ltd.).

2. The method comprises the following steps:

2.1 charging: taking 6.5kg of transparent soap base in a stainless steel pot, and slowly melting at 65 ℃ by using an edible oil bath; adding 500ml of clove essential oil; 1200ml of borneol camphor essential oil; adding 1800ml of glycerol; continuously stirring, and adding 20g of PCMX; uniformly mixing again, pouring into a raw material tank of the pressure filling machine, screwing the cover mouth tightly, then slightly placing the raw material tank into the pressure tank, and firstly connecting the plug insertion points of the temperature control heating coil; and then connecting a raw material output hose, wherein one end of the raw material output hose is connected with the inner side of the pressure tank, the other end of the raw material output hose is connected with the outer side of the raw material tank, then placing a cover plate of the pressure tank, and screwing the bolt.

2.2, starting up and debugging: turning on a power supply, and turning on a power switch of a heating coil of the stock tank to adjust a temperature controller of the heating coil of the stock tank to keep a control temperature t equal to 62 ℃; the air compressor is started, and the pressure tank is kept at f equal to 0.8kg/cm2

2.3 perfusion and split charging: checking whether the PET plastic shell has the same specification and complete shape, whether the transparent double-sided adhesive sticker 4 protective paper on the outer side of the bottom leaks, putting the PET plastic shell below a filling nozzle of an operation platform after all normal conditions, just facing a central round hole of an upper cover 1, opening a pedal electromagnetic switch of an air switch, observing a pressure gauge to confirm that the pressure f is 0.8kg/cm2The valve is opened, the pedal electromagnetic switch is touched, the raw materials in the tank are injected into the PET plastic shell of the table board from the spray head, the filling amount control valve is adjusted, the filling amount of each PET plastic shell is 3.0g, the split charging operation is started after the stability, and 3300 sheets can be produced by filling the tank per hour.

2.4 application: the PET plastic shell with double-sided adhesive is filled with transparent soap liquid containing PCMX bactericide, and the transparent soap liquid is cooled to form an epidemic prevention isolation rubber cushion, the addition amount of the PCMX is only one thousandth of the number of digits of the transparent soap base, the influence on the transparency is ignored, but through the detection of professional departments, the disinfection effect of the formula product on H3N2 influenza virus reaches a logarithmic index of >4, and is consistent with the research result published in the 48 th stage of 2020 of the United states of the journal of infection control.
