With continuing reference to fig. 1 and with reference to fig. 4 and 5, when the handle is required to clamp the pan body, the locking tongue 35 and the lock boss 52 of the lock head 5 are respectively placed on two side surfaces of the edge of the pan body, then the lower handle 4 is screwed into the upper handle cavity 11 by rotating counterclockwise around the lower handle shaft 421, the lower handle 4 pushes the locking tongue 3 to move to the right side through the locking block 7 in the rotating process, the locking tongue 3 moves to the right to compress the locking tongue spring 1111, the second locking block hinge shaft 76 compresses the locking block spring 74 and abuts against the left end surface of the locking block connecting groove 73, the pull plate 34 on the locking tongue 3 moves to the right to pull the locking plate 53, so that the lock head 5 rotates clockwise around the lock head shaft 54 and is clamped with the locking tongue 3, and the lock tongue 35 and the lock boss 52 of the lock head 5 cooperate to clamp the edge of the pan body; when the handle needs to be detached from the pot body, the upper end of the locking piece 6 is pulled to the right side, the locking piece 6 rotates clockwise around the locking piece shaft 61 and the lower end pushes the lower handle 4 to rotate clockwise around the lower handle shaft 421 so as to be separated from the upper handle cavity 11, the locking piece 6 is reset through the reset spring 44 after completing the work, the lower handle 4 enables the locking block 7 to release the locking of the locking bolt 3 in the rotating process, the locking bolt 3 moves leftwards under the pushing of the locking bolt spring 1111, the second locking block hinge shaft 76 abuts against the right end surface of the locking block connecting groove 73 under the pushing of the locking block spring 74, the pulling plate 34 on the locking bolt 3 moves leftwards so as to be separated from the locking plate 53, and the lock head 5 rotates anticlockwise around the lock head shaft 54 and is separated from the locking bolt 3, so that the locking bolt 3 is separated from the lock head 5.
