An intramedullary nail capable of being fixed in an opening mode comprises an intramedullary nail main body (1) and a supporting component capable of supporting the wall of a bone cavity and moving in a cavity of the intramedullary nail; it is characterized in that a cavity (11) is arranged in the intramedullary nail main body (1), and a plurality of longitudinal windows (12) are arranged on the side wall of the intramedullary nail; the support assembly is distracted at the longitudinal window (12); the longitudinal window (12) is uniformly arranged around the intramedullary nail, the support component comprises a corresponding number of support plates (21) extending out of the longitudinal window (12), and an upper support rod and a lower support rod (22) for expanding the support plates (21) are arranged on each support plate (21); each supporting rod (22) is arranged on two sections of central rods which are separated from each other; the support rod (22) and the support plate (21) and the support rod (22) and the center rod are in rotatable and movable connection; the bottom of the intramedullary nail is provided with a blocking structure for limiting the movement of the front section central rod (23); in addition, a moving section (25) which ensures that the rear section center rod (24) moves downwards but does not rotate is arranged at the rear end of the rear section center rod (24), and an operation structure (26) which ensures that the moving section (25) moves is arranged at the rear end of the moving section (25).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments for orthopedic surgery, in particular relates to a surgical instrument for treating fracture through a medullary cavity, and particularly relates to an intramedullary nail capable of being unfolded and fixed.

Background

Fracture refers to the continuous complete or partial breakdown of bone structure. It is common to children and the elderly, and occurs in the middle-aged and young. Patients often have one site fractured and a few multiple fractures. After timely and proper treatment, most patients can recover the original functions, and a few patients can leave sequelae with different degrees.

The method of fracture fixation is divided into external fixation and internal fixation, and fracture internal fixation refers to an operation in which a broken bone is directly connected and fixed in the broken bone by using metal screws, steel plates, intramedullary nails, steel wires or bone plates and the like when fracture occurs.

Intramedullary nail internal fixation is often used for long-tube bone (such as femur, humerus, ulna, tibia, radius, etc.) diaphysis fracture. The advantages are that: the intramedullary nail is firm and firm, can be fixed with little or no external fixation after operation, and is beneficial to the early movement and exercise of injured limbs; the skin incision is small, the periosteum stripping range is limited, and the damage is small; the intramedullary nail is long and has edges and corners with different shapes, and is embedded into a medullary cavity, so that firm internal fixation can be achieved, the occurrence of rotation, lateral movement and angular displacement can be avoided, and the clinical effect is better.

However, the operation difficulty of the current clinical intramedullary nail internal fixation is high and depends on the operation experience of an operator, in the operation process, the operation instrument needs to be frequently replaced, the operation process is complicated, the operation time is long, and the operation risk of a patient is increased. In addition, because of individual difference of patients and different thickness of bone cavities, intramedullary nails fixed in the bone cavities are easy to slightly move to form bone nonunion; the broken end in the bone cavity is easy to form an angle due to different thicknesses in the cavity, for the angle, the problem is solved by using a blocking nail or a kirschner wire at present, but the use of the blocking nail and the kirschner wire is invasive operation, the skin needs to be broken, the operation is carried out under the radiation irradiation, and both a patient and a doctor need to be injured by the rays; in addition, the operation requirements on the doctor are very high, the doctor does not always succeed at one time, in addition, the desired reduction effect cannot be achieved, the error operation is easy to cause, and finally, the patient is greatly injured, and the prognosis is influenced.

Aiming at the problems that in the prior art, surgical instruments are frequently replaced in the process of intramedullary nail internal fixation, the operation process is complicated; and because of individual difference of patients, the thickness of the bone cavity is different, the intramedullary nail fixed in the bone cavity is not easy to be fixed, thereby forming the problem of bone nonunion or angulation of the broken end, and providing the intramedullary nail which can be unfolded and fixed.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the problems that the intramedullary nail in the prior art is easy to shake in a bone cavity, has high operation difficulty and multiple steps, the invention provides the expandable and fixable intramedullary nail.

An intramedullary nail capable of being fixed in an opening mode comprises an intramedullary nail main body and a supporting component which can move in a cavity of the intramedullary nail and support the wall of the bone cavity; it is characterized in that a cavity is arranged in the intramedullary nail main body, and a plurality of longitudinal windows are arranged on the side wall of the intramedullary nail; the support assembly is spread apart at the longitudinal window; the longitudinal windows are uniformly arranged around the intramedullary nail, the support assembly comprises a corresponding number of support plates extending out of the longitudinal windows, and an upper support rod and a lower support rod for expanding the support plates are arranged on each support plate; each supporting rod is arranged on two sections of central rods which are separated from each other; the support rod and the support plate and the support rod and the center rod are in rotatable and movable connection; a blocking structure for limiting the movement of the front section center rod is arranged at the bottom of the intramedullary nail; in addition, a moving section which ensures that the rear section center rod moves downwards but does not rotate is arranged at the rear end of the rear section center rod, and an operation structure which ensures that the moving section moves is arranged at the rear end of the moving section. The operation structure drives the moving section to move forwards, so that the rear section center rod is driven to move forwards, the supporting plate is propped open, the supporting plate is tightly attached to the wall of the bone cavity, the purpose of preventing the intramedullary nail from moving is effectively achieved, and frequent operation can be reduced in the operation.

When in use, the supporting component is firstly extended into the intramedullary nail, then the detachable handle structure is arranged at the rear end of the intramedullary nail, and then the supporting plate is inserted into the longitudinal window by utilizing the operation structure and cannot exceed the outer side wall of the intramedullary nail; combining the moving section of the support component with the corresponding part of the intramedullary nail, then placing the intramedullary nail into a bone cavity and reaching a proper position, then controlling the moving section to move forwards through an operation structure to open the support component, supporting the wall of the bone cavity by a support plate, placing the swinging and the front-back movement of the intramedullary nail, and withdrawing the operation structure for other operations when other operation chambers are needed; after the fracture part is healed, the moving section is driven to retreat through the operation structure, the aim of retracting the supporting component is achieved, and the intramedullary nail is taken out by utilizing the conventional means.

Compared with the intramedullary nail instrument in the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention fully utilizes the space of the inner cavity of the intramedullary nail, solves the problem of the intramedullary nail shaking in the marrow cavity by arranging the internal fixing structure in the intramedullary nail, and can carry out operations of flushing, medicine application, material implantation and the like on the marrow cavity by arranging the extension of the longitudinal opening. When in use, the fixing nail can be less implanted or not implanted, so that the surgical instrument does not need to be frequently replaced, the surgical steps are simplified, the surgical time is shortened, the pain of a patient is relieved, and the multifunctional surgical instrument integrates multiple functions, has low cost and is convenient for wide popularization.
