Background

The existing medical transport bed generally comprises a vehicle body and a bed arranged on the vehicle body, wherein the bed cannot move on the vehicle body. When the medical bed is used, a patient needs to be transferred from a sickbed to a medical carrying bed or vice versa, and when the medical bed is carried, a plurality of people need to carry the patient by lifting the four corners of the bed sheet, so that the patient is strenuous to carry the medical bed, and the patient is easily affected badly. In order to solve the problem, the bed is designed to be a bed capable of moving left and right, and the bed has a conveying capacity so as to assist in conveying a patient out of the bed or into the bed, because the movable bed is required to be inserted between the patient and a hospital bed or an operating table, the lower surface of the bed which is required to move in the process of being inserted between the patient and the hospital bed or the operating table cannot move relative to the hospital bed or the operating table, and the upper surface of the movable bed cannot move relative to the patient so as to smoothly transfer the patient to the movable bed or transfer the patient from the movable bed to the hospital bed or the operating table without lifting the patient greatly, if a traditional rolling shaft or conveying belt mode is adopted, the upper direction of the conveying belt is opposite to the lower direction of the conveying belt, and the patient transfer device is linked, so that the requirement of transferring the patient cannot be met by simply adopting a roller and a conveying belt.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a movable bed for a medical patient transfer bed, which can realize that the upper surface of the movable bed moves and the lower surface moves respectively.

The bed comprises rolling shafts arranged at the left side and the right side of the movable bedstead, transmission belts (belts or cloth belts) wound on the rolling shafts at the left side and the right side, power driving the rolling shafts to rotate, lower rolling shafts arranged at the left side and the right side of the movable bedstead and positioned below the rolling shafts, and lower transmission belts (belts or cloth belts) wound on the lower rolling shafts, wherein the front end of the lower part of each lower transmission belt is fixed on the bedstead.

When the movable bed is driven by the power mechanism to move to a sickbed or an operating table, the lower front end of the lower conveying belt is fixed on the bed frame, so that the lower conveying belt and the sickbed or the operating table cannot move relatively even if the movable bed leans against the sickbed or the operating table to move continuously forwards, and the movable bed is prevented from driving a bed sheet on the sickbed or the operating table to move in the moving process, so that the work of transferring patients is smooth; the transmission belt driven by the roller is driven by the power independent of the lower transmission belt, so that the power can be started as required to drive the roller to rotate, and further the transmission belt is driven to move, so as to match the requirements of moving patients when the movable bed moves.

In order to avoid mutual influence when the transmission belt and the lower transmission belt move, a partition plate is arranged between the transmission belt and the lower transmission belt. The partition plate is made of a material with a small friction coefficient with the conveying belt and the lower conveying belt, so that the friction force generated when the partition plate conveying belt and the lower conveying belt move relatively is reduced.

The power driving the rolling shaft to rotate is a power mechanism, a gear is rotatably arranged below the rolling shaft on the outer side of one side of the movable bed frame, a transmission gear capable of being meshed with the gear is arranged on a shaft of the rolling shaft on the movable bed frame above the gear, the transmission gear slides along the axis of the rolling shaft and drives the rolling shaft to rotate, a rack guiding the bed side is arranged on the bed frame below the gear, and the gear is meshed with the rack.

When the transmission device works, the power mechanism drives the movable bedstead to move left and right, so that the gear rotates along the rack in the moving process to drive the transmission gear to rotate, and further the transmission belt is driven to move through the rolling shaft. If the transmission belt is required not to move along with the movement of the movable bedstead, only the transmission gear is required not to be meshed with the gear.

The rack, the gear and the transmission gear are adopted to transmit the moving power of the movable bed to the roller and the transmission belt of the bed, and the transmission gear driving the roller can move along the axial direction of the roller so as to set whether the transmission gear is meshed with the gear or not according to the requirement.

The shaft of the rolling shaft is provided with a spring pressing the transmission gear to the gear, the outer side of the transmission gear is connected with a circular rotating piece, the outer surface of the rotating piece is provided with a circular groove, a shifting fork with a shifting lever is arranged in the groove, the width of the groove is larger than the thickness of the shifting fork, so that the shifting fork can move left and right along the groove, and the shifting lever is connected to the electric push rod. Under normal conditions, the spring presses the transmission gear to the gear, so that the gear is meshed with the transmission gear, the rotating gear drives the transmission gear to rotate, and the transmission belt is driven to move through the rolling shaft; when the transmission gear is required to leave the gear, the shifting rod is pushed through the electric push rod and drives the transmission piece to move outwards through the shifting fork, the transmission piece drives the transmission gear to overcome the pressure of the spring and separate the transmission piece from the gear, and therefore the rotation of the gear cannot be transmitted to the transmission gear, and the belt on the movable bed cannot move.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantage that the upper surface of the movable bed can move and the lower surface of the movable bed can move respectively.

The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples:

as shown in fig. 1, the movable bed 2 of the present invention includes a movable frame 2a provided on a frame 1 and moved left and right by a power mechanism 3, and a bed 2b provided on the movable frame 2a, wherein the bed 2b includes rollers 2b1 provided on left and right sides of the movable frame 2a, a conveyor belt 2b2 (belt or cloth belt) wound around the left and right rollers 2b1, a power for rotating the roller 2b2, lower rollers 2b5 provided on left and right sides of the movable frame 2a and located below the rollers 2b1, and a lower conveyor belt 2b6 (belt or cloth belt) wound around the lower rollers 2b5, and a lower front end of the lower conveyor belt 2b6 is fixed to the frame 1.

As shown in fig. 1, a partition plate 2b7 is provided between the upper conveyor belt 2b2 and the lower conveyor belt 2b6, and the partition plate 2b7 is a nylon lubricating plate. The partition plate 2b7 plays a role of isolation lubrication, so that the movement of the upper conveyor belt 2b2 and the lower conveyor belt 2b6 are not affected by each other.

As shown in fig. 1, the power driving the roller 2b2 is a power mechanism 3, a gear 4 is rotatably provided under the roller 2b1 on the outer side of one side of the movable bed frame 2a, a transmission gear 5 capable of meshing with the gear 4 is provided on the shaft of the roller 2b1 on the movable bed frame 2a above the gear 4, the transmission gear 5 slides along the axis of the roller 2b1 (the shaft of the roller 2b1 is provided with a key or a flange, and the transmission gear 5 corresponding to the key or the flange is provided with a guide groove) to move and drive the roller 2b1 to rotate, a rack 6 guiding to the bed side is provided on the bed frame 1 below the gear 4, and the gear 4 is meshed with the rack 6.

As shown in fig. 1, a roller 2b1 connected to a transmission gear 5 has a larger diameter than the other transmission gear 5, an upper guide roller 2b3 and a lower guide roller 2b4 are provided on a movable frame 2a at a position of one roller 2b1, and a transmission belt 2b2 is horizontally positioned by being pressed by the upper guide roller 2b3 and the lower guide roller 2b4, so that the thickness of the movable transmission 2 is small due to the small diameter of the other roller 2b1, and the movable transmission 2 is easily inserted into a patient and a hospital bed or an operating table, and the large diameter of the roller 2b1 connected to the transmission gear 5 provides a sufficient space for installing the transmission gear 5, the gear 4 and other components.

As shown in fig. 1, a roller 2b1 connected to the transmission gear 5 is provided with a cover 2d fixedly connected to the movable frame 2a, and the cover 2d shields the upper guide roller 2b3 from the upper guide roller 2b3 affecting the objects or patients on the bed 2 b.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a spring 7 for pressing the transmission gear 5 to the gear 4 is arranged on the shaft 2b11 of the roller 2b1 (a screw 8 is screwed at the shaft end of the shaft 2b11 of the roller 2b1, the spring 7 is arranged between the screw 8 and the transmission gear 5), an annular rotating part 9 (the rotating part 9 and the transmission gear 5 are fixedly connected or integrally processed) is connected to the outer side of the transmission gear 5, an annular groove 9a is arranged on the outer surface of the rotating part 9, a shifting fork 11 with a shifting lever 10 is arranged in the groove 9a, the width of the groove 9a is larger than the thickness of the shifting fork 11, and the shifting lever 10 is connected to an electric push rod 12 arranged on the movable.

As shown in fig. 3, when a patient a needs to be transferred from a hospital bed or an operating table B to a movable bed 2, the movable bed 2 is driven by a power mechanism 3 to move out of the side of the bed from a bed frame 1 and lean against the hospital bed or the operating table B, and then continuously moves forward under the patient a, as the movable bed 2 moves forward, a rack 6 drives a gear 4 to rotate, the gear 4 drives a transmission gear 5 to rotate in the opposite direction, a roller 2B1 drives a transmission belt 2B2 to move towards the movable bed 2, and further as the movable bed 2 moves down towards the patient a, relative motion between the transmission belt 2B2 and the patient a due to the forward movement of the movable bed 2 does not occur, so that the patient a moves up to the movable bed 2, thereby effectively reducing the work of carrying the patient a, making the patient a move onto the movable bed 2 more easily, and simultaneously, as the movable bed 2 moves forward, the lower transmission belt 2B6 rotates counterclockwise, the lower conveying belt 2B6 does not move relative to the sickbed or the operating table B, so that the movable bed 2 can move forwards by leaning against the sickbed or the operating table B, and meanwhile, a bed sheet cannot be pulled to influence the movement of the patient A to the movable bed; after the patient A moves onto the movable bed 2, the transmission gear 5 leaves the gear 4 through the electric push rod 12, then the movable bed 2 is driven to reset through the power mechanism 3, and the transmission gear 5 leaves the gear 4, so the gear 4 cannot drive the transmission gear 5 to rotate, and the transmission belt 2B2 cannot move until the movable bed 2 resets, and in the process, the transmission gear 5 always leaves the gear 4, so the patient A is transferred onto the medical patient transfer bed from the sickbed or the operating table B, and in the process, the patient is not required to be transferred in a long distance and at a high or low position, so that labor is saved when the patient is transferred, and adverse effects of the transfer process on the patient are avoided.

As shown in fig. 4, when a patient A needs to be transferred from the movable bed 2 of the present invention to a hospital bed or an operating table B, the transmission gear 5 is separated from the gear 4 by the electric push rod 12, the movable bed 2 is driven by the power mechanism 3 to move out of the side surface of the bed frame 1 and lean against the hospital bed or the operating table B, so that the patient A is positioned above the hospital bed or the operating table B, then the electric push rod 12 is reset, the transmission gear 5 is always engaged with the gear 4, then the movable bed 2 is driven by the power mechanism 3 to move back to the bed frame 1 from the hospital bed or the operating table B, in the process, the transmission gear 5 is moved to the gear 4 to be always engaged with the gear 4, so that in the process of moving the movable bed 2 back, the rack 6 drives the gear 4 to rotate, the gear 4 drives the transmission gear 5 to rotate, the transmission gear 5 drives the transmission belt 2B2 to move towards the hospital, the patient A and the sickbed or the operating table B can not move relatively due to the reset of the movable bed 2, so that the patient A can not move back along with the movable bed 2, and the patient A can be transferred to the sickbed or the operating table B along with the transfer of the movable bed 2 from the sickbed or the operating table B to the medical patient transfer bed.

Since the structure is clearly shown, the rollers 2B1 and the lower roller 2B5 are enlarged in the drawings, and in fact, the diameters of the rollers 2B1 and the lower roller 2B5 are small, so that the movable bed 2 has a small thickness and can be conveniently inserted between the patient a and the hospital bed or the operating table B.
