1. A full-automatic coiling device is characterized by comprising a first linear driving mechanism, a second linear driving mechanism, an upper carrier roller, a lower carrier roller and a working table;

Background

The existing material rolling equipment can not completely roll up the material; the rolled sheet cannot be taken out after being completely rolled, and the production of the next procedure is influenced.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a full-automatic coiling device which has compact structure and low manufacturing cost and is convenient for picking up coiled materials.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the device comprises a first linear driving mechanism, a second linear driving mechanism, an upper carrier roller, a lower carrier roller and a workbench;

the lower carrier roller is transversely arranged on the workbench; the top of the lower carrier roller extends out of the table top of the workbench;

the first linear driving mechanism is arranged at one end of the top of the workbench through a first frame body; one side of the upper carrier roller is movably connected to the telescopic end of the first linear driving mechanism through a bearing seat;

the second linear driving mechanism is arranged at the other end of the top of the workbench through a second frame body;

and a pressing block matched with the connecting end of the upper carrier roller is arranged at the telescopic end of the second linear driving mechanism.

And an elastic mechanism which is matched with the connecting end of the upper carrier roller is arranged below the second linear driving mechanism on the workbench.

The elastic mechanism comprises a spring and a U-shaped block matched with the connecting end of the upper carrier roller;

the spring is arranged between the U-shaped block and the workbench.

The linear driving mechanism comprises a cylinder or an oil cylinder.

Detailed Description

The invention is shown in figures 1-2, and comprises a first linear driving mechanism 1, a second linear driving mechanism 2, an upper carrier roller 3, a lower carrier roller 4 and a working table 5;

the lower carrier roller 4 is transversely arranged on the workbench 5; the top of the lower supporting roller 4 extends out of the table top of the workbench 5;

the first linear driving mechanism 1 is arranged at one end of the top of the workbench 5 through a first frame body; one side of the upper carrier roller 3 is movably connected to the telescopic end of the first linear driving mechanism 1 through a bearing seat;

the second linear driving mechanism 2 is arranged at the other end of the top of the workbench 5 through a second frame body;

and a pressing block matched with the connecting end of the upper carrier roller 3 is arranged at the telescopic end of the second linear driving mechanism 2.
