(1) adding the gentian violet solution into an ink box of an ink-jet printer;

(2) the ink-jet printer prints the pattern on the transfer paper according to the received pattern information;

(3) wetting the wall surface or human body at the transfer position with a transfer agent, applying the surface with the pattern of the transfer paper to the transfer position, pressing for 10-30s, and removing the transfer paper.

Technical Field

Background

Gentian violet solution, also called as shikonin sterile water, is a familiar external application medicine. Can be used for treating wound infection and ulcer of skin and mucosa, minor scald, herpes labialis, ulcerative pharyngolaryngitis, thrush, colpitis mycotica, episioitis, etc. The external application of the ointment to the skin of an affected part can prevent bacterial infection and the external seepage of local tissue fluid by using 1-2% sterile water solution or alcohol solution. It can also combine with necrotic tissue to form protective membrane, and has astringent effect, and can be used for treating enterobiasis by oral administration.

At present, tattoo stickers or wall painting stickers are cheap and have colors and patterns which attract customers. The process technology is a sterile water transfer printing technology, the material is mainly composed of sterile water transfer paper, environment-friendly printing ink, environment-friendly glue, sterile water and a laminating film, and after a finished product is printed, patterns on the base paper can be transferred to the skin or a wall body through a small amount of sterile water. The most used pigments in the tattoo color paste are red dyes, wherein cinnabar, namely mercury, is contained, while yellow dyes mostly contain cadmium, black dyes mostly contain carbon or ferric oxide, and the substances can cause skin allergic reaction to generate red swelling and pruritus. However, the allergic reaction depends on the constitution of the human body, some people are naturally and safely stuck with the tattoo color paste, and some people can generate dermatitis because the skin is easy to be allergic.

But no report that the gentian violet solution is used as a wall colored drawing or human body colored drawing pigment is found at present.
