1. A valve device for a compressed bag, comprising:

the seat body is arranged in the through hole on the compression bag body and is provided with a first vent hole which enables the compression bag body to be communicated with the inside and the outside;

a valve body that opens and closes the first vent hole; and

a frame body for mounting the valve body to the seat body through a peripheral edge portion of the valve body; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the valve body includes:

a valve portion that opens and closes the first vent hole; and

a valve surrounding portion located around the valve portion and provided in a state where at least a part of the valve surrounding portion is away from the housing; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the valve surrounding portion includes a second vent hole communicating with the first vent hole when the valve portion is in an open state, and has flexibility to elastically deform based on a pressing force of the local portion provided apart from the seat body toward the seat body side.

2. A valve device for a compression bag according to claim 1, wherein said seat body is provided with a first annular projection around the opening provided with said first vent hole in the direction of the valve portion.

3. A valve device for a collapsible bag according to claim 1 or 2 wherein said valve portion is provided with a counter-sunk towards said housing corresponding to said first vent opening.

4. A valve device for a collapsible bag as claimed in claim 1 wherein said second vent holes are provided in a number of five distributed around the periphery of said first vent hole.

5. The valve assembly of claim 1, wherein said valve enclosure has at least a first rib disposed thereon, said first rib extending outwardly from an interior side of said valve enclosure; the first raised strips and the first vent holes are arranged in a staggered mode.

6. The valve assembly of claim 5, wherein the seat body has a first protrusion corresponding to the first protrusion.

7. The valve assembly of claim 1, wherein said valve enclosure has a second rib disposed thereon, said second rib being in the shape of an arc centered on the center of said valve enclosure; and a second boss is arranged on the base body corresponding to the second raised line.

8. A valve device for a collapsible bag as defined in claim 1 wherein said seat body is provided with a second annular projection in a direction toward said valve enclosure, said second annular projection being located below said valve enclosure.

9. The valve assembly of claim 1, wherein the seat body is adapted to be coupled to an inner sidewall of the compression bag, the seat body is provided with a third annular protrusion and a fourth annular protrusion toward the valve enclosure, the valve enclosure is provided with a fifth annular protrusion toward the seat body, the fifth annular protrusion is interposed between the third annular protrusion and the fourth annular protrusion, and the frame body is coupled to the seat body and compresses the valve enclosure.

The valve device of claim 9, wherein the frame body is annular, a sixth annular protrusion is disposed at an outer peripheral edge of the frame body toward the seat body, a seventh annular protrusion is disposed at a middle portion of the frame body toward the seat body, the seventh annular protrusion abuts against the fourth annular protrusion, and a frame inside the seventh annular protrusion presses the valve surrounding portion.

11. The valve apparatus of claim 9, wherein the third annular projection is provided with a positioning portion, and the valve surrounding portion is provided with a positioning block, the positioning block being engaged with the positioning portion.

The valve device of claim 9, further comprising an upper cover, wherein the frame has an eighth annular protrusion extending away from the valve surrounding portion, the upper cover is movably connected to the frame, the upper cover can be fastened to the eighth annular protrusion, and a protruding pressing portion is disposed at the upper cover corresponding to the first vent hole.

13. A valve device for a compressed bag according to claim 12, characterised in that said squeezing portion is provided as a ninth annular projection.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made to solve at least one of the problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a valve device for a compression bag, which can be adapted to suction ports having different shapes or different sizes.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a valve device for a compression bag, comprising:

the seat body is arranged in the through hole on the compression bag body and is provided with a first vent hole which enables the compression bag body to be communicated with the inside and the outside;

a valve body that opens and closes the first vent hole; and

a frame body for mounting the valve body to the seat body through a peripheral edge portion of the valve body; wherein, the valve body includes:

a valve portion that opens and closes the first vent hole; and

a valve surrounding portion located around the valve portion and provided in a state where at least a part of the valve surrounding portion is away from the housing; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the valve surrounding portion includes a second vent hole communicating with the first vent hole when the valve portion is in an open state, and has flexibility to elastically deform based on a pressing force of the local portion provided apart from the seat body toward the seat body side.

Preferably, the seat body is provided with a first annular protrusion towards the valve portion around the position where the first vent hole is provided.

Preferably, the valve part is provided with a sinking platform facing the seat body corresponding to the first vent hole.

Preferably, the number of the second vent holes is five, and the second vent holes are distributed around the first vent holes.

Preferably, the valve surrounding part is provided with at least one first protruding strip, and the first protruding strip extends outwards from the inner side of the valve surrounding part; the first raised strips and the first vent holes are arranged in a staggered mode.

Preferably, a first boss is arranged on the seat body corresponding to the first raised line.

Preferably, a second convex strip is arranged on the valve surrounding part, and the second convex strip is arc-shaped and takes the center of the valve surrounding part as the center of a circle; and a second boss is arranged on the base body corresponding to the second raised line.

Preferably, the seat body is provided with a second annular bulge towards the direction of the valve surrounding part, and the second annular bulge is positioned below the valve surrounding part.

Preferably, the base body is used for being connected with the inner side wall of the compression bag, the base body is provided with a third annular protrusion and a fourth annular protrusion in the direction of the valve surrounding part, the valve surrounding part is provided with a fifth annular protrusion in the direction of the base body, the fifth annular protrusion is inserted between the third annular protrusion and the fourth annular protrusion, and the frame body is connected with the base body and compresses the valve surrounding part.

Preferably, the frame body is annular, a sixth annular protrusion is arranged at the peripheral edge of the frame body and faces the seat body, a seventh annular protrusion is arranged at the middle of the frame body and faces the seat body, the seventh annular protrusion abuts against the fourth annular protrusion, and the frame on the inner side of the seventh annular protrusion compresses the valve surrounding part.

Preferably, a positioning part is arranged on the third annular protrusion, a positioning block is arranged on the valve surrounding part, and the positioning block is matched with the positioning part.

Any one of the technical schemes at least has the following beneficial effects: when the interior of the compression is required to be vacuumized, the suction port abuts against the valve surrounding part, and the valve surrounding part has certain flexibility, so that the valve surrounding part can deform towards the direction of the seat body under the abutting pressure of the suction port to further adapt to the shape of the suction port, and even if the size of the suction port is abnormal or a notch or a bulge is arranged at the suction port, the valve surrounding part can still adapt to the suction port through self compression and deformation, so that the valve surrounding part and the suction port can form good fit; in addition, the size of the surrounding part of the valve can be made to be large so as to cover the suction ports of most of devices on the market, and further, the technical scheme can be suitable for the suction ports of most of devices.
