1. A feeding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) placing a plurality of trays containing materials on a feeding unit of a conveying mechanism of a feeding frame;

2) the trays filled with the materials sequentially enter the material placing units of the material placing mechanism;

3) the sliding unit of the feeding frame drives the material placing unit to slide downwards so as to convey the empty tray to the recovery unit;

the feeding frame comprises a conveying mechanism and a material placing mechanism connected to the conveying mechanism;

the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying ground frame (1), two long blocks (2), a feeding unit and a recovery unit; the two long blocks (2) are arranged on the transportation ground frame (1), and straight lines in the length direction of the two long blocks (2) are parallel to each other; the feeding unit is arranged on the two long blocks (2) and extends to the other end along one end of the transportation ground frame (1); the recovery unit is arranged on the transportation ground frame (1) and is arranged below the feeding unit; a plurality of trays filled with materials are sequentially placed on the feeding unit;

the material placing mechanism comprises a ground placing frame (7), a material placing unit and a sliding unit; the ground placing frame (7) is arranged close to a feeding port of the feeding unit, the sliding unit is installed on the ground placing frame (7), and the material placing unit is connected to the sliding unit in a sliding mode and can move in the vertical direction along the sliding unit; when the material placing unit slides along the sliding unit, the tray on the material feeding unit can enter the material placing unit or the tray on the material placing unit can enter the recovery unit.

A feeding method according to claim 1, characterized in that said feeding unit comprises a plurality of cylinders (3) movably mounted on two of said elongated blocks (2) and a stop cylinder (4) arranged close to said depositing unit, said stop mechanism being intended to divide the trays to be transported; the tray to be transported is used for replacing the tray on the material placing unit to be transported to the recovery unit; the straight lines in the length direction of the plurality of columns (3) are parallel to each other, and the plurality of columns (3) extend to the other end along one end of the long block (2); any one of the trays can be placed on any number of the columns (3) so that the plurality of trays can slide on the plurality of columns (3).

3. The feeding method according to claim 2, wherein after the step 1) and before the step 2), the method further comprises stopping the tray close to the feeding unit by using a stopping mechanism.

A feeding method according to claim 1, wherein the material placing unit comprises a sliding plate (8) slidably connected to the sliding unit, a bracket (10) fixedly connected to the sliding plate (8), and a material placing chassis (9) mounted on the bracket (10); the tray filled with the materials can be placed on the material placing chassis (9), and can enter the recovery unit when the sliding plate (8) slides downwards along the sliding unit.

A feeding method according to claim 4, characterized in that a U-shaped stop (12) is mounted on the loading ledge, the bracket (10) being arranged in cooperation with the U-shaped stop (12) such that the U-shaped stop (12) can stop the bracket (10) when the sliding plate (8) is slid along the sliding unit.

6. A loading method as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that in step 3), said U-shaped stop (12) is capable of stopping said carriage (10) when the sliding unit slides down the sliding plate (8) of the loading unit.

A loading method according to claim 1, wherein said sliding unit comprises a fixed plate (5) mounted on said loading frame, a plurality of fixed rods (11) fixedly mounted on said fixed plate (5), and a lifting cylinder mounted on said fixed plate (5); the sliding plates (8) are connected to the fixing rods (11) in a sliding mode, lifting blocks (6) are fixedly connected to piston rods of the lifting cylinders, the lifting blocks (6) are fixedly connected to the sliding plates (8), and therefore when the piston rods of the lifting cylinders stretch in the vertical direction, the sliding plates (8) can move in the vertical direction along with the piston rods of the lifting cylinders.

8. The feeding method according to claim 1, wherein after the step 2) and before the step 3), the next station is further provided for sequentially taking the materials in the tray.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a process flow of an automobile motor workpiece, in particular to a feeding method.

Background

At present, in the motor workpiece mounting process flow, generally manual operation is performed when materials are taken and placed, or a plurality of materials are loaded into a tray, then the whole tray is manually operated, certain potential safety hazards exist in the operation process, and the loading speed also has certain limitation.

Therefore, the invention provides a feeding method capable of reducing the potential safety hazard of feeding and improving the feeding speed, which is a problem to be solved urgently.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a feeding method, which can automatically place a tray filled with a plurality of materials on a material placing unit, can recover the empty tray and reduce the potential safety hazard of manual operation.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a feeding method, comprising the steps of:

1) placing a plurality of trays containing materials on a feeding unit of a conveying mechanism of a feeding frame;

2) the trays filled with the materials sequentially enter the material placing units of the material placing mechanism;

3) the sliding unit of the feeding frame drives the material placing unit to slide downwards so as to convey the empty tray to the recovery unit;

the feeding frame comprises a conveying mechanism and a material placing mechanism connected to the conveying mechanism;

the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying ground frame, two long blocks, a feeding unit and a recovery unit; the two long blocks are arranged on the transportation ground frame, and straight lines in the length direction of the two long blocks are parallel to each other; the feeding unit is arranged on the two long blocks and extends to the other end along one end of the transportation ground frame; the recovery unit is arranged on the transportation ground frame and is arranged below the feeding unit; a plurality of trays filled with materials are sequentially placed on the feeding unit;

the material placing mechanism comprises a ground placing frame, a material placing unit and a sliding unit; the ground placing frame is arranged close to a feeding port of the feeding unit, the sliding unit is installed on the ground placing frame, and the material placing unit is connected to the sliding unit in a sliding mode and can move in the vertical direction along the sliding unit; when the material placing unit slides along the sliding unit, the tray on the material feeding unit can enter the material placing unit or the tray on the material placing unit can enter the recovery unit.

Preferably, the feeding unit comprises a plurality of cylinders movably mounted on the two long blocks and a stop cylinder arranged close to the material placing unit, and the stop mechanism is used for dividing the tray to be transported; the tray to be transported is used for replacing the tray on the material placing unit to be transported to the recovery unit; the straight lines in the length direction of the plurality of columns are parallel to each other, and the plurality of columns extend to the other end along one end of the long block; any one of the trays can be placed on any number of the cylinders so that the plurality of trays can slide on the plurality of cylinders.

Preferably, after the step 1) and before the step 2), the method further comprises the step of stopping the tray close to the material placing unit by using a stopping mechanism.

Preferably, the material placing unit comprises a sliding plate connected to the sliding unit in a sliding manner, a bracket fixedly connected to the sliding plate, and a material placing chassis installed on the bracket; the tray filled with the materials can be placed on the material placing chassis, and when the sliding plate slides downwards along the sliding unit, the tray can enter the recovery unit.

Preferably, a U-shaped stopper is mounted on the material placing shelf, and the bracket is cooperatively disposed with the U-shaped stopper so that the bracket can be stopped by the U-shaped stopper when the sliding plate slides along the sliding unit.

Preferably, in step 3), when the sliding unit drives the sliding plate of the material placing unit to slide downwards, the U-shaped stop piece can stop the bracket.

Preferably, the sliding unit includes a fixing plate mounted on the material placing frame, a plurality of fixing rods fixedly mounted on the fixing plate, and a lifting cylinder mounted on the fixing plate; the sliding plate is connected to the plurality of fixing rods in a sliding mode, a lifting block is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the lifting cylinder, and the lifting block is fixedly connected to the sliding plate, so that when the piston rod of the lifting cylinder stretches in the vertical direction, the sliding plate can move along the vertical direction along with the piston rod of the lifting cylinder.

Preferably, after the step 2) and before the step 3), the next station is further included to take the materials in the trays in sequence.

According to the technical scheme, the feeding method provided by the invention mainly comprises the following steps: 1) placing a plurality of trays containing materials on a feeding unit of a conveying mechanism of a feeding frame; 2) the trays filled with the materials sequentially enter the material placing units of the material placing mechanism; 3) the sliding unit of the feeding frame drives the material placing unit to slide downwards so as to convey the empty tray to the recovery unit. This kind of material loading frame places a plurality of trays that are equipped with the material in proper order on the pan feeding unit earlier, and then a plurality of trays can get into in proper order and put on the material unit, treat that the material on the next work station takes away the back with the tray, the slip unit drives and puts the material unit and slide downwards to transport empty tray to the recovery unit on. Like this, do not need operating personnel to make a round trip the material loading or retrieve, reduce manual operation's potential safety hazard, can retrieve or the material loading automatically, improve work efficiency.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "upper, lower, left, right, inner, outer" and the like included in the terms merely represent the orientation of the terms in the conventional use state or are colloquially understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.

The invention provides a feeding method, which comprises the following steps:

1) placing a plurality of trays containing materials on a feeding unit of a conveying mechanism of a feeding frame;

2) the trays filled with the materials sequentially enter the material placing units of the material placing mechanism;

3) the sliding unit of the feeding frame drives the material placing unit to slide downwards so as to convey the empty tray to the recovery unit;

the feeding frame comprises a conveying mechanism and a material placing mechanism connected to the conveying mechanism;

In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the feeding frame used in the feeding method comprises a conveying mechanism and a material placing mechanism; the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying ground frame 1, two long blocks 2, a feeding unit and a recovery unit; two long blocks 2 are installed on the transportation ground frame 1, the feeding unit is installed on the two long blocks 2, and the two long blocks 2 are used for stopping the tray. The material placing mechanism comprises a ground placing frame 7, a material placing unit and a sliding unit; the ground placing frame 7 is arranged close to a feeding port of the feeding unit, the sliding unit is installed on the ground placing frame 7, and the material placing unit is connected to the sliding unit in a sliding mode and can move vertically along the sliding unit; when the material placing unit slides along the sliding unit, the tray on the material feeding unit can enter the material placing unit or the tray on the material placing unit can enter the recovery unit. This material loading frame put material unit can cooperate with material loading unit and recovery unit respectively, and then make the tray on the material loading unit can enter into to putting the material unit on, put the tray on the material unit and can enter into to the recovery unit on.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the feeding unit comprises a plurality of cylinders 3 movably mounted on the two elongated blocks 2 and a stopping cylinder 4 disposed near the material placing unit, and the stopping mechanism is used for dividing the tray to be transported; the tray to be transported is used for replacing the tray on the material placing unit to be transported to the recovery unit; straight lines in the length direction of the plurality of columns 3 are parallel to each other, and the plurality of columns 3 extend from one end to the other end of the elongated block 2; any one of the trays can be placed on any number of the columns 3 so that the plurality of trays can slide on the plurality of columns 3. Like this, under backstop cylinder 4's effect, the tray of waiting to transport to putting on the material unit can be cut apart by backstop cylinder 4, guarantees to put the tray on the material unit and can replace smoothly, puts the material unit promptly and carries empty tray to recovery unit on, then be close to put the material unit and place the tray on the material unit and can enter into smoothly and put on the material unit. Here, after the tray that is close to put the material unit enters into put on the material unit, the piston rod shrink of backstop cylinder 4, and next tray enters into the position that is close to put the material unit, and then, the piston rod extension of backstop cylinder 4 will wait to transport to the tray of putting the material unit and cut apart with other trays that set up on a plurality of cylinders 3, guarantees the normal clear of processing pan feeding flow.

More preferably, after the step 1) and before the step 2), the method further comprises the step of stopping the tray close to the material placing unit by using a stopping mechanism.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material placing unit comprises a sliding plate 8 slidably connected to the sliding unit, a bracket 10 fixedly connected to the sliding plate 8, and a material placing chassis 9 mounted on the bracket 10; the trays containing the material can be placed on the material placing chassis 9 and can enter the recovery unit when the sliding plate 8 slides down the sliding unit. More preferably, a U-shaped stopper 12 is installed on the material rack, and the bracket 10 is disposed in cooperation with the U-shaped stopper 12 such that the bracket 10 can be stopped by the U-shaped stopper 12 when the sliding plate 8 slides along the sliding unit. When the sliding plate 8 slides along the sliding unit, the U-shaped stop piece 12 can stop the bracket 10, so that the stability of the bracket 10 is ensured, and the tray on the material placing chassis 9 can stably enter the recovery unit.

More preferably, in step 3), when the sliding unit slides the sliding plate 8 of the material placing unit downwards, the U-shaped stop member 12 can stop the bracket 10. And then guarantee to put the stability of material unit for the tray can enter into on the recovery unit smoothly.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sliding unit includes a fixed plate 5 mounted on the material placing rack, a plurality of fixed rods 11 fixedly mounted on the fixed plate 5, and a lifting cylinder mounted on the fixed plate 5; the sliding plate 8 is slidably connected to the plurality of fixing rods 11, a lifting block 6 is fixedly connected to a piston rod of the lifting cylinder, and the lifting block 6 is fixedly connected to the sliding plate 8, so that when the piston rod of the lifting cylinder extends and retracts in the vertical direction, the sliding plate 8 can move in the vertical direction along with the piston rod of the lifting cylinder. In this way, when the lifting cylinder is lifted, the sliding plate 8 can move along the vertical direction, the sliding plate 8 is slidably connected to the fixing rods 11, and here, a plurality of sliding grooves matched with the fixing rods 11 can be arranged on the sliding plate 8 to ensure the stability of the sliding plate 8 when moving in the vertical direction.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, after step 2) and before step 3), the next station is further included to sequentially remove the materials in the tray.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
