1. The high-grade thread sealing grease is characterized by mainly comprising ternary copolymer block silicone oil, diisocaprylic acid grease, n-octanol, p-2, p-3, fumaric acid grease, mica powder, high-purity graphite, cumene hydroperoxide and silicon dioxide;

wherein the p-2 is a mixed material of ternary copolymer block silicone oil and p-benzoquinone;

wherein the p-3 is a mixed material of water, tetrasodium salt and methanol;

wherein the ternary copolymer block silicone oil accounts for 20-21 parts by weight, the diisocaprylate accounts for 28.0-28.1 parts by weight, the n-octanol accounts for 28.3-28.4 parts by weight, the p-2 accounts for 4.3-4.4 parts by weight, the p-3 accounts for 0.9-1.1 part by weight, the fumarate accounts for 24.6-26.7 parts by weight, the mica powder accounts for 19.8-19.9 parts by weight, the high-purity graphite accounts for 29.7-29.8 parts by weight, the cumene hydroperoxide accounts for 1.9-2.0 parts by weight, and the silicon dioxide accounts for 9-11 parts by weight.

2. The advanced thread sealing compound according to claim 1, wherein said p-2 is a mixture of 1.9kg of block silicone oil and 0.1kg of p-benzoquinone, and wherein said p-3 is a mixture of 2.07kg of water, 0.315kg of tetrasodium salt, and 6.615kg of methanol.

The advanced thread sealing compound according to claim 2, wherein said terpolymerization block silicone oil is 21.55 parts, said diisooctanoate is 28.05 parts, said n-octanol is 28.39 parts, said p-2 is 4.38 parts, said p-3 is 1 part, said fumarate is 24.61 parts, said mica powder is 19.87 parts, said high purity graphite is 29.74 parts, said cumene hydroperoxide is 1.98 parts, and said silica is 10 parts, by weight.

The invention relates to a formula of high-grade thread sealing grease for oil pipes, casings and pipeline pipes, in particular to a formula of high-grade thread sealing grease.

Background

In the process of petroleum drilling and exploration and development, the oil pipe sealing is particularly important, and when the oil pipe is drilled, the oil pipe sealing part is slightly collided and not found out, so that the metal sealing of the oil pipe fails, and the case that the shoulder sealing and the thread sealing fail and perforate is caused. The thread seal is only one of two auxiliary sealing forms of air-tight buckling of the oil pipe, is not a main seal, but is very weak, and damage to any thread can cause the leakage resistance of the oil pipe thread to be reduced.

At present, most of high-grade thread sealing grease commonly used in petroleum pipes is API thread grease, the biggest defect is that oil-based grease gradually volatilizes or deteriorates in the process of high temperature, high pressure or long-term service, so that the thread sealing performance is reduced, and the proposal of a new high-grade sealing grease is very important.

wherein the ternary copolymer block silicone oil accounts for 20-21 parts by weight, the diisocaprylate accounts for 28.0-28.1 parts by weight, the n-octanol accounts for 28.3-28.4 parts by weight, the p-2 accounts for 4.3-4.4 parts by weight, the p-3 accounts for 0.9-1.1 part by weight, the fumarate accounts for 24.6-26.7 parts by weight, the mica powder accounts for 19.8-19.9 parts by weight, the high-purity graphite accounts for 29.7-29.8 parts by weight, the cumene hydroperoxide accounts for 1.9-2.0 parts by weight, and the silicon dioxide accounts for 9-11 parts by weight.

In the further scheme, the method comprises the following steps of,

wherein the p-2 is formed by mixing 1.9kg of ternary polymerization block silicone oil and 0.1kg of p-benzoquinone, and the p-3 is formed by mixing 2.07kg of water, 0.315kg of tetrasodium salt and 6.615kg of methanol.

wherein the ternary copolymer block silicone oil is 21.55 parts by weight, the diisocaprylate is 28.05 parts by weight, the n-octanol is 28.39 parts by weight, the p-2 is 4.38 parts by weight, the p-3 is 1 part by weight, the fumarate is 24.61 parts by weight, the mica powder is 19.87 parts by weight, the high-purity graphite is 29.74 parts by weight, the cumene hydroperoxide is 1.98 parts by weight, and the silicon dioxide is 10 parts by weight.

Has the advantages that:

the high-grade thread sealing grease obtained according to the formula belongs to anaerobic thread grease, and the high-viscosity paste formed by organic high polymer materials is subjected to curing reaction after being buckled to form an elastic sealing ring, so that a leakage gap of threads is blocked, a sealing effect is achieved, and high-pressure fluid and gas are prevented from invading.
