Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of gas-liquid isolators, in particular to an isolator with a height difference correcting function.

Background

Usually, a liquid piston type pressure gauge or a compensation type micro-pressure gauge is used as a standard device to detect (calibrate) a pressure instrument, when a detection medium of the standard device is liquid and a working medium of an object to be detected is gas, an oil-gas isolator needs to be connected between the standard device and the object to be detected, and a high-precision liquid level sensor is arranged in the isolator, so that the liquid level position can be accurately determined, and the height difference of the medium in the isolator can be conveniently corrected.

When the current detection device detects the pressure value of a product, part of special products directly contact with oil to influence the detection data of the product, so that the oil needs to be isolated by using a corresponding isolator, but the current device is not convenient for correcting and adjusting the height difference of gas and liquid in the isolator, thereby reducing the using effect of the detection device; when an operator manually corrects and adjusts the height difference of the gas and the liquid, the height of the liquid is often required to be adjusted, the gas pressure in the isolator is adjusted at the same time, and the adjustment speed is slow, so that the detection efficiency of the whole device on a product is influenced; meanwhile, the current partial pressure detection device often places a plurality of groups of mutually-matched components on the same horizontal table top to detect the accurate pressure value of the product, and the accuracy of detecting the pressure value of the product can not be guaranteed while the occupied space of the device is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to an isolator having a function of correcting a height difference, so as to solve the above-mentioned problems associated with the related art.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides an isolator with a height difference correcting function, which has the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the invention, through the matching use of the weight component, the liquid piston type pressure gauge component, the isolation bin, the mounting pipe, the liquid pressure regulator, the mounting bin, the automatic standard pressure generator, the gas pressure regulator and the liquid level sensor, before an operator uses the detection device, the height of liquid in the isolation bin can be adjusted by using the liquid pressure regulator, the pressure of air in the isolation bin can be adjusted by using the gas pressure regulator, the gas and the liquid are isolated by using the isolation bin, and part of special products can be prevented from being directly contacted with oil, so that the detection precision of the detection device on the products is greatly ensured, which cannot be realized by the traditional isolator, and the use effect of the isolator is improved.

2. According to the invention, through the matching use of the adjusting component, the hand wheel, the first four-way valve and the second four-way valve, on the basis of freely adjusting the height difference of the gas and the liquid in the isolation bin, an operator can control two groups of pistons to move in the same direction in the hydraulic cylinder body and the air pressure cylinder body by directly rotating the hand wheel, so that the air pressure is reduced while the oil pressure in the isolation bin is increased, or the air pressure is increased while the oil pressure in the isolation bin is reduced, thereby quickly adjusting the height difference of the gas and the liquid in the isolation bin to a position close to a specified level, and then accurately adjusting the height difference of the gas and the liquid in the isolation bin to the position of the specified level by the matching of the liquid pressure regulator and the gas pressure regulator, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the device on product detection data.

3. According to the invention, by matching the workbench assembly, the automatic standard pressure generator and the gas-liquid height difference correcting structure, all the assemblies of the device are arranged inside and at the bottom of the installation bin, so that the space occupied by the device is reduced, the height of the detection platform can be quickly adjusted, the working position of the automatic standard pressure generator, the working position of the liquid piston type pressure gauge assembly and an oil-gas interface inside the isolation bin are always kept at the same reference horizontal position, and the pressure value detection accuracy of the detection device on a product is ensured.

The working principle is as follows: before the device is used, a power supply is connected, when a product is detected, firstly, the height difference of gas and liquid in the isolation bin 4 is adjusted and corrected, a weight component 2 corresponding to a detected value is selected to be placed above a liquid piston type pressure gauge component 3, at the moment, the gravity of the weight component 2 can extrude oil in an oil line pipe to the inner bottom of the isolation bin 4, so that the oil surface in the isolation bin 4 is raised, then an operator manually and rapidly rotates a hand wheel 11 anticlockwise, the hand wheel 11 drives a rotating pipe 908 to rotate through the matching of a first bevel gear 909 and a second bevel gear 910, as a limiting sliding strip 911 is clamped in a strip-shaped sliding groove 905, the rotating pipe 908 drives a threaded rod 903 to rotate together, a hydraulic cylinder body 901 and an air pressure cylinder body 907 are fixedly installed at the inner bottom of an installation bin 7, at the moment, the threaded rod 903 is forced to gradually move towards one end of the air pressure cylinder body 907 in the rotating pipe 908 due to thread, the two groups of pistons 902 also gradually move towards one end of the pneumatic cylinder 907, part of oil in the isolation bin 4 is pumped into the hydraulic cylinder 901 in the process, so that the oil level in the isolation bin 4 is lowered, air in the pneumatic cylinder 907 is squeezed into the isolation bin 4 by the pistons 902, the air pressure in the isolation bin 4 is increased, the oil level in the isolation bin 4 is quickly lowered to the position near the middle of the isolation bin 4, then the oil level in the isolation bin 4 is slightly adjusted by the liquid pressure regulator 6 and the gas pressure regulator 12, so that the oil level in the isolation bin 4 can be accurately lowered to a specified horizontal position, the height of the oil level in the isolation bin 4 is fed back in real time by matching with the liquid level sensor 15 in the isolation bin 4, the efficiency of an operator for correcting the height difference of gas and liquid in the isolation bin 4 is improved, and then the automatic standard pressure generator 8 is controlled to detect the air pressure in the isolation bin 4 through the connecting pipes which are connected with each other, determining whether the pressure of the air in the isolation bin 4 is the same as the numerical value marked by the weight component 2, so that the accuracy of the numerical value after the product is detected by the device is ensured; when the product is detected, firstly, the height difference of the gas and the liquid in the isolation bin 4 is corrected according to the operation, then, the bolt 104 is manually unscrewed, the infrared laser lamp 102 is turned on, the height of the detection table 105 is adjusted until the laser emitted by the infrared laser lamp 102 and the oil surface in the isolation bin 4 are on the same plane, then, the bolt 104 is screwed, and finally, the automatic standard pressure generator 8 is used for detecting the product.
