Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of electromechanical equipment of a switch cabinet, and particularly relates to a locking method and device of a switch cabinet and a valve driving device.

Background

The switch cabinet is used as an electrical device and mainly used for opening, closing, controlling and protecting in the power generation, transmission, distribution and electric energy conversion processes of an electric power system. When the handcart is put into operation or routinely overhauled, a handcart of the middle-set switch cabinet often needs to be pulled out of the switch cabinet, and the situation that the primary power supply side of the switch cabinet cannot be powered off exists. In order to remind the maintainer that the high voltage of the primary power supply side of a switch cabinet is electrified, the current solution is that a handcart is pulled out of the cabinet, and then a 'stop step, high voltage danger' signboard is hung, so that when the safety consciousness of the maintainer is thin and illegal or the misoperation opens a switch cabinet valve, the potential safety hazard of electric shock of the maintainer can be caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a locking method and a locking device for a switch cabinet and a valve driving device, which are used for solving the problem that in the prior art, electric shock accidents caused by manual opening of a valve by a maintainer under the condition that a primary power supply side of the switch cabinet is electrified cannot be effectively prevented.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a locking device of a switch cabinet valve driving device, which comprises a live detection module, a limit module and a locking module, wherein the live detection module is used for detecting the live condition of a primary power supply of a switch cabinet, the limit module is used for detecting the pulling-out condition of a handcart in the switch cabinet, the locking module is used for determining whether the switch cabinet valve driving device is locked or not according to the detection results of the live detection module and the limit module, and when the primary power supply of the switch cabinet is detected to be live and the handcart in the switch cabinet is pulled out, the switch cabinet valve driving device is locked.

The invention detects the electrification condition of the primary power supply of the switch cabinet through the arranged electrification detection module, detects the pulling-out condition of the handcart in the switch cabinet through the arranged limit module, automatically and forcibly locks the valve driving device of the switch cabinet when the locking module receives the information of the electrification detection module and the limit module and detects that the primary power supply of the switch cabinet is electrified and the handcart in the switch cabinet is pulled out, thereby preventing electric shock accidents caused by manual opening of the valve by maintainers under the condition that the side of the primary power supply of the switch cabinet is electrified.

As a further limitation to the live detection module, the live detection module comprises: the sensor is used for detecting a signal of a primary power supply of the switch cabinet; and the first processing module is connected with the sensor and used for judging whether the primary power supply of the switch cabinet is electrified or not according to the signal of the primary power supply of the switch cabinet.

Further, the electrified detection module further comprises a first switch, the first switch is connected with the locking module, and the first switch is used for being closed when the first processing module judges that the primary power supply of the switch cabinet is electrified.

As a further limitation to the limit module, the limit module comprises a travel switch or a displacement switch, or a position sensor.

Furthermore, the limiting module further comprises a second processing module and a second switch, the second processing module is in control connection with the second switch, the second switch is connected with the locking module, and the second processing module is used for controlling the second switch to be closed according to the pulling-out information of the handcart in the switch cabinet detected by the travel switch, the displacement switch or the position sensor.

As the further limitation to the locking module, the locking module comprises a lock shell, an electromagnet and a telescopic mechanical spring bolt are installed in the lock shell, the electromagnet is connected in the power supply branch, and the telescopic mechanical spring bolt is used for extending out of the lock shell to lock the valve driving device of the switch cabinet when the electromagnet is electrified.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention also provides a locking method of the switch cabinet valve driving device, which comprises the following steps:

1) detecting the electrification condition of a primary power supply of a switch cabinet and the pulling-out condition of a handcart in the switch cabinet;

2) and when the primary power supply of the switch cabinet is electrified and the handcart in the switch cabinet is pulled out, the valve driving device of the switch cabinet is locked.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention further provides a switch cabinet, which comprises a valve driving device and a locking device for controlling the valve driving device, wherein the locking device comprises a live detection module, a limit module and a locking module, the live detection module is used for detecting the live condition of a primary power supply of the switch cabinet, the limit module is used for detecting the pull-out condition of a handcart in the switch cabinet, the locking module is used for determining whether to lock the switch cabinet valve driving device or not according to the detection results of the live detection module and the limit module, and when the fact that the primary power supply of the switch cabinet is live and the handcart in the switch cabinet is pulled out is detected, the switch cabinet valve driving device is locked.

As a further limitation of the switchgear, the live detection module comprises: the sensor is used for detecting a signal of a primary power supply of the switch cabinet; and the first processing module is connected with the sensor and used for judging whether the primary power supply of the switch cabinet is electrified or not according to the signal of the primary power supply of the switch cabinet.

Further, the electrified detection module further comprises a first switch, the first switch is connected with the locking module, and the first switch is used for being closed when the first processing module judges that the primary power supply of the switch cabinet is electrified.

As a further limitation to the limit module, the limit module comprises a travel switch or a displacement switch, or a position sensor.

Furthermore, the limiting module further comprises a second processing module and a second switch, the second processing module is in control connection with the second switch, the second switch is connected with the locking module, and the second processing module is used for controlling the second switch to be closed according to the pulling-out information of the handcart in the switch cabinet detected by the travel switch, the displacement switch or the position sensor.
