Background

At present, a plurality of knobs are arranged on the fitness equipment such as a running machine and a walking machine, parameters of the fitness equipment can be adjusted and controlled through the knobs, such as speed, and a certain module switch of the fitness equipment can be controlled through the knobs. The traditional knob is generally formed by directly welding an encoder on a PCB (printed circuit board), and then buckling a knob shell on the encoder. The knob with the structure is easy to deflect and collide and rub with surrounding parts, and the hand feeling is not good when the knob is rotated.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention is directed to a rotary knob, a control method thereof and a device including the same, which improve the problems of the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a knob comprises a rotating part and a fixing part, wherein the rotating part is rotatably arranged on the fixing part, a first photoelectric sensor, a second photoelectric sensor and a magnet are arranged on the fixing part, a plurality of first light blocking parts which are distributed at equal intervals along the circumferential direction are arranged on the rotating part, the first light blocking parts are sequentially close to one of the first photoelectric sensor and the second photoelectric sensor and the other one of the first photoelectric sensor and the second photoelectric sensor when the rotating part is rotated, the first light blocking parts cut off a first optical signal of the first photoelectric sensor when approaching the first photoelectric sensor, the first light blocking parts are cut off a first optical signal of the first photoelectric sensor when leaving the first photoelectric sensor, and the first light blocking parts cut off a second optical signal of the second photoelectric sensor when approaching the second photoelectric sensor, and when the first light blocking part leaves the second photoelectric sensor, a second light signal of the second photoelectric sensor is switched on, and the rotating piece is also provided with a circumferential tooth-shaped edge part which is close to the magnet so that any convex tooth of the magnet is attracted by the magnet.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) according to the invention, the magnet and the tooth-shaped edge part are in attraction fit, so that the convex teeth of the tooth-shaped edge part which is about to leave the magnet are attracted by the magnet to generate rotation resistance when a user rotates the rotating piece, and the convex teeth of the tooth-shaped edge part which is about to approach the magnet are attracted by the magnet to generate rotation assistance, thereby generating a very interesting experience, having excellent rotation hand feeling and stronger interaction experience feeling; when the user releases his hand, the rotor will rotate slightly, causing the cam with the toothed edge closest to the magnet to rotate to the side of the magnet.
