A pet underpants type diaper comprising a liquid-permeable surface layer, a liquid-impermeable but breathable back layer, a core for absorbing excrement, and an elastic waist for wearing, characterized in that: the pet excrement absorbing core is characterized in that a tail hole is formed in the core body for absorbing excrement, tail hole notches matched with the tail hole are formed in the liquid-permeable surface layer and the liquid-impermeable but breathable back surface layer, the tail hole is cut out through a cutter or formed through demolding, a notch flanging is formed at the tail hole notch, and the position of the tail hole corresponds to the position of a tail of a pet.

2) cutting the core body absorbing the excrement into required length by a first core body cutter;

3) combining a liquid permeable surface layer, a core body for absorbing excrement and a liquid impermeable back layer;

4) a second incision cutter is used for cutting tail hole incisions matched with the tail holes on the liquid-permeable surface layer and the liquid-impermeable back surface layer.

5) Forming a middle absorption part by a third cutter, integrally forming a middle absorber of the underpants type paper diaper, and then entering a closed system of a finished product welding process to finish the integral forming of the underpants type paper diaper;

6) finally, the finished product cutter is used for manufacturing the finished product of the underpants type paper diaper.

5. The method for manufacturing a pants-type diaper for pet as claimed in claim 4, wherein: and (2) forming a tail hole on the core body for absorbing the excrement in the step 1) by cutting with a knife or demolding with a mold.

A method of using the pet underpants type diaper as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps: the front and back directions of the underwear type paper diaper are accurately found, two rear legs of the pet are held by two hands, the underwear type paper diaper is sleeved with the pants type paper diaper, then the underwear type paper diaper is pulled upwards to the bottom, and finally the tail of the pet is taken out from the tail hole and the tail hole cut opening.

Background

At present, paper sanitary articles for pets are generally diaper, but the diaper for pets has the following defects;

2. the diaper is not easy to wear when a pet wears the diaper, the magic waist tape is easy to stick to hair of the pet, and the strength of the waist tape can be reduced or even the diaper can not be used. The pet diaper with the magic buckle is easy to scrape pet hair, the hooked hair is cleaned and adhered firmly, otherwise, the adhesion strength is reduced and the pet diaper is easy to fall;

3. if the owner does not wear the pet well, the pet is uncomfortable, the underwear type paper diaper is easy to bite, and then the user can think that the picture is very messy;

4. the large dog is not suitable for wearing pet paper diapers, has no elasticity, is not close to the skin and is easy to fall off. In view of the above problems, pants-type diapers are a good choice, but at present, there is no special pants-type diaper for pets on the market, and pets usually have tails, and conventional pants-type diapers are completely unsuitable for pets.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the attached drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a pet pants-type diaper includes a liquid-permeable surface layer 1, a liquid-impermeable but breathable back surface layer 2, a core 3 that absorbs excrement, and an elastic waist 4 for wearing. The core body 3 for absorbing excrement is provided with a tail hole 5, the liquid permeable surface layer 1 and the liquid impermeable but breathable back surface layer 2 are both provided with tail hole notches 6 matched with the tail hole 5, the tail hole 5 is formed through demoulding, notch flanges 7 are formed at the tail hole notches 6, and the position of the tail hole 5 corresponds to the position of a tail of a pet. The tail hole notch 6 is a U-shaped notch with a forward opening, the tail hole 5 is an oval tail hole, the width of the notch flanging 7 is smaller than that of the tail hole 5, and the length of the notch flanging 7 is smaller than that of the tail hole 5. The core body 3 for absorbing excrement is formed with a tail hole 5, then is combined with the liquid-permeable surface layer 1 and the liquid-impermeable but breathable back surface layer 2, and then a tail hole cut 6 is cut on the liquid-permeable surface layer 1 and the liquid-impermeable but breathable back surface layer 2.

A method for manufacturing a pet underpants type paper diaper comprises the following steps:

1) forming a tail hole on the core body for absorbing excrement;

2) cutting the core body absorbing the excrement into required length by a first core body cutter;

3) combining a liquid permeable surface layer, a core body for absorbing excrement and a liquid impermeable back layer;

4) cutting a tail hole cut matched with the tail hole on the liquid-permeable surface layer and the liquid-impermeable back surface layer by a second cut cutter;

5) forming a diaper with a surface layer, a back layer and an absorption core body by a third cutter;

6) compounding an inner lining cloth b, an outer lining cloth a and an elastic telescopic material c (spandex filaments, natural rubber and the like) into an elastic waistline 4 by using glue through a glue machine auxiliary device;

7) the diaper with the tail hole is filled with a continuous strip compound which is subjected to 90-degree steering positioning pitch and elastic waistline compounding and is laid flatly;

8) folding the continuous strip of composite laid flat in half transversely along the centerline as shown in fig. 4 so that the front and rear edges are aligned;

9) the folded continuous strip-shaped compound enters a trouser hem welding device (a heat seal or ultrasonic device) to weld the trouser hem at the trouser hem welding part;

10) finally, the folded continuous strips welded at the specific pitch position are cut off and formed into single underpants type paper diapers at the finished product cutting position e through a fourth finished product cutter device.

And (3) forming a tail hole on the core body for absorbing the excrement in the step 1) by cutting with a knife or demolding with a mold.

A using method of a pet underpants type paper diaper comprises the following steps: the front and back directions of the underwear type paper diaper are accurately found, two rear legs of the pet are held by two hands, the underwear type paper diaper is sleeved with the pants type paper diaper, then the underwear type paper diaper is pulled upwards to the bottom, and finally the tail of the pet is taken out from the tail hole and the tail hole cut opening.
