Background

The conveyor belt conveyor refers to a machine for conveying products by utilizing endless movement of a conveyor belt. In use, the products are placed on the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt drives the products to move synchronously, and the products are conveyed to corresponding positions.

In the manufacturing process of the cigarette, the processing parameters of each kind of cigarette are different, and in the prior art, the parameters of production equipment are adjusted to meet the processing requirements of different kinds of cigarettes. However, in the case of winding a fine cigarette, it is necessary to adjust the length of the tobacco shreds in addition to the parameters of the production equipment, otherwise, the filament yield of the tobacco shreds is high, the structural uniformity is poor, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of the specified weight standard, hardness, suction resistance and end shred dropping amount of the single cigarette manufactured by winding the fine cigarette, resulting in a low yield of the fine cigarette. In order to improve the finished product rate of the fine cigarette rolling, a flexible filament cutter is added, and the filament cutter can cut filaments, so that the finished product rate of the fine cigarette rolling is greatly improved. However, the separate arrangement of a fine cigarette production line with a filament cutter can greatly increase the production cost. The tobacco shred cutting machine is separately arranged in the production line, and when the thin cigarette is produced, the tobacco shred enters other equipment after passing through the tobacco shred cutting machine, so that the production line cost can be saved, but the defects of occupying larger production space and increasing the production cost are also overcome.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:
