1. A multi-purpose food blending machine, comprising:

the device comprises a machine body, a first clamping device and a second clamping device, wherein a containing chamber with an opening at the upper end is limited in the machine body;

the rotating ring can be pivotally arranged at the opening and can rotate around the axis of the rotating ring relative to the machine body;

the first rotary driving mechanism is arranged on the machine body and used for driving the rotation to rotate around the axis of the first rotary driving mechanism;

the pan body is inserted into the rotating ring and can rotate along with the rotating ring;

the stirring head extends into the pot body and can rotate around the axis of the stirring head, and the axis of the stirring head is positioned between the inner side wall of the pot body and the center of the pot body; and

and the second rotary driving mechanism is arranged on the machine body and used for driving the stirring head to rotate around the axis of the stirring head so as to stir the food in the pot.

Background

In life, some food materials (including but not limited to starch food materials and egg food materials) need to be stirred by a stirrer and then eaten directly or cooked. When the existing stirrer works, the food in the middle area in the pot is stirred only through the stirring head, and when the stirrer stirs the liquid food with good fluidity, the stirring requirement can be basically met, but for the pasty food with high viscosity, as the stirrer only stirs the fixed area in the pot, the situation that part of pasty food (for example, the part stuck to the edge of the pot) cannot be stirred easily exists, and finally the food is unevenly stirred, so that the taste or the subsequent cooking effect is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a multipurpose food stirrer, aiming at automatically and uniformly stirring food materials.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a multipurpose food mixer, comprising:

the device comprises a machine body, a first clamping device and a second clamping device, wherein a containing chamber with an opening at the upper end is limited in the machine body;

the rotating ring can be pivotally arranged at the opening and can rotate around the axis of the rotating ring relative to the machine body;

the first rotary driving mechanism is arranged on the machine body and used for driving the rotation to rotate around the axis of the first rotary driving mechanism;

the pan body is inserted into the rotating ring and can rotate along with the rotating ring;

the stirring head extends into the pot body and can rotate around the axis of the stirring head, and the axis of the stirring head is positioned between the inner side wall of the pot body and the center of the pot body; and

and the second rotary driving mechanism is arranged on the machine body and used for driving the stirring head to rotate around the axis of the stirring head so as to stir the food in the pot.

The body 1 defines inside it a housing chamber 11 open at the upper end, preferably circular in shape; the rotating ring 2 can be pivotally arranged at the opening and can rotate around the axis of the rotating ring relative to the machine body 1; the first rotary driving mechanism 3 is arranged on the machine body 1 and used for driving the rotary ring 2 to rotate around the axis of the rotary ring; the pan body 4 is inserted in the rotating ring 2 and can rotate along with the rotating ring 2; the stirring head 5 extends into the pot body 4 and can rotate around the axis of the stirring head, and the axis of the stirring head 5 is positioned between the inner side wall of the pot body 4 and the center of the pot body 4; the second rotary driving mechanism 6 is arranged on the machine body 1 and used for driving the stirring head 5 to rotate around the axis of the stirring head so as to stir the food in the pot. Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a heating device 7 is disposed in the accommodating chamber 11, and after the heating device 7 is powered on, the pot body 4 can be heated, so as to cook (such as braising, boiling or cooking) the food material in the pot body 4, thereby increasing the use function of the invention, and a mode of heating while stirring can be selected, so as to avoid coking of the bottom of the pot.

It can be understood that the heating device 7 can be disposed in the position of the accommodating chamber 11 below the pot body 4, and also can be disposed in the position of the accommodating chamber 11 corresponding to the circumferential direction of the pot body 4, and how to dispose and control the heating device 7 to work can refer to the disposition and control manner of the existing electric rice cooker (i.e. can be controlled by the control system). It should be noted that, since the pot 4 rotates during the operation, in order to avoid the mutual abrasion between the pot 4 and the heating device 7, there is preferably a gap (i.e. no contact) between the heating device 7 and the pot 4, and of course, the gap cannot be too large to avoid affecting the heating effect.

In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the first rotary driving mechanism 3 can have various embodiments, and in a preferred embodiment, the peripheral wall of the rotating ring 2 is formed with teeth (not shown) distributed circumferentially, the first rotary driving mechanism 3 includes a first motor 32 mounted on the machine body 1 and a gear 31 mounted on the rotating shaft of the first motor 32, the gear 31 is engaged with the teeth of the rotating ring 2, and when the first motor 32 is powered on, the gear 31 drives the rotating ring 2 to rotate. Of course, the first motor 32 can also drive the rotating ring 2 to rotate through a belt transmission. Specifically, the distances between the lower scraping shaft 52 and the bottom wall of the pot body 4 and between the side scraping shaft 53 and the inner side wall of the pot body 4 are 0.1 ~ 3 mm, preferably less than 2 mm, so as to better scrape the food materials on the bottom wall and the inner side wall of the pot body 4, and particularly, the materials adhered to the inner side wall and the bottom wall of the pot body 4 can be peeled off in the half-cooked stage of the sticky food materials, so that the food materials are uniformly heated, and the condition of local coking is avoided.

In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, the number and length of the lower scraping shafts 52 can be determined according to the stirring requirement. In an embodiment of the present invention, there are four lower scraping shafts 52, and four lower scraping shafts 52 are perpendicular to each other two by two. The number of the four lower scraping shafts 52 may be equal, or two opposite lower scraping shafts may be the same or different. For example, as shown in fig. 8, when the four lower scraping shafts 52 are the same in length and are opposite to each other two by two, the trajectory formed by the four side scraping shafts 53 in the working process is relatively sparse and is suitable for stirring and/or cooking soup, pasty and thin liquid food. As shown in fig. 9, two opposite lower scraping shafts 52 are equal in length and two adjacent lower scraping shafts are different in length, the four side scraping shafts 53 form a trajectory in the working process, and the trajectory density is medium, so that the four side scraping shafts are suitable for stirring and/or cooking water-boiling powdery food materials (such as cake food materials). As shown in fig. 10, two lower scraping shafts 52 are opposite and equal in length, and the other two lower scraping shafts are opposite but not equal in length, the four side scraping shafts 53 form a trajectory line in the working process, and the trajectory line density is high, so that the four side scraping shafts are suitable for stirring and/or cooking various food materials (such as western cake food materials).
