1. A jig splitting and combining device is characterized by comprising a base, an opening and closing platform, an opening unit and a closing unit;

the opening and closing platform comprises a jig groove position, a jig sliding rail and a basket groove position which are sequentially and continuously arranged on the base, and lifting platforms which can be lifted are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the jig groove position and the basket groove position;

the die opening unit comprises a die opening push rod which is arranged on the base and can reciprocate along the direction of the jig slide rail, and the die opening push rod is positioned at the end part of the jig groove position;

the die closing unit comprises a die closing push rod which is arranged on the base and can reciprocate along the direction of the jig slide rail, the die closing push rod is located at the end part of the lifting basket groove, and the die closing push rod is a long tongue-shaped plate.

The jig splitting and combining device according to claim 1, wherein the mold closing unit comprises a supporting beam disposed on the base, the supporting beam is supported below the mold closing push rod, and at least two limiting wheels are disposed on the supporting beam and located on two sides of the mold closing push rod respectively.

The jig splitting and combining device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the jig slot and the basket slot are jig-shaped slot and basket-shaped slot surrounded by raised strips at corners, the height of the mold opening push rod is not higher than that of the raised strips, and the height of the mold closing push rod is consistent with that of the mold opening push rod.

The jig splitting assembly device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping unit comprises a clamping driving source, a clamping slide rail and a clamping bracket, the clamping driving source and the clamping slide rail are both arranged on the base, the clamping slide rail is parallel to the jig slide rail, the clamping bracket is arranged on the clamping slide rail and connected with a free end of the clamping driving source, and the clamping is arranged on the clamping bracket.

The invention relates to a splitting and combining device, in particular to a jig splitting and combining device.

Background

In the production process of electronic components, a jig is often used for assisting production so as to improve the production efficiency. However, after the jig is used, some stains usually appear, and if the jig is not cleaned in time, the product is continuously contaminated, so that the quality of the product is abnormal. In some processes, the used jig has multiple layers, and needs to be disassembled layer by layer when being cleaned, and needs to be assembled layer by layer after the cleaning is finished. Generally, the manual cost and the time cost are high, and the efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a jig splitting and combining device which can automatically complete the splitting and combining of a jig, and has the advantages of high automation degree and operation efficiency, simple structure and low cost.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a jig splitting and combining device which comprises a base, an opening and closing platform, an opening unit and a closing unit; the opening and closing platform comprises a jig groove position, a jig sliding rail and a basket groove position which are sequentially and continuously arranged on the base, and lifting platforms which can be lifted are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the jig groove position and the basket groove position; the die opening unit comprises a die opening push rod which is arranged on the base and can reciprocate along the direction of the jig slide rail, and the die opening push rod is positioned at the end part of the jig groove position; the die closing unit comprises a die closing push rod which is arranged on the base and can reciprocate along the direction of the jig slide rail, the die closing push rod is located at the end part of the lifting basket groove, and the die closing push rod is a long tongue-shaped plate.

Preferably, the mold closing unit comprises a bearing beam arranged on the base, the bearing beam is supported below the mold closing push rod, and at least two limiting wheels are arranged on the bearing beam and are respectively located on two sides of the mold closing push rod.

Preferably, the number of the limiting wheels is four.

Preferably, the jig slot position and the basket lifting slot position are respectively a jig-shaped slot position and a basket lifting slot position which are formed by surrounding of the raised lines at the corners, the height of the die opening push rod is not higher than that of the raised lines, and the height of the die closing push rod is consistent with that of the die opening push rod.

Preferably, the bottom of the jig groove position and the bottom of the basket lifting groove position are hollowed out, and the lifting platform is arranged at the hollowed-out positions at the bottoms of the jig groove position and the basket lifting groove position respectively.

Preferably, the jig slide rail is two parallel slide ways, and the distance between the two slide ways is consistent with the width of the part to be cleaned of the jig.

Preferably, the die sinking unit includes riser, die sinking driving source, die sinking slide rail and die sinking support, the riser sets up on the base, die sinking driving source and die sinking slide rail set up on the riser, the die sinking slide rail is on a parallel with the tool slide rail, the die sinking support sets up on the die sinking slide rail, and is connected with the free end of die sinking driving source, the die sinking push rod sets up on the die sinking support.

Preferably, a plurality of mold opening sensors for acquiring position information of the mold opening push rod and limiting the limit position of the mold opening push rod are arranged on the vertical plate along the direction of the mold opening slide rail.

Preferably, the mold closing unit comprises a mold closing driving source, a mold closing slide rail and a mold closing support, the mold closing driving source and the mold closing slide rail are both arranged on the base, the mold closing slide rail is parallel to the jig slide rail, the mold closing support is arranged on the mold closing slide rail and connected with the free end of the mold closing driving source, and the mold closing is arranged on the mold closing support.

Preferably, the base is provided with a plurality of clamping sensors for acquiring position information of clamping and limiting limit positions of the clamping sensors along the direction of the clamping slide rail.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention can not only split the different layers of the jig layer by layer and fill the jig into the basket, but also push the different layers of the jig layer by layer from the basket and combine the different layers onto the bottom layer of the jig, and has the advantages of high automation degree and operation efficiency, simple structure and low cost.

2. The lifting platform is arranged, so that the heights of the lifting basket and the jig can be changed, and the layer-by-layer operation can be realized.

3. According to the invention, the long and short mold closing push rod is arranged, so that the fixture can penetrate through the lifting basket and can be pushed to the bottom layer of the fixture at a far position, and automatic mold closing is realized.
