With the increasing emphasis on environmental protection, people expect more and more plastic products to be degradable so as to reduce the pollution to the environment.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the polylactic acid film-polylactic acid nonwoven fabric comprises a polylactic acid film layer 200 and a polylactic acid nonwoven fabric layer 100 in this order from top to bottom, and the polylactic acid film layer 200 and the polylactic acid nonwoven fabric layer 100 are bonded together by melting at the same phase.

The production process of the polylactic acid film and polylactic acid composite non-woven fabric comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing polylactic acid non-woven fabric;

(2) melting the polylactic acid particles;

(3) and (3) casting the polylactic acid melted in the step (2) into a film, and using a die with a T-shaped outlet during casting. The T-shaped outlet is a structure with a large front end and a flat and wide rear end, and molten materials enter a die from the large front end and are extruded from the flat and wide rear end. The production line of the above-mentioned polylactic acid film composite polylactic acid non-woven fabrics of preparation, including unwinding device 1, tension adjusting device 2, first corona treatment device 3, curtain coating equipment complex, compound fastness hoisting device 4, second corona treatment device 5, the coiling mechanism 6 that set up in order, curtain coating equipment complex includes melting extrusion device 7 and compounding machine 8 in proper order, the exit of melting extrusion device 7 is the mould 9 of taking T type export.

The finished product of the invention is environment-friendly and degradable, the process method is ingenious and simple, the polylactic acid film is compounded on the cloth cover of the polylactic acid non-woven fabric through an innovative method, the obtained finished product is environment-friendly and degradable, has no pollution, is very environment-friendly, has good compounding fastness, good flatness of two ends of the roll forest, good film surface uniformity during casting, no adhesion of the finished product, strong practicability and worth popularizing.
