The urbanization process of rural areas in China is accelerated day by day, but matched service facilities are not perfect, and particularly, with the remarkable improvement of the living standard of rural areas, the daily consumption types of common people are more abundant, so that the yield of domestic garbage which is a consumption byproduct is increased day by day. The existing agricultural waste treatment mode has many problems. For example, incineration of waste not only wastes resources, but also causes serious environmental pollution due to a large amount of incineration; or the wastes are randomly piled up, the storage of the wastes is not standard, and effective protective covering measures are not carried out, so that a large amount of available nutrients are washed away with rainwater to cause loss, and the environment such as a water body is polluted. Secondly, the existing agricultural waste treatment mode is not scientific enough, the waste is simply piled up, the fermentation and the decomposition are not sufficient, the waste carries a large amount of harmful pathogenic bacteria, and the production safety of agriculture and people is harmed.

Through the development of many years, the garbage disposal system of a large city is basically formed, but the garbage collection, transportation and disposal system of a novel town is not perfect, and many places even blank. With the introduction of ecological civilization construction, the related problems about the treatment of waste in villages and towns and rural areas have become the hot spots of people's attention. The unreasonable disposal mode of a large amount of agricultural wastes has caused great pressure on the ecological environment of China, the development of modern agriculture is severely restricted, and scientific and ordered treatment is urgently needed. A considerable part of the solid wastes in villages and towns and rural areas are organic wastes, including kitchen wastes, crop straws, animal wastes and the like, contain a large amount of organic matters, are raw materials for producing organic fertilizers, and can be used as the organic fertilizers for agricultural utilization after being innoxious.
