1. The environment-friendly water-based nano pearlescent ink is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 15-30 parts of pearlescent pigment, 30-60 parts of connecting material, 25-35 parts of solvent, 5-15 parts of filler and 1-3 parts of auxiliary agent, wherein the particle fineness of the pearlescent pigment is less than or equal to 20 mu m.

2) taking the pretreated glass flakes, preparing a suspension with 10 times of weight of ionized water, adding 80% of urea according to the formula weight, stirring and heating, adding 20% of urea according to the formula weight into a titanium tetrachloride solution, dropwise adding the titanium tetrachloride solution into the glass flake suspension, washing with distilled water for 3-5 times after dropwise adding, carrying out suction filtration, drying for 4 hours at 100 ℃, heating and calcining for 1-3 hours, and measuring the whiteness to obtain the pearlescent pigment.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the pearlescent pigment is prepared by the following preparation steps:

1) pretreating, namely cleaning the glass flakes by adopting a sodium carbonate solution with the mass concentration of 5% at the solid-liquid mass ratio of 1:20 at the temperature of 40-45 ℃, removing impurities in the glass flakes for 24 hours, activating and polarizing the surfaces of the glass flakes, and then filtering, washing and drying to obtain purified glass flakes;

2) taking the pretreated glass flakes, preparing a suspension with 10 times of weight of ionized water, adding 80% of urea according to the formula weight, stirring and heating, adding 20% of urea according to the formula weight into a titanium tetrachloride solution, dropwise adding the titanium tetrachloride solution into the glass flake suspension, washing with distilled water for 3-5 times after dropwise adding, carrying out suction filtration, drying for 4 hours at 100 ℃, heating and calcining for 1-3 hours, and measuring the whiteness to obtain the pearlescent pigment.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the environment-friendly aqueous nano pearlescent ink disclosed by the invention is simple in formula components, can show the luster of pearls and metals on a printing material, is free from organic solvent discharge in the printing process, does not cause pollution to the environment, and has the characteristics of good adhesion, friction resistance and good scratch resistance.
