(2) When the water level is below the first liquid level switch, the control device controls the water outlet electromagnetic valve and the air inlet electromagnetic valve to be in a closed state, the check electromagnetic valve on the horizontal pipe network is in an open state, and controls the pump body connected with the vacuum pump to be opened, at the moment, the vacuum pump vacuumizes the interior of the tank body of the water storage tank, and the water-gas mixture in the underground horizontal pipe network can continuously flow into the tank body until the water level in the tank body reaches the second liquid level switch;

(3) when the water level reaches a second liquid level switch, the second liquid level switch is triggered to communicate with the control device, and the control device firstly controls a pump body valve between the vacuum pump and the tank body to be closed and cuts off the vacuum pumping state of the vacuum pump and the tank body; meanwhile, the non-return electromagnetic valve on the horizontal pipe network is controlled to be closed, so that the tank body is in a sealed and closed state; then the water outlet electromagnetic valve on the water outlet pipeline is opened, the normal pressure of air is gradually restored in the tank body after the water outlet electromagnetic valve is opened, but the water outlet channel is arranged at the bottom, on one hand, air inlet is required to be completed to restore the internal air pressure, on the other hand, water is required to be discharged to the outside, so the water flow is slow; by thus arranging the drainage efficiency in the tank body is increased;

(4) when the water level in the tank body drops below the first liquid level switch, the water outlet electromagnetic valve and the air inlet electromagnetic valve are triggered to be closed, the non-return electromagnetic valve on the horizontal pipe network and the pump body valve for communicating the vacuum pump with the tank body are opened, and the vacuum pump is always in an idle state, when the pump body valve is opened, the vacuum pump immediately enters a working state, the water storage tank is vacuumized, the preheating time and the like of the vacuum pump are reduced, the working efficiency can be effectively increased, the circulating state that the vacuum pump is always opened and closed is stopped, and the probability of generating faults of the vacuum pump is reduced; and after the vacuum pump pumps the water-vapor mixture in the horizontal pipe network into the tank body, the vacuum preloading automatic drainage work of the underground water can be completed in a circulating reciprocating manner.
