A steel pipe pile assembly, comprising: at least two steel pipe piles arranged in parallel and a locking notch pair matched with the steel pipe piles; wherein, two locking notches in each locking notch pair are arranged in axial symmetry relative to the steel pipe pile matched with the locking notches; the locking notches on two adjacent steel pipe piles are mutually occluded and sealed, so that the two steel pipe piles are integrated and the gap between the two steel pipe piles is sealed.

2. The steel pipe pile assembly according to claim 1, wherein the locking notches of the locking notch pair are each a hot rolled sleeve type locking notch.

3. The steel pipe pile assembly according to claim 1, wherein the locking notches of two adjacent steel pipe piles are sealed in an interlocking seal mode by: and sealing the overlapped part of the mutually occluded locking notches by adopting a full-length welding line.

4. The steel pipe pile assembly according to claim 1, wherein the steel pipe pile is made of Q345B, and the steel pipe pile has a wall thickness of 12mm to 16 mm.

5. The steel pipe pile assembly according to claim 4, wherein the steel pipe pile has an outer diameter of 700mm to 800 mm.

6. The steel pipe pile assembly according to claim 1, comprising: the steel pipe piles are arranged in parallel, and a reinforcing ring plate is arranged at the top of the steel pipe pile in the middle.

transporting the prefabricated steel pipe pile assembly of any one of claims 1-8 to a construction site;

the following steps are carried out on each side of the foundation pit:

when the steel pipe pile assembly is lifted to be in place, arranging a guide frame at a designed pile position to control the pile sinking verticality of the steel pipe pile assembly;

and performing pile sinking construction on the steel pipe pile assembly.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of enclosure system construction, in particular to a steel pipe pile assembly, a foundation pit enclosure structure and a construction method of the foundation pit enclosure structure.

Background

At present, the deep foundation pit support structure design mostly adopts a traditional support system, and the main support system comprises the following two types: 1) the construction process of the cast-in-situ bored pile and waterproof curtain enclosure system is developed well, but the slurry treatment has certain problems and also has the quality hidden troubles of hole expansion, pile position deviation and the like; 2) the steel pipe pile and the waterproof curtain enclosure system have the advantages that the steel pipe pile has the advantages of thin wall driving and unobvious soil squeezing effect, but the steel pipe pile essentially still belongs to a separated row pile enclosure structure, and the waterproof curtain needs to be arranged outside a pit.

Therefore, how to keep the advantages of the traditional enclosure system process and make up for the defects is of great significance to improve the deep foundation pit enclosure structure.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a steel pipe pile assembly, a foundation pit support structure and a construction method thereof, so as to make up for the defects of a foundation pit support system in the traditional process.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a steel pipe pile assembly, including: at least two steel pipe piles arranged in parallel and a locking notch pair matched with the steel pipe piles; wherein, two locking notches in each locking notch pair are arranged in axial symmetry relative to the steel pipe pile matched with the locking notches; the locking notches on two adjacent steel pipe piles are mutually occluded and sealed, so that the two steel pipe piles are integrated and the gap between the two steel pipe piles is sealed.

Optionally, in the steel pipe pile assembly, the locking notches in the locking notch pairs are all hot-rolled sleeve type locking notches.

Optionally, in the steel pipe pile assembly, the manner of sealing in the mutual engagement sealing of the locking notches of the two adjacent steel pipe piles is as follows: and sealing the overlapped part of the mutually occluded locking notches by adopting a full-length welding line.

Optionally, in the steel pipe pile assembly, the steel pipe pile is made of Q345B, and the wall thickness of the steel pipe pile is 12mm to 16 mm.

Optionally, in the steel pipe pile assembly, the outer diameter of the steel pipe pile is 700mm to 800 mm.

Detailed Description

The steel pipe pile assembly, the foundation pit support structure and the construction method thereof according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.

Please refer to fig. 2, which is a top view of a steel pipe pile assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the steel pipe pile assembly includes: at least two steel pipe piles 1 arranged in parallel and a locking notch pair matched with the steel pipe piles 1; wherein, two locking notches 2 in each locking notch pair are arranged in axial symmetry relative to the steel pipe pile 1 matched with the locking notches; the locking notches 2 on two adjacent steel pipe piles 1 are mutually occluded and sealed, so that the two steel pipe piles 1 are integrated and the gap between the two steel pipe piles 1 is sealed. The number of the steel pipe piles 1 in the concrete steel pipe pile assembly is not limited, the actual number is selected according to the number of the steel pipe piles 1 required on one side of a foundation pit, and then the locking notch pairs with the matched number are correspondingly selected, and the mutual interlocking sealing of the locking notches 2 on the two adjacent steel pipe piles 1 is completed in the stage of prefabricating the steel pipe pile assembly, so that all the steel pipe piles 1 form an integral steel pipe pile enclosure system integrating subsequent soil retaining and anti-permeability performances into a whole through the interlocking and lapping of the locking notches 2. Preferably, the locking notches 2 in the locking notch pairs are all hot-rolled sleeve type locking notches.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, fig. 4 is a partial schematic view of the steel pipe pile assembly when the locking notches of two adjacent steel pipe piles are engaged and sealed with each other. The interengaging seal comprises two parts: 1) mutually occluded; 2) and sealing after occlusion. The mutual engagement is the engagement and opposite insertion process of the two locking notches 2, and aims to combine the two separated steel pipe piles 1 into a whole; the sealing after occlusion is to seal the gap still existing after occlusion, and the purpose is to avoid the problem that the gap existing after occlusion has water seepage in the subsequent foundation pit support structure. In this embodiment, the manner of sealing in the mutual engagement sealing of the locking notches 2 on the two adjacent steel pipe piles 1 is as follows: the lap joint part of the locking openings 2 which are mutually occluded is sealed and reinforced by adopting a full-length welding line, so that the sealing and water stopping effects among the steel pipes are met.

In this embodiment, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 3, and fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a single steel pipe pile in a steel pipe pile assembly when the single steel pipe pile and a locking opening pair are configured in a matching manner. Fig. 3 is a side view of the steel pipe pile assembly. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the steel pipe pile assembly includes three steel pipe piles 1, the number of pairs of corresponding locking openings configured with the steel pipe piles 1 is three, and each pair of locking openings 2 is configured with one steel pipe pile 1. Specifically, each steel pipe pile 1 is made of a steel plate with the wall thickness of 14mm to form a spiral welded pipe, and two single steel pipe piles 1 are connected in an occluded overlapping mode through locking notches 2 welded to the two sides of each steel pipe pile 1 to form an integral steel pipe pile. Preferably, the three steel pipe piles 1 are arranged in parallel, and a reinforcing ring plate 3 with the thickness of 14mm is arranged at the top of the middle steel pipe pile 1 to improve the hoisting capacity; and welding the lug in 3 both sides of reinforcing ring plate as the hoisting point of steel-pipe pile subassembly in order to improve the hoist and mount ability, reinforcing ring plate 3 also is as the working face of pile sinking equipment anchor clamps simultaneously, convenient construction.

Further, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 4; as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the steel pipe pile is made of Q345B, and the wall thickness of the steel pipe pile is 12mm to 16 mm; the outer diameter D of the steel pipe pile is 700-800 mm, and the corresponding size is selected according to engineering requirements; in the embodiment, the outer diameter D of the steel pipe pile is 800 mm; b is the effective width of the steel pipe pile, which is equal to the outer diameter D of the steel pipe pile and the total width B of the hot-rolled sleeve type locking notch, wherein the total width B of the hot-rolled sleeve type locking notch is the total width of two engaged hot-rolled sleeve type locking notches, and the proper size is designed according to the selected steel pipe pile; t is the thickness of the hot-rolled sleeve type locking notch, and the proper size can be designed according to the selected steel pipe pile.

In another embodiment, the invention further provides a foundation pit support structure, which comprises a plurality of steel pipe pile assemblies as described above, so as to perform foundation pit support construction. Specifically, the construction process of the foundation pit support structure is as follows: hot-rolling sleeve type locking notch welding is carried out simultaneously in a steel pipe pile prefabricating factory to realize prefabrication of a steel pipe pile assembly; and then, the prefabricated steel pipe pile assembly is transported to a construction site through a transport vehicle, the truck crane is matched with pile machine equipment, lifting lugs of the reinforcing ring plate are used for lifting and positioning, meanwhile, a guide frame is arranged at a designed pile position to control pile sinking verticality of the steel pipe pile assembly, and finally, a resonance-free hydraulic vibration hammer is selected for carrying out primary pile sinking operation to complete construction of the steel pipe pile assembly on one side of the foundation pit, so that the foundation pit support structure with accurate positioning, simple process and soil blocking and permeability resistance in an integrated manner under a complex environment is realized. In the whole construction process, each side of the foundation pit is hoisted once and sunk once, the construction of a steel pipe pile assembly is completed once, the whole process is simple, and the construction speed is high.

The steel pipe pile assembly provided by the invention is used for construction of a foundation pit enclosure structure system, and has the following advantages:

1) the locking notch pairs are arranged on the steel pipe piles in a matched mode, and locking notches on two adjacent steel pipe piles are mutually occluded and sealed to form a good water stopping effect;

2) the steel pipe pile assembly is adopted for pile sinking construction, the field process is simple, and the construction speed is high;

3) the method has the advantages of low requirement on construction sites, low pollution to surrounding environment and high greening construction degree.
