Background

The traditional prefabricated concrete building is a reinforced concrete structure building which is formed by assembling a part or all of main structures by adopting prefabricated concrete components. Referring to fig. 1, the existing prefabricated composite slab installation and construction method is that, firstly, a full hall scaffold 201 is erected on a floor 103 of a floor to be installed to an installation height, and a batten 202 and a plywood 203 are arranged on the full hall scaffold 201; secondly, when the prefabricated composite slab 300 is hoisted to the height of 1 meter away from the installation position by hoisting equipment such as a tower crane, and the like, the installation direction and the installation position of the prefabricated composite slab 300 are adjusted by standing; and finally, finely adjusting the prefabricated composite slab 300 by means of crowbars, manual movement and the like in cooperation with the movement of a tower crane trolley to finish the installation. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problems of construction efficiency and installation precision of prefabricated laminated slab installation, structural damage of prefabricated laminated slabs caused by crowbars and potential personal safety hazards caused by the crowbars.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a prefabricated composite slab mounting and adjusting device which comprises an angle-shaped connecting piece, wherein the angle-shaped connecting piece comprises a horizontal plate piece and a vertical plate piece, a vertical supporting piece penetrates through the horizontal plate piece, the bottom end of the vertical supporting piece is connected with a bottom plate, an adjusting bolt is connected between the horizontal plate piece and the bottom plate and can adjust the height of the vertical supporting piece in the vertical direction, the top end of the vertical supporting piece is connected with a top plate, a fine adjustment trolley is placed on the top plate and can move and adjust in the horizontal direction, and a baffle plate for preventing the fine adjustment trolley from falling is arranged on the top plate.

Further, according to the prefabricated composite slab mounting and adjusting device provided by the invention, the adjusting bolt comprises a screw rod fixed on the horizontal plate and extending out of the bottom plate, and an adjusting nut connected with the screw rod, and the adjusting nut is positioned on the outer side surface of the bottom plate.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention also provides a prefabricated composite slab mounting method, the prefabricated composite slab mounting and adjusting device is fixed on a vertical wall body through a vertical plate of the angle-shaped connecting piece, a buffer piece is placed on the fine adjustment trolley, the prefabricated composite slab is hoisted onto the buffer piece, the height of the vertical support piece in the vertical direction is adjusted through the extension or shortening of an adjusting bolt so as to adjust the height position of the prefabricated composite slab, and the position of the prefabricated composite slab in the horizontal direction is adjusted through the movement of the fine adjustment trolley in the horizontal direction.

Compared with the prior art, the prefabricated laminated slab installation and adjustment device and method provided by the invention have the advantages that the prefabricated laminated slab is hoisted to the fine adjustment trolley or the buffer piece fixedly arranged on the fine adjustment trolley, the height of the vertical support piece in the vertical direction is adjusted through the extension or shortening of the adjusting bolt, so that the height position of the prefabricated laminated slab is adjusted, and the position of the prefabricated laminated slab in the horizontal direction is adjusted through the movement of the fine adjustment trolley in the horizontal direction. Thereby realized the adjustment to the mounted position of prefabricated superimposed sheet, need not to use crowbar instrument to pry the adjustment to prefabricated superimposed sheet, avoided the crowbar to the damage that prefabricated superimposed sheet caused and the broken fragment splash potential safety hazards such as personal injury that cause the construction operation personnel. referring to fig. 2 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a prefabricated slab installation adjustment device 400, including an angle-shaped connector 410, where the angle-shaped connector 410 includes a horizontal plate 411 and a vertical plate 412, a vertical support 420 is disposed through the horizontal plate 411, a bottom plate 430 is connected to a bottom end of the vertical support 420, an adjusting bolt is connected between the horizontal plate 411 and the bottom plate 430, the adjusting bolt can adjust a height of the vertical support 420 in a vertical direction, a top plate 440 is connected to a top end of the vertical support 420, a fine adjustment trolley 480 is disposed on the top plate 440, the fine adjustment trolley 480 can move and adjust in a horizontal direction, and a baffle 441 for preventing the fine adjustment trolley 480 from falling is disposed on the top plate 440. The vertical support 420 may be a metal rod such as a steel tube, for example, a round tube or a square tube. Referring to fig. 2, in order to improve the stability of the angle connector 410, in the prefabricated slab installation and adjustment apparatus 400 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the angle connector 410 further includes a diagonal plate 413 connected between the horizontal plate 411 and the vertical plate 412. Referring to fig. 5 to 6, in the prefabricated slab installation adjustment apparatus 400 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the side frame 482 is fixedly connected to a buffer 491 disposed on the frame 481 via a screw 490. Wherein the cushioning member 491 may be a batten, plywood, rubber block, or a combination thereof. The buffer member 491 can buffer the prefabricated composite slab 300, and prevent the prefabricated composite slab 300 from being damaged when the prefabricated composite slab 300 is directly and rigidly contacted with the fine adjustment trolley 480. The frame 481 and the side frame 482 may form a U-shaped groove structure, so that the buffer 491 is stably fixed in the U-shaped groove.

Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in the prefabricated slab installation adjustment apparatus 400 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom plate 430 may be an angle steel, and the vertical plate 412 and the vertical steel plate of the angle steel are located on the same side. The bottom plate 430 is angle steel, which is convenient for local materials in construction materials.

Referring to fig. 2 to 3, in the prefabricated slab installation and adjustment device 400 according to the embodiment of the present invention, through holes 412a may be formed in the vertical plate 412 and the vertical steel plate of the angle iron, and fasteners 470, such as expansion bolts, are disposed through the through holes 412a of the vertical plate 412 or the vertical steel plate of the angle iron. The vertical plate 412 of the angle type connection member 410 or the vertical steel plate of the bottom plate 430 is fixed to the vertical wall 101 by the fastener 470. Of course, the fastening member 470 may also be a common bolt, and the sleeve 104 is screwed with the sleeve 104 on the vertical wall 101 through the bolt through the sleeve 104 on the vertical wall 101. The prefabricated composite slab mounting and adjusting device 400 provided by the embodiment of the invention can replace a full framing scaffold, reduce the construction cost and improve the construction efficiency.
