Background

In agricultural irrigation in China, as the drainage pipeline is too long, the valve is assembled and a special exhaust valve is also arranged, so that the economic cost is increased to a great extent.

The butterfly valve on the market at present only is used for the drainage, and the valve often can damage the valve because water hammer and cavitation occasionally take place in the pipeline in the drainage process, and the dual-purpose valve of exhaust accuse water is badly needed at present.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides an exhaust butterfly valve capable of exhausting gas in a pipeline.

And an outer sleeve pile and an inner sleeve pile are arranged below the valve body and are respectively used for matching the hollow pipe and the exhaust pipe to rotate.

The first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are fastened through screws.

The exhaust hole is provided with a grid, so that sand and insects can be effectively prevented from entering the exhaust hole to influence the exhaust.

As shown in figure 1, an exhaust butterfly valve comprises a valve body 1 and a water sealing valve 5 arranged in the valve body, wherein the water sealing valve 5 is connected with a sealing rubber ring 10, and the exhaust butterfly valve is characterized in that: a valve handle 4 and a first fixing plate 2 and a second fixing plate 3 for fixing the valve handle 4 are connected above the valve body 1, an exhaust handle 14 is embedded in the valve handle 4, the valve handle 4 is connected with a water sealing valve through a hollow pipe 6, and the rotation of a water sealing valve 5 is controlled by rotating the valve handle 4 so as to achieve the purpose of controlling a water path; the exhaust handle is connected with an exhaust pipe 16, the exhaust pipe 16 is nested in the hollow pipe 6, the exhaust pipe 16 can rotate in the hollow pipe 6, the pipe walls of the hollow pipe 6 and the exhaust pipe 16 close to the top of the inner wall of the valve body are respectively provided with an outer exhaust hole 12 and an inner exhaust hole 13 which are matched, and the top of the exhaust handle is provided with an exhaust port 11 communicated with the inner cavity of the exhaust pipe 16; when the exhaust is required, the exhaust handle 14 is turned to overlap the outer exhaust holes 12 and the inner exhaust holes 13, and the gas above the inside of the valve body 1 is exhausted through the exhaust pipe 16 and the exhaust port 11.

The inner wall of the hollow pipe 6 on the horizontal plane of the outer exhaust hole 12 is provided with a water sealing plug 15 which is matched with the inner exhaust hole 13, and when the inner exhaust hole is rotated to coincide with the water sealing plug, the valve body 1 is not communicated with the outside.

A floater 8 is arranged in a cavity of the exhaust pipe 16, a thin neck is arranged between the cavity and the exhaust port, and the floater can be clamped in the thin neck to seal the cavity.

The head of the floater 8 is embedded with a water sealing rubber ring 18.

An outer sleeve pile 7 and an inner sleeve pile 9 are arranged below the valve body 1 and are respectively matched with the hollow pipe 6 and the exhaust pipe 16 to rotate.

The first fixing plate 2 and the second fixing plate 3 are fastened by screws 17.

The grid is arranged on the exhaust hole 11, so that sand and insects can be effectively prevented from entering the grid, and the exhaust is influenced.

When the butterfly valve is opened and water flows through the valve, the exhaust handle is rotated to enable the outer exhaust hole 12 and the inner exhaust hole 13 to be superposed, if bubbles exist in the valve body 1, the bubbles enter the exhaust port through the floater to exhaust the gas, and after the gas is completely exhausted, the floater floats upwards by water pressure in the pipeline, so that the water flow cannot be exhausted through the exhaust hole; and under the condition of completely not using exhaust, the valve can be used as a valve for controlling the waterway switch like a common butterfly valve.
